Blatantly lies regarding medication shortage. They will not order your medication even if you have refills/prescriptions without your provider sending MULTIPLE orders (just for one medication) or you asking multiple times. Snarky remarks from multiple of the staff, items not priced correctly, belittlement from staff, medications bags not sealed properly, and the list goes on.Do not visit this location, chose another pharmacy ASAP.

The pharmacy sucks at this location. Gave me extra change back at the drive-thru because it was right at 1:30pm, and didn’t seem concerned at all when I came in to return it. They also constantly lie about delays from national supply issues.

If I could give these people in the pharmacy less than a 1 I would. It was 1:29 pm apparently lunch time and I was asking a young flippant girl to wait one minute for the prescription to come through from my medical provider. She slammed the window in my face and said " I'm going to lunch. " I was raised not to treat people this way. I will be sure to tell all my friends not to go there. No wonder cvs has such a low rating

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. Life saving medications never available. Having to ration doses. I tried to put meds on a schedule to pick them up all on the same day apparently that’s is difficult for them to do. Trying to talk to them is even worse. They won’t listen. Some ppl that come in there have mental disabilities and need patience and not a nasty attitude from the ppl that work there. The head pharmacist Myra can’t keep nothing straight. That place is a joke. She lies like a rug. She can’t keep her story straight either. She needs to be let go. The way she talks to customers is awful.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Don’t sign up for their pharmacy delivered bc they will steal your money and never deliver medicine. In 1 day I came to a CVS 3 times due to poor communication on refilling my medicine. I am no longer interested in any CVS due to this one location. Walgreens now gets my business.

The guy at the register took forever before coming to check me out the I waited to give him the money by holding it he had a n95 mask on and he said put the money on the counter and then when he gave me my change on the counter it was strange he was very unfriendly I had to tell him hi how are you he barely spoke like he hated to be there never said much

Everytime I come to this parking lot I get robbed,bummed,or yelled at. Management does nothing to help with this problem.someone is going to get killed in that parking lot if MANAGEMENT doesn't do something!!!!!!!
