Sign by the road says dining room.is open till 10. We arrived at 9 and they were mopping inside and a guy came out and told us they were closed. If you are going to close whenever you feel like it, take down this sign.

This is the best fast food restaurant I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. The older ladies in the drive through during day shift are the sweetest people you will ever meet. We had an issue with our order and they made it 10x better ! Couldn’t ask for any better customer service anywhere. Thank you for doing what you do! Delish orange cream shake also :)

Well let's see where do I start. We have eaten at this particular Arbys quiet often and up until the past 2 times have we had a bad experience. My husband ate there last Tuesday afternoon and said that the young boy on the register acted like it was a bother to take the order. Then this afternoon we ate there again it was order id : AAXCL44CBS employee was Fredrena S. He was the rudest person i have ever seen. I went to place order which I got the 2 for $6 . I wanted a roast beef and and a crispy fish. But before I could tell him I that ,he insisted I wanted 2 roast beefs. Finally got him to understand what I wanted . I asked for my drink cup and turned and realized that the drink machine was still out of order from last week. And there was no tea out. I then ask for tea and the same guy got the cup filled it to rim with absolutely no ice. The tea was hot. Then when I asked for ice he put alittle in,handed it back to me running over. Well we set down to eat. The roast beef and the fish were cold. I got the crinkled fries and they were hot. I went back to get a refill, there was only one girl behind the counter and she worked the drive thru. She called out the side door to Fred and told him he had customers out front. There was a gentleman that came in. She also said I needed a refill. By this time another employee came in and walked by me. Fredrena took the man's order and stood there waiting, still waiting for him to acknowledge me standing there. I finally asked him if he could get me some more tea while he waited. He gave me this exasperated look and got it.There is a sign hanging in view of the customers that said greet,repeat and kindness goes a long way.I think every employee there needs to be retrained in customer service.I am not sure I will ever go back to this Arby's. There are to many others to visit and spend money with..

As I drove up to the window I was asked by the cook if I would give him a discount from the company I worked for. He saw my company's name on the side of my car. When I said I can't do that he walked off mad to go fix my food. Which raised suspicion. Then another guy came to the window totake my card he asked if I wanted to leave him a tip. I said for what. He said for me. Needless to say I took my card and left without buying anything. I don't need beggars and unprofessional behavior when trying to order and pay for something. Arby's was my favorite but I will not go back to this one!

Arby's should be very Ashamed! Never ate at this location & never will again.I ordered the chicken club wrap and the chicken inside had to be a couple of days old or from earlier that day,it was so Cold and extremely hard,I thought it had chipped my tooth. Couldn't eat it ,paid $12 and some odd cents for fries & jomoka shake,the wrap was total trash!

I stopped here for the 1st time in my life. The food and service was good. The staff were great. I was blown away by just how clean the entire restaurant was. It is the cleanest restaurant I can recall being in for a long time. Floors are squeaky clean. The tables are not sticky and they're very clean. If you look up at the ceiling at the return vents for the air conditioner, they too are clean.

Hands down best sandwich possible in this area and the sandwiches come with very generous amounts of meat. Drive thru was to the road when I turned in but we still were not in line more than 10 mins total and BOY this food is amazing! Nothing like Arby's roast beef, I mean nothing.

Wow! I did an online order and it was perfect! The new fish fingers were very hot and delicious! Twice as much fish as breading. I hope these stay around awhile. Our roast beef sandwiches were sliced thin, and piled on neatly (pet peeve, I hate sloppily made sandwiches). Fries were fresh and hot. I also got $3.00 off on the App. This location has been doing a great job lately! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed by a former Arby’s GM. 😉

Stopped by after visiting the area and the young man in the window was such a pleasure to work with, I hate I didn’t get a chance to get his name. He was able to accommodate my lemonade change and my bad was filled with sauces without having to ask. He was very manner-able and because I have a background in customer server and food service, it was such a delight to encounter someone who still give great service with a smile and with manners. Will definitely come back again and I hope to see that you don’t man again.

What a refreshingly pleasant fast food experience; I definitely think that things have changed overall with Arby's since their menu changed. But this "Happy Hour" snack stop was really EXTRA!The entire restaurant and ladies room was beyond clean, the staff had actual smiles and were quite obviously proud of the state of the store.And the food was also very good (the menu changes really help 😊), served quickly and freshly made by a genuinely friendly associate. As soon as I find the receipt that's buried in my purse, I can update this review with her name - she (and the other people who work very well together) really made a snack pit stop much more like an event!Keep up the amazing work and I can't recommend this Arby's enough 🖤🖤 (on my next visit, I want to check out the beer cheese sauce and pretzel buns 🥨🧀🍺)

This Arby's is good. I go here cos I like them crinkle cut fries n the gyros sometimes. Always good. Usually not busy, but ya know it depends on time of day. Usually pretty fast. Service is fine, never had to do a heavy eye roll while ordering in drive thru so that's a plus right there. Check em out.

These people are clueless. Can't speak clearly, can't clear out the drive thru in any reasonable amount of time, and can't properly speak into a telephone nor a microphone. Now I see they are always empty at lunch time when I go by. Sad. Used to be the best sandwiches around. Really poor skills on the part of those that work there.

I truly do not know what happened here. I gave Arby's a fantastic review because the experience was great. The food was delicious the staff was super friendly and the service was Swift. I also left a four-star review and I was shocked to open my phone and see that there was only one star. Quite often when I touch the stars as soon as I touch it opens the comment section and then I complete touching the Stars. This may be a glitch in the system because I definitely did not give this place one star. And I will be returning there in the very near future.

I pretty much visit this Arby's once a week . I've been doing the drive thru since covid, due to the dining area being closed. My most recent visit was today for lunch. I noticed the dining area was open ,so I went in. The guy taking orders needs to go now. The worst attitude I've ever seen. Didn't even ask to take my order. He stood there with his arms crossed looking at me. I finally just told him what I wanted. I watched him do this to the other 4 customers that came in after me. Two of those four just walked out instead of even dealing with him. I'm talking about the guy with the long black hair , just in case mgt is concerned. The food was good as usual.

The counter workers did a fine job of filling our order and it was correct but "fast" food was a 20 minute wait. The fries were hot. The chocolate shake was too much. Especially since I don't have dessert very often.

Saw Arby’s at this exit while traveling and was looking so forward to a sandwich. Wanted at beef and cheddar with no red ranch combo. She repeated, “beef and cheddar with a coke.” My husband asked if she got the no red ranch part. With a loud and very frustrated and condescending tone, she said, “BEEF AND CHEDDAR WITH A COKE WND WHAT ELSE?!” The answer she gave us took much more effort than a simple yes or no. Needless to say, we left. The date is 08/24/2022 @ 12:45.

The food was great! I was using a coupon so I was amazed at the amount of roast beef that was put on the 2 sandwiches. I figured it would be rather skimpy. The onion rings ordered were cooked just right. I used the drive thru, which was prompt, so I can't comment on the inside of the building. I will go here again.

Horrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru a long time. A girl took our order and then a guy came on and asked for our order again. It wasn't a complicated order. Then a girl came back on and screamed ok pull up. We couldn't due to a car in front of us. Unfortunately they decided to talk about us with the speaker still on. At that point we pulled around the car in front of us and left. Thus happened at 4:15 on 6/27/21.
