The service was professional, friendly,very informative,and helpful. I went in with tons of questions and the owner was patient and answered every single one. He gave me several options, explained how everything worked, showed me how to use them, and helped me decide what was best for us and our pets. So if you're reading this you've probably already seen the positive reviews praising Randall. They are absolutely all true and then some. Randall is knowledgeable and very professional. I am so glad I went here instead of a big box department store for these kinds of chemicals. Also if you call leave a message. Randall chooses to handle all face to face interactions then calls back people as soon as possible. 11/10 if I ever need pest control advice in the future I will definately come here first.

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped me today but he was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and let me ask as many questions as I needed in order to understand what exactly I needed to do to fix the issue I was facing. That issue was fleas.He had multiple products ranging from $30 to $90 and after assessing my situation, he didn’t try to push the most expensive sale on me. He told me exactly what he thought I needed (which was on the cheaper end thankfully) so I took his recommendation. Went home and did everything he instructed me to do. Hours later... the great flea outbreak of 2021 was over.Based on this entire experience, I highly recommend this place! The knowledge and the service was really impressive. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me. You’re the real MVP!

I spoke with Randall who was following health code policy and wearing a uniform. The store was very clean and professional in appearance. But what was really stellar was the customer service. Randall helped me identify the species of cockroach I was dealing with, recommended a solution, gave me fast information on each product like its shelf life, effectiveness, and how to use it from just his memory. I am very impressed with his helpfulness, his kindness, his patience, and this store and would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. I stopped by today to ask questions and get some bug spray. The gentleman was very friendly and Knowledgable. He made sure to explain everything in detail while showing me the products in store. Will definitely be coming here again if I ever need anymore pest control. Definitely recommend them!!

Stopped by to pick up supplies to spray yard and house for general pests. The gentleman that greeted me took the time to ensure he understood what I needed. The store is bright, spacious, and well organized. There are posters lining the walls to lead you to what product you need based on what pest is bugging you.He even put the sprayer together & tested it to ensure that I could hit the ground running. It was very nice to be able to pop in, get supplies, and go. The gentleman even helped me put it in my van as I had my 4 month old with me.He was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I am more than happy to get all my supplies here from now on! He also made sure I knew the store hours and that I could call with any question that I might think of. Thank you again for such great service.

This place has the BEST customer service by far!! The guy here is SO helpful and will go into detail on what works best for your pest problem, and why. Will DEFINITELY be going here for all my pest problems! (My husband said the branch in Greer is also fantastic when it came to helping their customers out). Just overall great company!

Called about getting a product to treat a piece of furniture I had made that had post beetles in it. Gentleman was super informative and was even more helpful when I came into the store to pick up the product discussed on the phone. Professional grade products, 1/2 the cost of Round up, better garden sprayers. Friendly staff that explain their products and uses. Highly recommend everyone purchase weed killer and fire ant products from them. I saved so much on Roundup prices, I purchased a two gallon sprayer with the savings. Their "Eraser " weed killer killed poison sumac in one application. Do it yourself has earned my business.

I had spent a few hundred dollars on a pest problem I was having. I seen some results but the cost of it was killing my pockets. So I stopped by A Do It Yourself Pest Control Store. I went in and told Randall the problem I was having a he suggested a couple different products but one in particular. So I went with his suggestion and let me tell you, I was floored from the results!! Not to mention that I only spent 5% of what I was paying an exterminator to do.
