Had to force myself back out, shopped 30-45 minutes, only to have store coupon rejected. There was no explanation only I'm sorry I can't override it. Family Dollar makes you register and confirm. That wasn't my issue but a store's issue. I will not go back. Shelves still empty of cleaning supplies. I wasn't my time.

Prices are wrong. 2 liter Fanta on the shelf said $1.50. Rang up $1.95. Cashier refused to go look. They WILL OVER CHARGE YOU!!!!

The location on Spring St located in Arcadia is always a mess. Tracy Cooper is lazy,rude and disrespectful. I was overcharged as I often am at this particular location so I went to get the situation handled. I spoke with Tracy who lied to me by saying " You have to come back when the cashier who checked you out is here." I asked why and she stated "because they rung you up" I asked what sense that made when I'm already here. I then asked for corporate number only to be told it was on the receipt in which it wasn't. I then stated it wasn't and Tracy began to have a screaming tantrum at me.

Store is a little messy but heart of arcadia. All their employees work hard to keep shelves stocked with all our nessecties. Employees are awesome 👍😎 always helpful and nice 😊

Dirty place. Looks like they had not clean in weeks. Was a line with 12 people in and only one cashier. The other worker was in the back wherr the freezers where and was just talking on his cell phone. He acted like he didn't care one bit about the line. But the female cashier was kinda cute.

They have been hiring for awhile which makes me think they are short staffed but they are very friendly and the manager (idk if he is the assistant manager or store manger) is very nice as well. I was approached by an associate who asked if I needed help and walked me to where the item was that I was looking for.

Lee is great customers service fast friendly service answered all my questions and help me locate items n store information on weekly sales deal whiched saved me money and time will shop at this store just for is awesome service! He should be promotion to store manager

They have a good variety of groceries and all kinds of clothing and household needs. Nice, clean store. Employees are very helpful and courteous.
