They are inexpensive, but I didn't agree with the decision that they made because of my credit score, but my account was good, but they decided to drop my credit limit from$ 2000 to $100.00& they closed my account. I don't appreciate they're decision. I stop shopping they're stores. I know that it doesn't matter to them because they still busy. Not writing to hurt their business. I'm writing because I didn't agree with there decision suppose to be on my behalf.

The secret is you have to become a Big lot member.As one of their cardholders all kind of perks. This week it was 312 pack of pictures products for 10 dolland then they knocked off 15% and thena gave you $5 for your first time. Using a reward card can't beat it.

awesome chain store, many positive changes from the bargain/discount store of days past, but has shed the deals and some products that had defined them and set them apart. some good/some bad. but overall the current store models are good. highly recommend the occasional visits just to see what they have. staff is normally pleasant and helpful. stores are much cleaner and neater in appearance than they used to be.

I’ve always had a very positive experience at this location. The staff is very helpful and the store is always well stocked. I am also impressed with how clean the store is. I always make it a point to stop in when I am on this side of town.

The older lady with the blonde hair may need some uptraining on customer service. I don't need you to tell me which products I'M purchasing you like or dislike. Not to mention the unprofessional comments she was making behind the register about customers while in front of another customer. I always find the older guy with the glasses to be pleasant and very professional, this lady today, not so much.....

Wonderful experience shopping at Big Lots today. The lady I believe her name is Andrea (cashier at 12 Noon) was wonderful. She would be an asset to any company with her great customer service attitude. I would Hire her anytime. The store was clean and well stocked. I certainly will shop there again.

Big Lots had come up!!! Compare Big Lots a few years ago to the Big Lots of today and the difference is crazy. I love everything about the store. Great prices. My only complaint would be the size of the aisles. There's no way 2 buggies can fitj 22

Bought my couch and dining room table here and they have been great.Brian in furniture is always very friendly and helpful when we see him there. Was looking for a new bed frame, they didn't have it in stock but he called many different stores and was able to hold us one. Thanks for the great service!

Low prices, good products. I've been to this Big Lots several times for quite a few big purchases, and I've never been disappointed. The workers are super friendly, polite, and helpful. For my last purchase of a bookshelf, the guy who brought it out to my car even offered some advice on how to put it together with less hassle than what the instructions listed. Fantastic customer service.

I've been to every Big Lots from Augusta, GA up to Seneca, SC out to Charlotte, NC, down to Columbia, Orangeburg, Sumter, Greenville, Spartanburg, Greenwood, Charleston, SC and everywhere in between those places.This is not the best of the group, but between the 20+ stores in and between those cities, this is one of the better ones. It's not the prettiest store, but the freight staff is very good and they're organized.

Love to find Great deal here. There is something for Everyone at Big Lots! They even have have selection for Your Fur Babies. We stop in sometimes just to pick up some really good snacks. The Employees have Always been Very Friendly and Helpful at this store.

My Husband and I were in Spartanburg, and we visited Rose's and Big Lots. I love shopping Rose's, they had wat we were looking for. We walked in Big Lots, didn't c anything we wanted, so we left. Big Lots has some nice things in there but it wasn't wat we were looking for.

The only member of staff that even acknowledged us or was friendly was the cashier. The staff ignored us so much that one of them rolled a bed out onto my foot then didn't apologise.I may understand not "bothering" a customer who is doing some light shopping. But I was actively testing out furniture and looking around the whole store, it's not like none of the staff saw me. They just didn't care. Not impressed, probably won't be going back anytime soon.

What's left of school supplies 50% off. LaCroix way cheaper than any other store I have been to or searched online, selected flavors, and a new one I can't find anywhere else-Cherry Blossom 🌸 yum. 12 pack and 15 packs of other flavors... what!!! Clothing 60% off - just hanging out shirts, Reebok sports bras, sweat pants, biker shorts, shorts, dress shorts, men's hoodies, little kid clothes, and left over summer chancletas etc. I just enjoy looking around. Also, Halloween items are out. Thanks
