They never have what you need and store is always a mess . Current manager has no clue how to do her job store closed today. Don’t know why I even try to ship here anymore. From now on I’ll just go to family dollar

Ok experience overall. Went in and out with what I came for. Only visited once. Like other Dollar General it’s usually the managers that know what to do when you have any type of complicated request.Not the type of place that I would frequent much even for daily use items. Better places to go with better quality.

This dollar General in particular is different to say the least. This store allows customers to utilize the lavatory which is very uncommon in this area. Also this store accepts exchanges and returns. Also many surrounding stores do not do. This store is always well stocked, it's employees are visable, and from my experience, they're kind, patient, and helpful!!

Prices are still good. Too many empty shelves. Needs to be better staffed. Many of the staff seem like they hate their job. That doesn't make for a wonderful customer experience. I'd still rather go here than trudge through the huge competitor where it's tough to find anyone to answer a question.

This is the worst Dollar General I've ever been to. There is trash everywhere you look,all over the parking lot. There are rolltainers on every isle making it impossible to shop and hardly have any products. They close at random times of the day also. This store gets worse every year and they can't keep management. Get it together guys!

This store is awful. Nothing on the shelves, boxes everywhere. You can’t push a buggy down one isle in this nasty store, due to boxes full of inventory on every freaking isle. You literally have to shop for your items out the boxes that are everywhere. Every customer is complaining about the inconvenience of the mess.They claim the store is remodeled. They should have started by replacing management. Ridiculousssssssss bc management should be out on the floor stocking shelves and cleaning up. Being understaffed is not a good excuse. Corporate needs to shut this nasty unorganized store down until they come up with a plan. Hire some night shift stockers, duh and pay the people more than peanuts.

I don’t know what’s going on here but here recently the store is always closed or closing early. That’s very inconvenient for people who live close and you’re going to lose alot of business!

Update on1/13/2020they finally cleaned up the mess.😀Great selection of gen merchandiseThey have a real problem with trash around the back of the building 😬 need to clean up.it looking really bad it been over a month since I took the first pictures of this mess. Absolutely no attempt from them to clean it up so all photos are forwarded to EPA and Spartanburg sheriff's department1/13/2020Well it looks like they finally put forth a sincere effort to clean up the trash around the store😀 it's a mess again these people just don't care of their whole property looks like a garbage dump

Not fully stocked, meaning I go there for selected items. Of my items they weren't fully stocked. Made mistake of not fully explaining and want to clarify. Someone else might be happy. That is my reason for rating

Disgusting. They have large signs posted on the doors stating masks are required. They do not enforce this AND management does not enforce masks on employees. I was there this week and the only employee I saw with a mask was stocking. The cashier had thier mask on thier chin and the manager was talking to a pepsi vendor. Neither of them were wearing masks. I refuse to support this company until they respect the health of thier employees and customers.

It's good for a Dollar General. The employees here have been helpful. Most Dollar Generals in the local area are disorganized and cluttered but this one keeps it pretty organized. Good job guys.

Cashier was very rude and nasty! When customers come in she wouldn’t even greet us! Got to the cash register and she snatching things and still wouldn’t be professional! When I asked for her name (no name tag on) she asked me what was mines. Then looked at my badge and told me her name was Cassandra or Charissa. I will not be returning to this store again! And I advice you all to do the same!

I went in this store around 7:30 and it was a mess. There we’re so many boxes of inventory at the ends of isles and stuff thrown in the floor. The guy was on the ladder throwing paper towels in the floor. This store needs attention!

VERY RUDE , the way employees spoke to customers, told me it would be awhile before I could check out to use self pay then not even 1 min later she checked me out ! AND SHES BEING VERY RUDE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL

They make the best out of any situation, even under staffed they kept the lines fast and everything stocked. Truly grateful for the crew at this particular Dollar General.

Not the cleanest or well stocked for items, staff don't want to be there or deal with you. There's a rodent always shopping with you running around. One of the worst dollar generals in the area.

D.G. really needs to hire more staff, I'm not at all surprised when I go in and the store is in chaos and only two people are working trying to run the register stock the shelves help your customers and basically take care of everything that needs to be done please hire more people so you don't have such a large turnover you would save money in the long run ,sorry but way to much for two employees ❣️

Great store to shop for hidden items on sale. I found 14 items that wasn't at other Dollar General Stores. Staff was very nice and happy that I found great deals. I will return and soon

Some of the prices were incorrect. Candy was .95 but rang up for a dollar. Plus needs candy box was on the Halloween clearance table but rang up full price.

It is a decent place to shop for anything you need In a hurry Isles are not cluttered The bathrooms are not Dirty . The cashier Usually Get at night Is a guy With a bad ugly attitude and that's the only thing That is negative

Great service from a couple employees working there not sure of their names but, the girl had a long brown hair was REALLY sweet and went above and beyond to help me out and I REALLY appreciated it, going to find out her name next time I go in so I can add it to my review that guess deserves a raise and then some

Purchased hot glue gun, came home plugged it up and the glue shot back out the opposite way. The lady who originally rung me up refused to give my money back.
