Pulled up at 10 mins to closing and only needed 1 thing ( medicine for a child ) and they had already locked the doors and refused to let me grab the 1 thing. There are no other stores in this area of town and I am extremely disappointed that a child has to suffer as we have to drive 5-10 miles out of our way PRAYING we get to another store before they close. If your going to close at 9 then close at 9 not 8:45-8:50

They offer good selection at really good prices. I love their mobile coupon system. I can select coupons I need and add to my account and then just have to enter my phone number when checking out the get discounts; much easier & faster than clipping or printing coupons. This helps when my husband shops because it automatically creates a shopping list & helps since he usually forgets to use couponsIt really nice to be for quick trips between grocery store; can get shopping done and get out fast.

I love Dollar General! They make last minute shopping trips so easy and they're never too far away! They always have almost everything you need and has a great selection. Employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

There's better people working on staff, previously, the assistant manager was lazy and never helped the cashier. Currently, since she's gone, they've begun to move on the right direction of proper customer service.

I worked there. The Manager was great! Did what she could to help anyone. Employee and customer alike. The assistant (female) was awful. She never checked her fridge foods, got attitudes with customers while pretending to be 'respectful', then constantly lied about other employees for her own personal gain. I had to, AS A KEY Holder, damage all of the out of date bad foods out for the assistant manager refused. The job, such was hers, was beneath her. I had to find another job to escape her TOXIC attitude and lies.

I went to this store at 8:08 am 10/30/20 and it was about 4 people in store. A minute later I was at checkout and one young lady was stocking and realized 4 turned into 10 people she was alone in store and had to check us out. The manager had left and didn't communicate anything to the one employee . This is so unprofessional!

They stereotyped my friend there was rolls of tissue outside my friend which is African American brought in a pack to purchase the caucasian cashier immediately said we do not accept returns on tissue and denied service. We asked for a manager explaining he was actually purchasing the tissue not to great in my opinion

They were doing a reset of some of the medicine and most of what I came for was in totes. The woman working on it did not offer to help find any of it. She just told me I might find it in the tote. I looked and did not see what I needed and made the comment "none of it is in here" and she still did not offer any help. So, I put my items down and left

I'm beginning not to like Dollar General anymore. Some of these stores are nasty an shelves never fully stocked! The aisles are always cluttered with stacks and stacks of items that need to be on the shelf!! They are failing to me. Its awful. I go every now and then now! 😣

an adult store down on number 9 that's towards the Sphinx on down towards on down into boiling Springs it has a wonderful manager and they are great I wouldn't mind traveling all the way down there it's more towards Spartanburg and spend waste of gas but it's a cleaner place better atmosphere nicer people but the true they have up here in number 11 at the crossroads at 9 the crossroads at 9 anyone actually own number 11 here in fingerville they pretty much run together as you follow out the road you're running to 9 you come up the road you run into the one on bedding and they both suck cuz it had a nasty manager the measure doesn't care whether the truck messed it up she's not going to do nothing neither one on both ends 9 or 11 but the one down into boiling Springs at The boiling Springs road Spartanburg those two have real nice managers those ladies are real pleasant and the cashiers are too

I love DOLLAR 😁 General. But this store made them look bad on all aspect. I secret shopped them and was amazed that they all don't care to have jobs. Store was messy. They had no markdowns. Which means they are too lazy to keep up. I thought I had seen it all until I seen the 👮 police pull up. They called the cops on me because I walked down all 5 of their raggedy dirty isles rating them. They thought I was stealing something bc I took an hour looking and I asked too many questions. I'm not shocked. But let me drop a fact. DG EMPLOYEES #1 cause of high theft percentages in your store. And #1 reason why you was shopped. ITS ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Very slow, usually a line of 5-6 people and will take about 15-20 minutes to check out most of the time.. go somewhere else

There Is Never Enough cashiers. Every time I go the lines be long and only one cashier. But I like this Dollar General I can find everything I'm looking for.

The recently changed the way their aisles are so now you can walk through and not bump into everything and the staff is helpful and friendly.

This location is always clean and stocked.. but there is ALWAYS a wait! If you're in a rush I wouldn't check this as a pit stop.
