First time going and it was awesome!! The Guinness sandwich is delish. Fresh tomatoes and juicy beef. The French roll was very fresh, as well as the pretzel. The sausage trio is an absolute bargain for the price. Can easily get two meals from the plate. Loved the house dill dressing!! I was a little confused when I got my sweet tea, but it was the most refreshing beverage I've had in a while. Will definitely be back!!

Bought a Reuben and some German potato salad. The food was great but the staff was not very talkative. Dead silence while I waited for my food. Was charged $51.13 for 15.13 she fixed it. But if I hadn't what an expensive meal that would have been.

Great German deli / lunch cafe with a good selection of wursts; good German potato salad; amazing apple strudel and a few German pantry staples in the market area. Be patient (or call ahead) as food is not super quick to come out, but it is worth the brief wait.

Came in for lunch with my business partner. He had the Rueben and I had the Rachel. We each took half of each other’s sandwich.The taste of both sandwiches was mind blowing! So much flavor and you could taste each individual ingredient. It was toasted to perfection!I finished it off with the delicious green citrus tea.I will be back again soon!

Food was great! Sandra was very personable and made the trip worth going. The little shop had a variety of sweets, savory foods, and beer. This is definitely a lunch spot I will visit again and again.

Great food, the dill dressing on the salad is amazing!! Wish they were open a little later than 4pm and would be great to have Saturday lunch hours. All the food I have tried has been top notch.

I would give this place a million stars if I could! The Reuben and chef salad with house-made dill dressing was to DIE for. Their specialty iced tea will have you addicted, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Staff was SO friendly and kind, I even got some German sweets from the isle on my way out. Give this place a try if you haven’t already- you will not be disappointed. I don’t have a photo to post because I inhaled my lunch in 4.2 seconds.

Tea was a surprise. Was expecting traditional iced tea. It still was ok. Quite pricey for the portion of food you get. Defiantly not plates to share or get full if real hungry. My plate was $15.99 and had two brats & one side. Brats were the length of a regular hot dog just a little fatter and the side portion was about a cup worth. To expensive for amount. Not more exceptional than other German deli's but food was good. Nice staff!

I called this morning and spoke with Sondra who helped me secure a table for my handicapped father. She went out of her way to make sure my Dad and his guests felt comfortable. I can never thank Sondra or the amazing staff at the Deli Korner enough! ❤️

The food was good. However, after spending $21.00 to share a sandwich, they were going to charge 50 cents for a to-go cup to take the rest of my tea with me. Not a wise business decision. We put our tea glasses down and left. I won’t go back.

This was one of my favorite places a year ago. I couldn't get enough, but things change. Not only is it not as good as I recall but it's hard to justify the $20+ price (incl. grat.) for a lunch that is essentially meat, cheese and mustard. My last visit they wanted to charge me for a togo drink to take the tea I hadn't finished with me.

A new generation of this family restaurant run the place now. They have kept the menu favorites and added a few new ones. They upgraded the interior and it looks great. Wood paneling & European posters give the restaurant a great feel. Try the chef salad or the Guinness sandwich. The sausages are very good too. Desserts are homemade. I could go on, but you get the idea. Oh yeah- I will mention they have a small grocery section that is interesting. Try it- you will thank me later.

First time in today and it was great. The waitress was nice and very helpful. The German potato salad, excellent! The Bavarian pretzels, delicious! And the Rueben sandwich was tasty. Loved the German light bread. And the tea... Ohhhhh my!! Will be buying that frequently to take home. Very addictive. Will definitely be back.

Definitely check these guys out! Everytime I go I always get the Sausage Trio and I ask for the Chefs choice on sausages. Last time I went I really wanted the cucumber salad but they were unfortunately out of it(it's alright though) because the potato salad is fantastic! 10 out of 10.

What a great place for lunch. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and took the time to explain everything, (Thank you Luba). I had the three sausage lunch special and my wife had the goulash with cucumber salad. Sausage was so good we got three to go (uncooked) to share with family later. Great German beer, which we also purchased Two six packs for sharing later. A little out of the way, but is worth the effort. See you next year when we travel from Wellsville NY to Anna Marie FL.

Wonderful food! I love their salads especially (the chef salad is my favorite), but their other options are wonderful as well! They have a nice variety of European food items available for purchase as well. The staff is always very friendly, and the restaurant is always very clean!

Love this restaurant. A Spartanburg gem! Food is excellent and everyone that works there goes above and beyond to answer questions and provide 1st class service. Thank you Christina and Saundra! Try the Goulash. Not on the menu but available in the fall and it's great as a to go for dinner.

Update March 2021. Continue to get great food. We've picked up the gallon of their version of sweet tea. Delicious and a nice change from regular sweet team. Food continues to be delicious.Simply delicious food. Authentic German sandwiches. You have to try the side of warm potato salad which is simply yummy. It is a small place so go before noon if possible especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy!

Being one of the only German restaurants in Spartanburg, this place is fabulous! I've only had the sandwiches but they are out of this world! I'm sure all of the food is just as great! I absolutely love the Guiness sandwich and crave it often! The only drawback is that they're only open for lunch and I work out of town while they are open. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
