It was a nice experience, staff was kind and ice cream was delicious! I got a Key lime Pie Milk shake, but I do not recommend it, it tasted like you poured a full glass of milk and added a spoon full of keylime pie flavor, all in all it was not pleasant.

They always have good ice cream and they make it too. I got 2 pints for $8.00. One of them was Carmel Swirl and it's Sugar free and Fat free. It tastes just like regular Ice Cream.

Been living in SC for 4 years now. We always get coupons in mail for this. There's was always something on the way to check it out. So when we moved to Spartanburg at the end of May I found we live by Bruster's ice cream like 10 minutes away. So today we thought we should check it out. I ordered waffle bowl with one scoop of chocolate, peach and NY style cheesecake...it was amazing. My hubby ordered waffle bowl of one scoop of purple dinosaur, Oreo and birthday cake. It was yummy, next time we will get something else. The best part they are open till 10 pm. So come on down if ya super hot and sweaty and get some cooling delicious Bruster's Real ice cream! They also have smoothies, milkshakes I thing and so much much more. The customer service is excellent and friendly 👍😋😋

After waiting over an hour uber eats driver called and told us we had to cancel the order because she didn't feel like driving 10 minutes! Busters needs to get rid of crybaby delivery people.

Always great ice cream. Changing selections of ice cream made in house. Drive through is fairly quick.I like the peanut butter shake. Thick and creamy. Waffle cones are made fresh every day.They have changing seasonal options and ice cream cakes as well. I suggest ordering ahead on the cakes so you can choose your ice cream, however they tend to keep some made.Also check out the Bruesters app to earn a free item.

Great icecream! I just got their hot fudge brownie sundae and it's delicious and huge! Two people could definitely share it, but I ate half and put the other half in the freezer for later.

LOL…my husband just went thru and ordered a peanut butter sundae, the one they clearly advertise, u can’t call it the “Reese’s” sundae, and apparently unless he says peanut butter CUP sundae, they’ll just fill a stupid cup up with vanilla ice cream and peanut butter. I was so angry!! Done with this place!! I trashed it because it was awful.After recent events, I’m going back to Andy’s custard, which sucks because I do love their ice cream. Not so much about a mistake, but all of it together. I feel pressured to leave a tip for getting stupid ice cream. It has been like this the past few years since they changed their system. Some of the kids actually outright ask you for a tip. Today was a simple mistake when they forgot to give me cookies I ordered separately for my kid later, but I did not like the way the guy on the phone talked to me when it was their problem not mine in the first place.

Their doggie sundaes are the cutest! And ice cream for humans is fantastic — black raspberry chocolate chunk is to die for! Quick and friendly service, helpful staff. Definitely a favorite when visiting Spartanburg!

We are frequent customers at this location and, while the ice cream is very good, the waffle cones are either unbaked or stale and make the entire experience very forgettable. They are inconsistent in freshness and quality. Hopefully this location retrains the employees to get it right.

Ice cream is delicious! Young staff goofing off have poured milkshake down into my driver's side window & down the outside of my door, been rude bc I didn't tip, and have sung to me trying to impress her friends then proceeded to run her hands through her greasy hair & touch her acned face before trying to hand me a cone which I would not accept. The children here need more adult supervision.

We used to have Bruster's in Chattanooga, so we were glad to find one in Spartanburg. The ice cream was good but a little pricey.

Just left here not too long ago and it was fantastic. I usually get the Strawberry but decided to try the Warm Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and it was delicious! There was a bit of a line during the busy hour but it went by in no time. The employees here were definitely working hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible. Will definitely be back.

Years ago I was arrested here bc they fire me for something someone else done lol, but yet I still come here bc the ice cream is amazing. I hope they are treating all their employees well and fair.

We ordered a pint of peach ice cream on July 4 and me, my mom and dad did not think it tasted good for the price we paid. Kinda like peach flavor over vanilla ice cream. On the positive side the employees were very nice and helpful and were wearing their mask to stop the spread of corona virus.

