My normal groomer was not available and I needed someone fast! Best in Show answered the phone and was able to send a mobile groomer within two days! The guy did a great job on the cut, bath, and nails of my two chihuahuas (one is not the easiest customer). He spent a lot of time grooming them to perfection and then spent time talking to me afterwards to ensure he did everything I want and the way I wanted. Best in show was a bit more expensive than my normal groomer…but the time and care he took to do a good job and the prompt response time with an appointment made it worth it! I love the convenience of mobile grooming! Thank you Best in Show!

My dog stayed from Friday night til Monday. I put enough food in the bag for every day there. She came home with almost a full bag left. I fed her when I got home and she ate then threw it all up for eating too fast. They did not feed her all weekend!!!!! So mad and I paid them 140$ for her to stay in a crate with no food and possibly no water! Never ever leave your pet here! I also paid for bath and nail cut and they said they couldn’t cut her nails. The last place that kept her did just fine with bathing and nail trim. Not sure what they even did or tried to do. Very angry dog mama here!!!!!!!

I had an appointment for today with a two hour window starting at 10:00 a.m. it was written in a text for 10:00 as a reminder to me. At 1:00 p.m. I was still waiting so I called and left a message that Charlie had left a text saying he was running late. I had already waited 3 hours. When they called me back she said the appointment was at 12;00 until 2:00. I corrected her on the time. They didn't even know what time my appointment was for and Charlie wasn't going to be here at my house until 3:00 p.m. please what service is this. I had been waiting all day for nothing. What kind of service is this, especially for a new customer with 2 dogs to groom. I will make sure my friends know about this kind of service.

First let me say Rachel and Patty both do an amazing job. My 2 star rate comes from the communication of this place. First Patty daughter cuts my dog and he bleeds. Nobody tells me. Her daughter still got paid. I don’t inform Pattie until the next time I book. She says I should’ve told her. I still book another appointment anyway. Then the mobile bus that was going to groom my dog breaks down. Nobody calls to tell me instead I’m waiting for someone to show up. I have to call them to be informed. When they finally do come. They were late and still got paid. My last grooming my boyfriend paid with his card. His card ends up being stolen and the bank has to send him another one. He knew he had just paid the mobile groomers so he actually goes down to the facility and let the receptionist know what’s going on and if there are any problems they could give me a call and he would come back down to pay in person. Nobody ever calls mind you this happened in 2023. Yesterday I called to make an appointment nobody calls back until today. The lady on the phone catches an attitude saying “we can book once you pay me”. I told her she could’ve called me back in 2023 and I would’ve paid you. I then pay her over the phone. She still got paid. She treated me as if I tried to escape paying for the service. Unlike most people my boyfriend actually came down there to pay. You all never called! Do better and work on your communication skills.

Boarded my dog, Lego, here multiple times and they always take great care of him. Also got a bath for when I picked him up and he smelled great and was so soft! I would recommend Best in Show to anybody looking to board their pet.

This was our first time using mobile pet grooming with Rachel. She worked with both of our doodles simultaneously, one of which was a puppy (her first time). It was great! They were so happy when they came back! I definitely recommend mobile grooming with Rachel, we will be back!

I take my dogs here for daycare quite often and I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and the staff.Everyone knows my dogs by name and they love Mikey.I have used them for boarding also and it was a very smooth and easy experience.Whenever my dogs need baths and nail trims and I am too busy to do it they do an amazing job. I have also seen several of the dogs that have gotten groomed and they look so good after. Charlie is a very knowledgeable groomer and you can tell he cares about the dogs.

