Arrived 11:25 am on April 15. Lights on, doors locked, no one answering the phone. Watched 7 customers and 2 delivery trucks come and go because no one could enter the building. There are multiple empty vehicles in the parking lot (presumably employee vehicles), but it appears that they're not interested in selling products to people with money.

Used to be great Dollar General, but now it's Hit or Miss if it's going to be open. It's 8:24 a.m. on a Friday morning. Store sign says it's open, there's a car outside, lights are on, doors are locked. Just me and one other car wasting gas outside the store.

Dirty store. Four people in line waiting to use self checkout. No one came up to run register. You can't get around because there are things all over the floor blocking the aisles.

It's 530pm on a Friday and they're closed. A couple of cars are in the parking lot and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked. Apparently they're known for setting their own hours here.

Sometimes it's open sometimes they turn you away (while open). Just now I walked up to the door and the staff unlocked the door to say "we're closed". There's people inside shopping though. I'm not sure if it's lack of staff or poor management but this store has been going downhill for months now.

Bathrooms stay closed to the public, Employees are incredibly rude, The store is disorganized and littered with loaded crates.

This store is never open til 10pm they close when they want to. Also open when they want to. No one tells them what to do. Store never stocked. Half shelves empty. What is the problem????? Regional manager needs to get involved. This store does lots of business when it's open and stocked.

Just stood at the register for 10 minutes because there were no employees at the register. It is a wonder this place hasn't been robbed blind. The 2 employees just hung out and left a ling line at the register until the man in front of me started calling out for assistance. They still ignores us.

staff are usually friendly enuff however, u have to line them up with a post to see if they are moving. little less attitude at being overwhelmed when u are actually doing ur job and not staying outside smoking. fire hazard at any given time with the aisle blocked constantly. i won’t be going back

They are constantly closing before their posted store hours. Today they had a sign up that said closing at 2 pm and the posted store hours are closing at 10 pm. This has happened on several occasions at least 4 that I know of. I have a picture if cooperate is interested in proof.

They need more help! The store closes early because there aren't workers. The aisles are packed with unstocked goods. It is a MESS!!!

The new store manager is beyond rude. She acts as if she is 15 in high school and is cooler than anyone else as if you are privileged to be around her. The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because the stores great other then this 1 extremely rude lady ps the sweet old lady that works the register is awesome

Sat out in front of an open store for 30 minutes while the doors were locked. No sign, no explanation. I understand if you are doing inventory. Consider hiring more employees. placing a sign on the door letting people know why it’s locked also helps. Makes sense....

Store is so cluttered I can't get down aisle.If you are in a wheelchair forget trying toShop Dollar General you will not get far pastFront door. They are stocked and reasonablyPriced if you can get to anything.Only 1 register working for weeks? Or couldIt be they are cutting down on payroll? I don'tKnow. 8:11 AM 2/12/2020 Store closed. Google says it’s open. Went to the door lady yells from her car,“ nobody is here to open it up”! Do better Dollar General and keep the shelves stocked. These stores are not big enough for the shelves to stay empty. And stop leaving the aisles blocked with unpacked merchandise. On my way to WalMart!!!!

This is the most unorganized , messy , poorly managed Dollar General store I’ve ever stepped foot in . There’s merchandise all over the place. Shelves are never neat or organized . Employees hang out front smoking hanging with their friends . And a cranky cashier named Mary who can not process a PlayStation gc properly. Leaving a line of customers waiting to check out for 15 minutes .

I can't say enough about the girls Leilani and Jasmine and my experience at the dollar store. They both went beyond the call of duty with there kindness. They went out of their way to help me. I was in a hurry yesterday and had to get balloons and party goods to blow up for a last minute party.They helped me get organized in a way that got me everything I needed and I was able to surprise my family and have a good time. My dear friends, who doesn't like the dollar store. I have compared prices of products from other stores, and it's cheaper. This store meets the needs of all the ppl. Every one is always so helpful. They have one of kind seasonable items. Just love it.

Typically I'm only just running in to grab something I forgot at the grocery store, or something that my kids forgot to tell me that they needed the next day! The staff is always pleasant and friendly, I just wish the store wasn't always trashed, making it difficult to get around.

You cannot even get through the store for the rolltainers full of product everywhere. Entire aisles are blocked. Loud music with cussing blaring throughout the entire store. Terrible shopping experience.

Bad customer service. Always a long line and the other workers won't open up another register. One particular cashier has NO people skills. I've almost fell over boxes numerous times and the big blue rolling stock trucks are always blocking aisles. I only go because it's so close to my house.

I love all Dollar General stores! The only problem I have with them is that they can't keep stockers! In one store all they had working that day was 1 stocker an it was awful. 2 an 3 stacks of watever is on each line! Some of the DG stores really need a makeover! But I still will shop @ DG

Never enough staff. Usually 1-2 people to run an entire store. Don't expect to get through the line with any speed very much. Prepare to step over boxes and items everywhere, due to understaffing. A monument to poor management.

Initially gave this store 5 stars. However, my encounter with Mary just now changed that. She is extremely rude towards African American customers. She needs to be removed from the store if she's going to be prejudiced about who she speaks to and follows around the store. She acts completely different towards me when I'm in my military uniform, but in civilian clothes, she is RUDE.

Very messy and dirty, hard to go with card... cashier was all time in the store on the phone ... it is my time I spend in the store (learning new app, had time to check prices) and I had dirty look from her, anyway she was not polite... not really want to go back...

Melody/Melanie was VERY RUDE, she was with a vender who only spoke when my family and I walked in, there was another lady in front of me at the register who was waiting to be rung up. She walked off then Melanie/Melody n never even turned around to check us out, I had to say excuse me four times then the vender says you have costumers, she said they have to wait a minute I'm busy. Another lady who was already clocked out came up to ring us out mind, you she was supposed to be on her way home.

It's always clean and they have a friendly staff. But they don't have enough staff so it doesn't matter what time of day you go in you will more than likely be waiting in line for 10 mins.
