My daughter had her pomeranian groomed here. She asked for him to have the teddy bear cut. They did it perfectly. Cut was even. And he was happy and not anxious so I know he was treated kindly.

They did an awesome job on my sweet baby girl! I wanted her shaved down because she grows faster then any of my dogs & has very thick hair! She's a poodle mix & I have to brush her everyday if I don't want mattes. She looks adorable & like a completely different dog. Best grooming salon we've been to since living in Spartanburg & we've tried 3 others. I struggle to do it myself but I'd love to know their secret not to cut her when shaving short! Thank you for treating her so well!

Our German Shepherd has never looked better. They took awesome care of him. He has sensitive skin so we asked them to use oatmeal shampoo and then deshedding shampoo and conditioner too with his winter coat coming in. We have found our groomer!

I have been going to mAmbers Pet Spaw from the week she opened. Not only is Amber anexcellent groomer but she is just the most loving human and dog lover I know. Her spa is immaculate and everyone is so personable and professional. All the puppers come out looking and smelling wonderful. Greatest place for your dog to be groomed and taken care of perfectly.

I took my 10 week old, crazy hyper pit/shepherd mix here to get a bath and her razor sharp little nails cut.Not only did they do a wonderful job with her, but they said she behaves very well. The ladies working were very sweet and treated my Moxxi like their own pup. They were also very quick, only taking about half as long as was expected. The prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place!

Such a horrible experience. First, we showed up half an hour early, to make sure he was calm for the appointment, and low and behold we felt that the groomer rushed things. Then our groomer never introduced herself, It was clear this very inexperienced groomer did not know how to handle German shepherds. We offered to assist her and she said she would let us know. 30 min later we get a text that she is finished. I was shocked as I requested the full groom which included a good amount of services. She then told us all she was able to do was brush and bathe him. The point of a groomer was to get our dogs' nails trimmed, ears cleaned and sanitary haircuts as those are things I do not feel I can do on my own. I noticed that when I got my dog back he was shaking in fear. The support from groomers' customer support following this was even worse. They did not listen to my needs, they refused to offer a credit. I will never use this service again.

Amber's Pet Spaw is the best groomer! We usually have Cynthia and she has been so sweet and patient with our puppies! They are always ecstatic to see her and she does a beautiful job with them, despite their VERY hyper puppiness ;).Everyone here is so professional, we've never been disappointed!

Due to the injury that Amber brushed off as a nick that ended up having to have Stables on Cobys under arm I would not allow my babygirl Bella never to go back. I understand accidents an mistakes happen. But to down play that mistake as if it was a simple scrap when it was obviously a BIG HOLE UNDER HES ARM AN NOT REIMBURSE THE CHARGES AT LEAST TO SHOW GOOD FAITH PRACTICE IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE! AN AS I RESEARCH HER REVIEWS IVE NOTICE THAT ONLY PEOPLE OF COLOR HAS HAD ARE SHOWN CONCERN. WHICH OPENS UP THE QUESTION.WOULD AN INDIVIDUAL OF DIFFERENT SKIN TONE WOULD OF EXPERIENCE THE SAME TREATMENT. ALSO TO ADD TO INJURY SHE SHOWED ZERO COMPASSION TO COBYS OWNER. INSTEAD SHE REALLY HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND APPROACH TO THE GIVEN SITUATION THAT IT WASN'T A NICK IT WAS A WOND THAT REQUIRED STAPLES. Good evening, had to at least give a one star to write a review but in all actuality it was a no star for me. My family dog was and emphasis was a frequent customer at this establishment. The owner herself should never put her hands on a animal ever again!!!!!! How do you own a pet grooming spa and you don't know how to properly groom a animal without causing bodily harm and to down play the injury as if it were a nick or a scrape on the knee and the injury was far from that. To save you and your family from the trauma, pain and suffering and being charged for services after your animal was injured stay away from Amber's Pet Spa.

I have been bringing my large German Shepherd, Ella, to Amber’s Pet Spaw for three years now. My Ella girl sheds like no other, but Amber and her team keep her looking luxurious and perfect year around! They perform a full groom and de-shed. Ella and I could not love Amber and her Pet Spaw more! If you’re looking for a groomer that will truly love your fur baby, this is the spot!!

My dog has the natural odor of a 20 year old dumpster, but when I bring her to this salon the stink stays away for at least a week or two. Other groomers haven’t been able to get the stink off, so I’ll always be a customer here.

My sweet Denver boy is a little stressed out and barks A LOT at the top of his lungs. LOL. The groomers have never complained about him. On the contrary, they've been very sweet when talking about him. He also has lots of old man bumps they have to work around when clipping him and always do a great job. He looked super cute yesterday when I picked him up and he had his new Summer cut <3

Amber's Pet Spawn has some of THE most talented groomers in the area. Got a Bichon, Rachel's groom will turn heads! Got a Springer, Trisha is your go to. GSD or spitz breed, a blowout from Amber will surprise you just how good your dog will look. Cynthia will have your Yorkie looking fresh and Kaydence will have your bath dog smelling good. A great crew that will have your dog looking great.

Trisha ann always takes care of my fur baby and she does a wonderful job. My dog normally stinks like rotting trash, but trisha ann keeps her smelling fresh as a daisy. I’ve taken my fur baby a few times to Amber’s Pet Spa and was completely satisfied and impressed with the service provided for my Maltese. One thing I appreciated was how Amber accommodated me to reschedule a grooming appointment because I had the wrong time scheduled. The professionalism of the groomers assured me Tia was in great care. I will definitely continue to utilize Amber’s Pet Spa and will refer their business to other pet parents.

I’ve been bringing my mini Goldendoodle to Amber’s Pet Spaw for about a year. He gets his grooming done by Rachel. She is great! Always does an awesome job! Even when my upkeep in between grooming appointments wasn’t so great, she called me first to make sure I was okay with what she needed to do then made him look amazing even though she had to practically shave the back of his legs. I’m so glad I found this place!

I know they do a great job on grooming and bathing, but can't confirm other services they may offer. They also seem to be great with pets, my dog never wants to stay with new people, but he always go with them willingly.

They were able to take in my golden retriever when everyone else was booked out until November/December or wouldn’t see large breeds. The actual location was immaculate, the staff were super friendly, and payment was quick with a modern iPad style process. As for my Golden’s service? Perfect. The best he’s come out of a groomer yet! He’s soft, smells amazing, and they /actually/ deshedded him. This is also the first time anyone has trimmed his feet down evenly and neatly. His nails are a perfect length, and he’s so shiny! He also came out SUPER happy and not anxious or nervous at all. I went ahead and booked for next month because this is the BEST experience I’ve had with a groomer. All I can smell is fresh clean nicely groomed (and happily napping) dog.