Our little Abby a ShiTzu m just arrived from Michigan and needed a good Trim and boy oh boy did she get a Great One. She is 10 yrs old and needs to be by us and not surrounded by other dogs!! We had the mobile service , came right to the house and was Not a In - Out Service. Spent 2 1/2 hours with her and was a Terrific experience for us and our little one. We are so Pleased we now have her on a 6 week schedule . Thank you all so much for your Wonderful Service !!!!! Best in Show Mobile is a Godsend ❤️❤️❤️

We've used their mobile grooming service three times now. Our German Shepherd and Beagle had never been professionally groomed and they did and amazing job. The GSD had soooo much loose hair and they got it all out. He looked beautiful! The Beagle had never smelled so nice. Lol.Our old girl great Dane was also groomed and the groomer found a mass in her neck. Thankfully it was found as it turned out to be cancer. We trust our fur babies in their hands and will continue to get them groomed by this team of people.PS They now have a state of the art grooming van. You could perform surgery in it. Definitely high class!

Rachel is amazing!!We have an Australian Cattle Dog named Carly that is very high-strung and nervous around strangers. We get her shaved for warm weather, and we thought a mobile groomer would be our best bet, but I have to admit that I was still a bit worried about how she would behave.Rachel was on time, courteous, and had actually had Australian Cattle Dogs herself, so she understands their personality. She was even able to trim her nails, which nobody - not even us - has been able to do!We are thrilled, Carly is happy, and we most definitely recommend Rachel at Best In Show if you need a top-notch groomer.

I have used Best in show for years and have always been pleased .However This time to cut my sweet pekepoo the cost blew my mind $108( without tip). She’s 7 pounds !’Also she came back with a bad cut on her right paw that was bleeding ( I guess from where she tried to clip the nails)I had to doctor her paw for days . Not happy

I have had bad experiences with groomers, but not this time. They were so nice and caring and did a great job! They had to deal with my 9 month old very energetic GoldenDoodle. They took the time to walk her and even let her run to burn off some energy. They have A LOT of patience! And they also saw my 13 yrs old Shitzu/ Terrier mix who is a sweetheart but has health issues and they took the time to be gentle with her. We are very pleased and will definitely be back!They did a great job!! Thank you all SO much!!

They did great with our 3 year old Golden the first time we took her! She was pretty nervous about it and her coat was in pretty bad shape, but Rachel made us and our dog feel much more comfortable about the whole process. They seem like they really know how to handle the dogs properly.

We needed a spur of the moment trim before heading to the beach and Best in Show for us right in! Rachel knew her breed well, was wonderful with our girl and spruced her right up! Willow looks, feels and smells SO nice! I highly recommend her!!!

My puppy isn’t used to grooming yet so he can be a bit vocal. Everyone was great with him. He came home looking really great. He loved on the groomer before we left as if to let her know how good he felt.

I called and made an appointment! I took my dog in and I left her there from 9:30 am til 5:30pm which they called me before that time to let me know my dog was ready! I went in the lady told me that my dog was nervous and she was not able to perform things on my dog because she was so nervous I paid $40 and they brought me my dog! My dog first of all weighs 5.4lbs not big at all but you not only charge me that amount of money you never did a complete service on my dog!!!! She never got serviced correctly!!!! You took some shears to her back end and it was a mess! I will never recommend nor take my dog there again! This date was 03/02/22! If I have to continue to wash her I will!!! I’m giving a one because receptionist was nice! That’s all I can do smh

I have a little Lhasapoo who can be difficult to groom. She's a screamer and I have been turned away from other grooming shops before they even tried to do her because I explained her issues before I would come. Best in Show was very willing and very comfortable with working with a dog with issues. They did a fantastic job! They must have made her somewhat comfortable because they said that she didn't scream too bad, which is an accomplishment for her. Highly recommend them! They are very personable, very nice people and they do a great job!

This guy is the best groomer in the area by far. We have him setup on a schedule to come. Always professional. Always knows his stuff. Always been satisfied and amazed at the cuts. I've used 4-5 different groomers due to moving and just circumstances in past. These folks have our business as long as they keep cutting. And the mobile service is great.