My Jellie loves some ice cream and he wanted to go here after lunch. It was very hot and this hit the spot. My kids love the mint chocolate chip and cotton candy explosion. My bf loves the peanut butter sundae. I love anything with caramel and sprinkles.

I asked for Vanilla Ice Cream on a Waffle Cone with a DRIZZLE OF CARAMEL! I was told that I would have to order a “waffle bowl” in order to get any topping or sauce. When I asked why that was, I was given a very sly response “GRAVITY”! I am not difficult nor was my request and I did not want a waffle bowl as they are not the same as a cone. This was my second and FINAL time visiting this establishment and the first time I went I was given a substitute flavor that included chocolate which I cannot eat! Instead of informing me that they did not have the flavor I asked for, they found it suitable to give me another option without my consent resulting in me eating something I was allergic to. When I called and asked if I could comeback and get something else, they said I could but I’d have to bring my first order back. So I turned around and drove back to get something else. When I arrived, they asked for the ice cream “THAT I HAD EATEN OUT OF” and took it back through the window “IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC”. I’ve never worked at a restaurant but even I know that is completely unsanitary and unprofessional. It was almost as if they thought I’d eaten the damn ice cream and wanted to “check and see”. My goodness what a mess!! Both locations that I visited had very young immature employees that lack professionalism! This particular location completely sealed the deal for me due its simple lack of compassion for the customer. All I wanted was my “VERY SIMPLE” order that was “PAID FOR” but instead I was just given a million reasons as to why I couldn’t have it. My boyfriend also asked for a Reese’s Milkshake and was given plain Vanilla! Moving forward I’ll be eating from Coldstone Creamery where the service is professional and the Ice Cream is 10x better.

This place won't get me again. I drove up and tried to order a large chocolate chip shake. The girl said that they didn't have chocolate chip at the moment but that they could make it with the Nestle Crunch instead so I agreed. When I drove up the cashier (blond girl with braces) gave me the total which was $8.69. So I asked how it went from $6.49 to to $8.69. She said it was the tax. I told her that it amounted to 33% sales tax and she smiled and said that's how much it was. Here's the punch line...she then provides the POS device so that I could give a tip as well where the choices were, and I'm not making this up, 18%, 22%, and a higher percentage I didn't bother to look at. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. Turns out she charged me $1.40 extra for 1/2 a bar of Nestle Crunch. Something she did not want to mention. Thanks but no thanks. Like I said, never again.

Was not a pleasant experience. My daughter got shorted on her icecream what she did get was partially melted in the the cone. Kid the drive through drops some a of the money I gave him and then shorts me on my change and looks at me like I did something wrong. Good luck with trying to resolve any issues with customer service. I can't give this place less than one star!

Is it possible to give Bruster's a bad review. Maybe, if service was bad. But, that was not the case. Great service! Great ice cream! Want a nice sweet treat? Stop by. It's delicious! Got a Peanut Butter Cheesecake Milkshake.

I. Love. Bruster's. The ice cream is incredible, the scenery is nice, and everyone there is very kind. They have cakes, non-dairy slushes, sundaes, and delicious waffle cones. They can also turn any ice cream flavor into a milkshake. The ones you should try are: Chocolate Mudslide, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, French Toast, Cinnamon, and Deep Dish Apple Pie. Some of these are seasonal, though.

Price was too much. Employees were not nice. Could not get the flavor I wanted. Had purchased it there before, but they said they could not make cherry vanilla. It is pictured on their posters, etc. Did not understand, it seemed that they just did not want to mix some cherries with some vanilla ice cream. Will not go back.

We(hubby and I) usually get the 3 scoop waffle cone. We Use the coupons they send out to their customers, BOGO and it cost about $5 ,we mix them up for a little variety.Tonight the bottom scoop was mint chocolate chip the middle scoop was a toasty nutty coconut, and TOP spot honors went double chocolate chunk. Brusters is my decadent treat.Enjoy
