I like CVS BUT I do not like having to get prescriptions filled there. They need to hire more help in the pharmacy. Drive through always a long wait. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. This is the pharmacy I have to use now and I do not like the experience.

I appreciate CVS and all staff included. You all deal with irate customers, impatient customers and some nice ones but you all still remain professional. I understand long lines due to short staff and partly because you take most if not all insurances. Keep up the good work.

I love this pharmacy! Everything gets filled quickly. If they have to order anything, they let me know ahead of time and service is always great! I would literally have a panic attack if they ever shut this CVS down!

CVS Pharmacy is awesome!! Landon in the Pharmacy ALWAYS goes above and beyond to take care of her customers and is personable with, and professional. When I am in the drive-thru, I’m always happy if I get Landon!!

We so appreciate how helpful y'all are. there's alot to be said about CVS asking for input! We've had some experience with CVS for about 2 years now & we've learned so much from the pharmacists who know the medications it's interaction with other meds. There's been alot of changes to medications even after they are on the market for months/years & it's awesome how we find out more about our medications than the Doctors who prescribe them!!! Keep it up

This CVS PHARMACY doesn't even deserve a star but you have to at least give one to even write a review over the years I see the ratings have dropped big time and I see why because the problem I've been running into is when you call your Prescription in at 12:00 midnight and they tell you your Prescription will be ready by 8am that's 8 hours sometimes I even give them 9 hours and then when I go to get my prescription they tell me they don't have that medication in stock now here it is it's been 9 hours and nobody even care enough about you to even let you know that they are out of your medication so when you do find out you have to do a lot of foot work and calling your doctors office to try and get another prescription faxed over to another pharmacy and trust me it's not easy doing all that sometimes the doctors office be busy and it takes them all day to even fax over another prescription that's even if they get to you the same day here it is you got Chronic pain in your body and you are now out of your medication because CVS doesn't have it which they could have very easily called you and you could have started calling your doctors office a whole lot earlier I have to give the young lady Sonya a big thank you because when I called my Prescription in Thursday morning at 12am which was the Pregabalin 300mg she took the order I got a call back from her letting me know they were out of it which no one has ever done I told her thank you and told her it be something every month with my prescriptions so once I got off the phone I thought about it I was like Lord I don't want to have to call my doctors office again because it's a lot of trouble doing that so I called back in and asked her did they have any in stock she put me on hold she came back to the phone and said the had 30 pills in stock and told me that it wasn't the same Manufacturer which that plays a big part in your pain I'd rather have had the other Manufacturer because it works better for me so I asked her could I go ahead and get that 15 day's Supply and come back after those 15 days supply runs out and get the other 15 day's supply she said I could Sonya went out her way to let me know about the problem no one else in that pharmacy has ever done that they need more Sonyas in there when ever I had said something to the other ones about letting the costumers know that you are out of the medication they respond with we can't call every costumer to let them know we are out of the medication why you can't you mean to tell me yall have that many costumers that yall don't have their medication either they they don't have my Pregabalin or they don't have my Oxycodone it's something every month not one month but every month I even hate I'm even on medication they use to blame it on Covid for running out of medication how can all the other CVS PHARMACYS have it and they don't that's goes to show you it's the person or person's that are doing the ordering and when you file a complaint you never ever hear back from someone this problem has been going on for about 3 years now and it hasn't gotten any better the only reason why I have been using this pharmacy because it's closer to my house but I guess I'll have to drive farther out to find a Reliable pharmacy I still want to say a Big Thank You Sonya

Went to the consulting area to ask a pharmacist a question about a pulled tooth. Saw this guy with the coolest lion sleeve, and was excited to compliment his work. After standing in front of him for 3 minutes being completely ignored, my happy turned to uncomfortable. Basic common decency is at least say hold on, but to stay there, both looking uncomfortable? Nah. I'll go to Walgreens across the street.

Standing in line and was told it would be 30 minutes. 1 hour later still standing and waiting. Worst pharmacy ever. And no, did not get the prescription….ended up leaving because they didn’t have time to fill ours.

I have tried several times calling the pharmacy but can never get them to answer, twice they picked up and them immediately hung up. This last attempt, I was on hold for 2hours and 40 minutes. This is unacceptable. I realize they are understaffed but hire some people.

This CVS Pharmacy is by far the worst one in the area in my opinion. The pharmacy and staff seem to always be drowning under the work load. There is always multiple cars in the wait line causing the wait to be sometimes over 30 minutes. You'd think inside would be better.... Nope. They keep one person running the register even with the line like in the picture. Also, the entire time you can hear, "10 Pharmacy calls...." being announced over the phones. I feel sad for the people on hold b/c I'm sure they wont be getting any answer anytime soon.

Definitely have an issue with their pharmacy. For one they are extremely busy, and no one is standing around. However there are tons of people working in the back filling prescriptions and working the drive thru,but there's usually only one person up front taking care of those inside picking up their scripts. I believe they should come up with some type of maximum customer in line rule. For example if there are more than 3 customers waiting in line, then one of the people from the back should be assigned as back up cashier to come up and help clear the people that are inside waiting. Then once they clear the line back down they could go back to there primary duty. Again just food for thought.

Held on the after trying to call pharmacy, i made 4 different calls holding for a total of 30 minutes and never got more than "please hold". I realize that in-store customers are first to be served, but this is not the first time that I have given up holding because I was unable to get help.. I had a very important question to ask the pharmacist and I am very frustrated with your customer service.

I have been a customer of CVS for 10+ years. This particular store has continued to decline drastically. Incompetence, delays, miscommunication. I realize this happens when you run a company on a shoestring. If Caremark is your "pharmacy advocate", which is conveniently owned by CVS, you have no option. They are negotiating with themselves. Wow! I am waiting for a hip replacement. Caremark and CVS try to give me options for arthritis pain relief instead of what my doctor has prescribed. My orthopedist continues to advise that my hip is DEAD! CVS would rather push you towards cheap opioids verses Celebrex, which cost a few dollars more. However Celebrex is not an opioids. In this case even opioids do not help. And for this, I get the privledge of paying 1000.00/MTH fir the insurance.

My favorite CVS. Staff is friendly and always willing to help if you need something. I go to this store at least twice a week. I live in woodruff and I rather go the extra few miles to this CVS than the one that is closer to me.