This was my first time taking my standard poodle to Best in Show. My dog is known for having “bad grooming manners” but these ladies said she was fantastic. It really tells a lot about a place when your dog is able to be very good in a normally very stressful environment for her. The cut is great and the ladies even took the time to give me some amazing pointers on how to take care of this high maintenance coat. We will be back very soon!

I've never had to take a dog to a groomer, but I quickly came to see that the lush, fabulous hair of my 7 mo old Shih Tzu, Princeley, was a job beyond my usual determination. I was nervous, but I just crossed my fingers and went for it. Shih Tzus can be cut in lots of styles. Best in Show did a wonderful job listening to what I hoped to see. The end result was more beautiful than I knew to hope for. I"m a big do-it-yourselfer so I was thinking about trimming him next time until I looked at just how detailed and difficult that would be. DIY? What had I been thinking? It takes expertise, experience and natural talent. Staff gave me a great consult on Princeley's grooming needs. I just took him for his second grooming. Gorgeous! This is working out very well for Princeley and me. Also, very reasonably priced.

Extremely frustrating experience with this place. I was originally scheduled for a mobile groom last Tuesday, they texted me the day before to say there was a mistake in scheduling and moved it to Friday. The time window for Friday came and went and I finally called 3 hours later and they had no record of a mobile groom for me at all, it had been scheduled as an in person visit. The man who answered the phone was extremely apologetic and his apology felt sincere. I understand mistakes happen and this wouldn’t have been an issue if the groom today did not look absolutely horrific. My spaniel mix (medium length coat but not thick, more fine, picture a border collie’s hair) was completely shaved. Even the top of her tail was shaved. She looks like a circus lion. I left a note about how she has cowlicks in her haunches (discovered when other groomers have tried and failed to trim them and have just shaved them)and I don’t know if the stylist misunderstood that to mean shave everything but that area or what, but my husband said she did confirm she would “give her a little trim”. I want to be clear- if I were home, I would not have paid for it. I am not particular about her grooming besides the haunch hair but it is that bad. 2 stars instead of 1 because my mom likes how they trim her poodle but I would not trust them again; I would literally rather (and I guess in future will have to) take her to Petco where they at least have enough experience to not just shave every dog they come across.

I took Copper for his 1st grooming and Courtney, who greeted us was very welcoming and assured me he would be fine, even though I had expressed my concerns about his dislikes of groomers messing with his face and mouth. And when I went to pick him up after only a little over 1 and half hours, he was "HAPPY" and I could tell he had enjoyed his experience. She said he did great with no issues.. I feel like the calm environment made his experience much easier for him due to the fact that he has bad separation anxiety. We already have our next appt. Scheduled!

We scheduled an appointment for our Miniature Schnauzer to be groomed. Frankly, he’s been an issue at some other groomers. He bit his last one, and the one before that just wasn’t a good fit.After looking online at some mobile options, we saw the many positive reviews for Best in Show. We called and setup an appointment about a month out. I very thoroughly explained that our dog was stubborn and asked if they had options for grooming difficult dogs. The lady I spoke to assured me they could handle him. She was sending out a special groomer specifically assigned difficult animals.The day arrives, and the guy shows up and basically insults our dog. Granted, our dog is moody and stubborn, but what the groomers whole attitude just threw my wife and I off. He called him a brat. On top of that, he claims no one told he was doing a difficult dog today and he didn’t have his Groomer’s Helper device. So he wasn’t able to cut our dog. He goes on and on like he was a dog psychologist. I’m sure they do a good enough job, but something about this particular guy just left poor tastes in our mouths.

My elderly 14-year-old arthritic, overweight border collie could no longer get up the stairs to the bathtub, and I had to find another option. Charlie did an incredible job -- my dog trusted him immediately, and he gave him a great cut that cooled him off and perked him up like a puppy. I was worried that they didn't bring a muzzle, but they said they don't need it; they have a way with dogs that makes them feel comfortable and trusting. We are regular customers now! I love the ease of coming right to my home and not needing to transport my pet!
