Great place to shop and find stuff just make sure you pay attention to the prices ...it seems like they sometimes just charge whatever they feel like lol...twice i have had to bring stuff to their attention bc the tag says one thing they charged something completely different...other then that great store

I just brought a TV stand and when I got home it was broken and scratched. The Big Lots worker was the one who loaded it. They sold me the one on the floor in display without telling me. Check your items before they load it into your cars. Thus is horrible and I'm unable to lift it up again for a return.

I personally absolutely love big lots! Most of the time they always have the best deals, and occasionally you can find target items in there that they give to Big Lots to sell!

Went to purchase furniture. There were 2 men talking had to ask to get their attention. One went to the back to get what we wanted. There wasn't desk in a box. We wanted both pieces. The guy disappeared. BUT, WAYNE was walking past. asked if we needed help. With kindness and patience, rang us up and carried the desk out the door and into the car. Great customer service. So much appreciated.

I went into this store a week ago to purchase one of those mattresses that come inside a box. I found what I needed as soon as I walked in. Felt good coming into a clean and organized store. My cashier was really nice and willing to assist. There was one person who went above and beyond my expectations. While I was struggling to figure out how to fit two large boxes into my trunk a young man came out and offered to help. He was sincere and pleasant. I had just got off work so my brain was tire. He was eager to help and figured out a way to help me fit the two boxes into my car safely so I didn't have to strap it to the roof look some folks do lol. I'm grateful for his patience. Great customer experience. 👌🏽

We were looking for a queen bed needed as a quick replacement. We walked in that area where 2 male employees were, and over the course of several were ignored by them. They looked at us, walled around so that didn't have to come where we were it seemed. Not once asked if we needed help. Is that an old fashioned expectation? We didn't buy from there.

Do not buy furniture from here. There is a 3 to 4 month wait is what we was told.... we went to Iveys furniture .look them up.. They had what we wanted and delivering it this week. Ashley furniture

I like the selection of food and snacks and it's a great place to find some good imported foods and snacks that are both high quality and great prices. They have some good deals throughout the store and good sales and a pretty good selection.Another plus is they have some of the best deals on furniture and good brand furniture at that.

Called this store because I was in need of a certain Christmas tree. Very nice, swift and informative. She place me on hold briefly and returned and said she would have it up front waiting for me. The store lead was very helpful when we asked to apply for a credit card to purchase furniture with. He then helped us with our furniture order and explained all the details to us in a clear and concise manner. He never did try to rush us off and was very patient.

I went to this location yesterday around noon to buy a new comforter set. I thought I was getting a good deal for thirty dollars an comforter the sheets and a standard pillow, when I got home to open it up it was just a cover but not just any cover it was a cover that had a burnt hole it looks like it came from someone’s house 😒😟 in the package it was folded all nicely so I couldn’t tell until I opened it very disappointed and disgusting. I called last night before closing time to inform the manger on what happened and all I got was an you can bring it back and get a refund no apology or nothing. Will never go to this location again

Haven't been in a big lots in years. I was looking at pool stuff off of a recommendation from a pool store. They didn't have what I needed but I was impressed by some of the selection they did have. Store was very clean and well stocked.

Love this Big Lots! Becca & Marcus are always so friendly and helpful. I should also add very patient with those of us who are indecisive when it comes to picking out furniture. We did have a problem with a tv console and the manager went above and beyond to make it right.

Every time I go to this particular location there never is much of anything in stock. Big store but a lot of wasted space with nothing much to buy. Went yesterday thinking there would be a wide variety of Christmas items and come to find out most of it has been wiped out or pushed to the back room. But yet on Big Lot site there's plenty of items. Ended up just buying a set of gift bags. Went to pay for it and the check out clerk was so rude. I didn't have my "rewards card" on me and so I mentioned to her about looking it up by my phone number and she acted like she didn't understand what I was asking. Not going back to this location again....ever.

Over a month ago we placed a down payment on a dining room table, and were told it would take 2-3 weeks for the table to come in. Since then we haven’t received any calls or communication. Today we’ve been trying over an hour to get in touch with this stores furniture department. Each time we call we’re transferred to them, and we wait 5 minutes then it starts ringing and come to find out it directed us back to customer service, then they offer to transfer us back and the same thing happens. When we finally got in touch with the correct department he told us he was going to place us on hold to check his system, then after waiting five minutes the call disconnected. We call back and they offer to transfer us for the 6th time, but said it’d be about 10 minutes. It shouldn’t be this hard, worst customer service.

My Dad and I stopped in to just look around. This was our first time at this location. The store was very clean you could get down the aisles really well. The young lady who checked us out was so patient with my Dad. He's 86 years old and hard of hearing. She didn't rush him to get his items out of the cart and his wallet out. I wish her name was on our receipt so I could give her the credit she deserves. It was a pleasure to shop at this location I will go back.
