Daughter had appt. To neuter cat. We drove an hour there, and the intake was prompt and efficient. Workers were caring and organized. We picked him up earlier than expected. He had no complications. This facility performs amazing service for a fraction of normal neutering cost which includes shots, tags, and microchipping.

I'll give two stars because I appreciate the "effort" of what they are trying to do. HOWEVER, be sure to write down the name of the people you speak with and get emailed copies of what you're booking.I booked an appointment for two kitten strays that I am caring for, asked for pain medicine for both, a cone for the female, and for both to be chipped - was told I was being booked under a grant and it was $130 total for everything and was asked to pay upfront. When I brought them in, they had respiratory infections, the surgery was canceled and I purchased an antibiotic. We rebooked for two weeks later, where they were again canceled and given a higher dose of medication and rescheduled for another two weeks later. At this time, since the medication they prescribed was "stronger," they charged me $40 vs the $15 I paid the first time. They deducted the $40 from the $130 I paid in advance and left a $90 credit towards their future surgery. On the 3rd visit, they got their surgeries... that was it. No cone, no pain medication, no chips. SOME HOW... that's now my fault for not mentioning it when they were brought in the 3rd time?? When their records should have shown what I booked. And also, the grant was mysteriously taken away after the 2nd visit, so the price increased and no longer included those services. Not once was this mentioned to me, and one person offered me a refund and then another person said "no" and that is was basically my fault for not mentioning it. Not saying they aren't good people, just saying that I do feel robbed and lied to amongst other things, and to just make sure you get everything in writing.

I have nothing but high praise for this facility. My young pup was recently neutered there and the services they offer are more than reasonable. The staff is very friendly and professional. After emailing them I was contacted on the next day and they performed the surgery in less than a week. I'm very thankful to have them here in Spartanburg!

I used to transport animals from there back to the shelter. I appreciate all they do, but don’t appreciate the attitude I’ve gotten on occasion. I also secured 2 vouchers for an elderly neighbor who’s been trying to get her 2 female dogs spayed for months. At the beginning of March, when she was told to call back, they were rude & told her she’d have to go elsewhere. I tried to call myself earlier this week only to hear a recording they are not taking any more voice mail messages & that now you have to email any request. How is this a way to run a business and to treat the public? Very disappointed!

I've had numerous cats and kittens fixed with Animal Allies and have never had any issues with the care my kitties received. I did have one kitty treated for fleas and I guess maybe they got in a hurry and didn't administer the topical preventative properly so I had to treat her again myself just one week afterwards but other than that I think they do a great job.

Took great care of my fur baby! Cannot thank them enough for their service! They had a great system in place took animals straight back to avoid disagreements. Pick up was just as good. They even filled in my microchip info. Highly reccomend

Their care is fine. I am giving 2 stars because their communication is horrible. You have to email them to call them and GOOD LUCK if you miss their phone calls. You try to call them back and they will NOT  answer.The first time I tried this method of communication with them, so much time had gone by that my cat ended up PREGNANT...TWICE!!! (First time she got pregnant a family member let her out and didn't bother to get her back in. Second time neighbor released and didn't bother to try to get her back in the house. Both times I had to get her in.)I have other cats and have had to use this method of theirs to make appointments. You have to watch your phone like a hawk to get an appointment.It is a complete headache to deal with.

10/10 Recommend!! Our family cat developed pyometra and needed an emergency spay. I was in a panic after hours searching everywhere to get her treated. Animal Allies called me back first thing that next morning, got her in, and were amazing throughout the whole experience. Not to mention how affordable they are compared to emergency vet costs. Also highly recommend spay/neuter for any pets because not having mine spayed almost took her life.

I'm an overly sensitive animal lover and I brought my special boy Ezra in to be neutered. I was near hysterical when leaving him there. But the staff was very nice and made me feel better/at ease. The surgery went great and he is back to his normal activities. The staff was great, the parts of the facility I could see where clean and nice. Yea it smelled like some pees n poops but ofcourse it does. There's lots of nervous animals in there. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. The price was amazing as well. I can see me having spay/neuteres done here in the future. His young wife Lilith missed him and was very happy he was home and well so quickly.

Best to drive there and talk to someone because there mailbox is full and cant leave a voicemail. There a response from Janie if they didn’t have such awful communication and seems like every time some reposes with a bad review there 3 five star reviews to counter that one bad review so I believe they guy when he said his dog died just pay the extra money get it done right. Been reading there responds to one start review maybe it time to make a call to avma office let them do a audit

Not getting callbacks. been on a waiting list for over 6 months. they never return your calls and emails. This is ridiculous and its also costly. with $50-$80 per cat. They also hold a monopoly in the area with humane societies and seem to take advantage of this. I beg you. Please please please do not take your animals here. After two years of extensive counseling, my experience still haunts me to this day. Our dog had a spay surgery at this facility. Her stitches became opened and they advised that “bleeding is normal”. After advising that this was not a normal bleed we were advised to bring her in right away. We were told an emergency team would be waiting but when we arrived the doors were locked. While knocking on all the windows my husband gave cpr to our dog. Because of their neglect my dog died in the parking lot of their facility due to lack of care. Not only that but the lack of compassion they had after she passed was disgusting. The room that we were to visit her in were full of cats in travel crates. It smelled like ur ur and poop. Across the hall from the door they had an animal on the operating table. My heart aches everyday for the lost of our girl. This place ruined me.

Animal Ally always does a wonderful job for a great price. They're very thorough. Today I have my little male kitten neutered and they found tapeworms and also gave him all his shots that he needed and all of this cost $45 plus $25 for his medication. My regular vet would have cost me over $200. Something I really can't afford. Everyone that has an animal needs to go to animal Ally to make sure there's not these poor babies running around homeless.
