pretty great dollar tree , way over stocked which is a good thing in my opinion , theres goodies everywhere !! LOL my only negative and why im not giving a 5 star rating is because of their staff , the lady at the register was just miserable , i said hello and she didnt reply ? idk maybe she was racist but then she told me to put the basket back in the front which i dont mind doing but you dont need to be rude and nasty about it , im not your child im a customer plus isnt this part of your job ? usually the baskets go on the side of the register , smh theres always a miserable lady working at dollar trees now , HIRE BETTER PEOPLE !

I was extremely impressed with this location. The store was clean and well organized. There appeared to be sufficient staff for the time of day (unlike similar "dollar stores" that feel 1 manager all day will suffice. I didn't see a freezer item I wanted and the bright and friendly employee searched,enlisted supervisor help, and eventually hand delivered the item. The manager and team here understand the meaning of customer care!! Thanks so much ladies for exceeding expectations!I had planned to spend a dollar, but found so many good things I spent way more!

Was abit warm. But young man only person that was there was very polite. Kinda felt bad for him but he was running around store trying help other customers unload a truck and ring people up. He was just a regular employee. So outstanding job young man. My question is were his management and give him a raise didnt complain just apologizing wasn't necessary. Wish more grown people take a go get attitude as he did with his job. So thank you wish I got your name young man.

Customer service is horrible. A particular cashier chooses who to greet, doesn't greet all customers. Definitely a pattern I have noticed on a continuous basis.. Closest to shop at due to my residence, but since their customer service has yet to change, I'll start driving to shop the other 2 stores that have friendlier faces.

I've come to the store at 650 they said they closed at 8 the door was locked and the two woman would not even speak to me about the hours they told me to read the sign . So rude 😞 I give them a 1 star ⭐

The selection is getting better. Store is cleaner than it has been in the past.New employees are working hard to get the store more organized since the increase in prices. More employees getting stock on the shelves.

Completely rude staff. Terrible experience here. My husband and I were run out of the store because we didn't want to purchase the masks there and had our own cotton face coverings. We were corraled out and rudely spoken to by the man who practically pushed my husband out of the door. Never going back there.

This isn't my favorite Dollar Tree in town but it's the closest to home for me and it's usually pretty well stocked and clean! In the past it hasn't quite been so but they've been great lately! The staff is always very friendly.

I went to Dollard Tree on South Church St on Sunday. The store was crowded and a young man very politely asked if someone could help the young lady out because the lines were going down the alles. The guy replied I'm on my break but it was three of them standing in the the front of the store talking. The young man said she needs help and rude guy told him he could leave if he wanted to .Im not sure if he was a manager or not. It was so crazy I talked with my son the next morning and he was like he would never go to that dollar store again and I asked which one and he said the one in Arkwright . He definitely needs to find another job.

Cashiers always talking and not paying attention. I was over charged then told they can't refund the money I could pick something else out even though the mistake was cashier not paying attention (catching up with a friend). This has happened multiple times it ridiculous. It's bad enough customers have to wait until the conversation is finished but to get over charged on top of that is outrageous.

It is a big store but for a big store they don't have as much as the others. It is nice and clean and if I'm on that side of town I'll run in to see what they have different from my usual store.

Love it. Cheap decorations for the holidays and a great place to pick up offices supplies like pens, white out and sticky notes when you can't make it to a bigger store.
