We are very pleased with the work Carpet One did for us. We had two projects one was Carpeting our family room, and then installing vinyl flooring in our powder room/laundry room. We worked with Payton who had great product knowledge answered all of our questions made multiple trips to our home to make sure the project was going to be done right and he is an all-around good guy. The installer did a great job, and we felt safe and comfortable having him in our home. We highly recommend carpet one and will use them in the future.

We recently just experienced water loss damage in a rental that resulted in us having to replace the flooring in all the living spaces and bedrooms. This was the first time we have ever had to deal with anything of this matter and I cannot thank Carpet One enough for the experience we had with them. From day one ,Taylor went above and beyond to make sure he answered any and all questions we had and explained the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the materials and helped us pick out flooring and carpet that would best suit our needs. Dennis was our installer and did a fantastic job with the installation. His craftsmanship showed throughout the entire house and we are so happy with the results. Overall, carpet one was professional, communicative, and their guidance really made an unfortunate situation a pleasant experience. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and use them again in the future for any of our flooring needs!

Carpet One was a true pleasure to work with. Peyton was an amazing person; very helpful in explaining the process and helping us get the best for our home. He was hands on even thru the installation process. I couldn't ask for a better sales representative.He was patient, professional and always looking for ways to help us make the best decisions for our home.Dennis was our installer - a true craftsman. Very personable and good person all around. He was very detail oriented and was laser focused on getting the job done perfectly. He takes NO shortcuts. This was almost 1500 square feet of ripping up old engineered hardwood and laying down laminate. Dennis always stayed upbeat, always professional and very good person.

Couldn’t be any happier with my floors for our powder room!! They are beautiful and so easy to keep clean! Brent, Josh and Caleb were so easy to work with and they made the process so easy. Highly recommend Carpet One for all your flooring needs! We have an older home and our floors had to be leveled before our flooring could be installed! They let us know everything that they were doing so that we were aware of why it would take a little longer. We appreciate all the time they took to make sure our floors were installed correctly! Taylor was amazing to work with from the time we got an estimate to when our floors were completed! I will definitely use Carpet One again for any flooring needs!

Excellent customer service. We had a problem with a defective pad and Carpet One pulled the newly installed carpet up and replaced the pad and reinstalled the carpet. The installation guys did a great job and were very professional. Will definitely use again.

Extremely pleased with Carpet One.What I liked:The sales rep that we dealt with, Brent, was very helpful, knowledgeable, not pushy, and great at communicating details about the job.The flooring installer, Andy, did a really thorough job installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring. He showed up when he said he would, did not cut corners, did not make a mess, and was very pleasant.The store is great with many selections.Pricing was also excellent. We got multiple bids and Carpet One was the lowest.What I did not like:NOTHINGThis is the place to go for flooring in Spartanburg.

Update: We just celebrated our one year anniversary of our flooring. I still cannot get over how beautiful the house looks. I would never have imagined what a difference this would be.After 20 years our flooring was in desperate need of change. The hardwood floor in the main living area was scratched and worn practically to the bare surface in areas. The carpeting in the bedrooms and hallway were worn, torn, and stained. We went to several different stores and finally found the LVP we wanted. We got an estimate from one place but were unimpressed with the salesperson. I saw that Carpet One Spartanburg had some great reviews so we went there and met with Brent. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. He thoroughly explained everything that went into the quote and worked with us to get the pricing right. Next came the installers…Vlad and Vlad were outstanding. Personable, professional, on time, and truly a joy to have in our home. The whole process took 6 days to complete. They ran into a couple of small issues, explained how they would correct them, and then did. They worked hard to keep the dust to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day. Brent followed up multiple times during the week to make sure things were going well and that we were pleased with everything. I could not be more impressed with Carpet One or our new flooring. It made the house look new again.

We are very happy with our new bedroom floors and baseboard trim work. We had a great selection of floors to pick from. And the quality of the flooring and materials are perfect. Even if you have already made plans else where, I would strongly recommend atleast taking a good look at Carpet One.My wife and I had recently moved, and were looking to replace the old beat up carpet that was in our house. We had first looked at Lowes sense they were having a deal, but wanted to get a second opinion. We were glad that we did, for this place had some great deals and much more and better quality options available. John was a tremendous help in explaining everything, and never pressured us into buying anything.We were told that it would take 2 days to finish the carpet installation, but Israel, Andy, and Maleki were such hard workers that they finished up in just one day(1 factor that really helped in finishing early was that my wife and I had previously moved all the furniture and stuff out of the 4 bedrooms and closets that were to get done so we could paint the rooms ahead of time)They were all very nice and friendly, and did such an amazing job that my wife and I were blown away how great it all looked afterward. They defiantly seemed to know what they were doingWould strongly recommend for future carpet and flooring needs.
