New to the area and today I made a second stop by this family dollar for some things…. Closed! The sign says “Closed No 2nd Shift” I’m wondering if Regional Management knows this is happening??? I guess another franchise will get my business, yet again.

The prices are ridiculous in this store 15$ for a box of soda and 15$ for 6 count paper towels!!?? something illegal going on there gonna report this store straight scamming franchise

I don’t know if they are short staffed or something but this store is never open when they should be. They always close early and now we just went on a regular Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm and the store was closed. It’s frustrating because it’s such a convenient location from where I live, but I end up having to drive further to go to another store that is actually open as advertised. This really needs to be addressed because this happens on a regular basis.

Normally I go to the one on Skylar drive and am use to not being spoke to except maybe bare minimum. I stopped today to grab some bread at this one on Blackstock. The cashier was so super friendly and helpful. I heard her telling someone she had just started. They have a fantastic one there!. I don't know her name but it'is around noon, if that helps. Store is also not junky as a lot are

Doors wouldn't open and tried to call the store and the phone rang for over a minute and no one answered. This happened at 8:40am on Friday April 28th. Me and the other potential customers just drove off. There was no signs indicating that the store was opening late or anything but had a car in the parking lot.

Is this store even open? Every single time I try to stop here during "business hours", the doors are locked and no signs on the doors indicating why they closed early.

Only 2 associates there, the store definitely needed to be cleaned and merchandise put away, but these two associates were divided and conquering the best they could. I was very impressed. One was stocking and one was at the register. 👍👍 Good job guys!!

Not sure of the cashiers name but I believe but may be wrong that she is hispanic... She is awesome. Makes it such a pleasant experience.

Love this store, there a guy that work there, pretty good guy, although at first he seemed intimidating bcause he was tall and gold teeth, but he made me and family feel welcomed, the other staff were very helpful showing us around and the store was very clean and neat. I enjoy shopping there, the staff really make you feel comfortable and at home.

I was in the store yesterday doing a little shopping the cashier was on her phone texting and trying to check me out she rung up one of the items up twice I was trying to tell her so she called the manager he was so rude and disrespectful he would not let me get a word in he said I don't care who you on the phone with and I don't care what the ad says we don't have sales in this store after all that he tries to fix the problem he was so nasty he needs to work on his manager skills I don't care what the price is I just wanted to be treated fairly but I will not be coming back to this location

I always find what I need there. My hat goes off to management. The inside of the store is being rearranged completely so it may take a little longer to find the things you're use to finding quickly.

I think it's a good store help is trying to help you out get what you need not enough stock sometimes but other than that stores great I shop there all the time
