I regularly pick up DoorDash orders here. My last pick up I was the first person in the store the cashier took at least 12 customers in front of me. I nicely said I’m on a time limit mam could you please fill my order? She said her manager told her to help other customers first and DoorDash wasn’t considered real customers??? Wow. My customers pay like anyone else and extra! And as a dasher I’m in a time limit. There’s an assigned time to pick it up. I was very late to my customer but explained to her what happened. Neither her, me or anyone I’ve told will ever shop with this location again. Since everyone’s not a real customer! Just rude and disgusting. 🤢

Always a good experience. I stop here often because it’s on the ride home to my apartment. I usually prefer another gas station but this one is convenient so I’ve been giving it a shot.Gas prices are up!!! $3.69-3.79 a gallon! 😫Convenience was key on the days I stopped to fill up here and I can’t even say I remember the clerk telling me about the introductory discount on gas for signing up for the 7 rewards program…which is FREE!! 😁However, on a day when I wanted and needed a discount because I had just come from the grocery store where I found out that an 18 count of eggs was almost $5 🙄🤷🏾‍♀️😢…I was grateful to see the discounted cost per gallon that I didn’t have to ask for but was just applied because I was a member.I’ll be back. ❤️Also, the staff is always nice to me and professional. Additionally the store and parking lot are always well kept. Can’t speak for the restrooms yet…but I’ll check it out one day and update. 😊

The clerk was on his phone hanging over the counter. Acted like I was bothering him. I was using Apple Pay and he said my card was declined, a lady behind him that looked like a customer (not really sure who she was) said that the machine didn’t accept Apple Pay although the machine said it did. He proceeding to laugh for a straight minute (probably high). I know good help is hard to find but this ain’t it.

I stop here quite regularly as it's near my house. It's always well stocked and clean. Prices are typical for a convenience store. Associates are always kind and helpful. Their rewards program is useful as well. The only drawback is due to the location, it's sometimes hard to get out of the parking lot during busy hours of the day.

I came in to get a drink and parked my 1991 imported Bmw that I got this year for just under $15k. Your female employee who I filmed calling my car junk and that “it’s falling apart”, while calling another employee over and filming it to send to someone. When I confronted her about it she pretty much just said “oh well” and got really sarcastic. Well anyways, I know it’s not the store’s fault, but this was easily the most I’ve been disrespected in any business in my life. She’s honestly lucky she wasn’t a man.

May 18th 2020 I purchased gas from here. I then went in also to make a purchase. The card reader had a clear peice sticking out at the insert area. I pulled on it because I was skeptical . The lady said it was fine they had it for months no issues. I used a different credit card from my gas purchase. Now 2 days later there were purchases for 1 dollar at 1st on both cards then random purchases from Walgreens. I locked both cards because they were compromised. Be aware!!! I will be going down there to notify management today. Both my accounts were locked and had to get new cards issued.

I have had some issues with this store for a while that have been more less just annoying until this point. Examples being Cotton Candy slurpy machine broke for weeks they keep saying someone coming to fix it and it just never happened. Boiled peanuts always look like they have been left in there for weeks. Overall cleanliness of the store is subpar at best. But all of those reasons given did not keep me from doing business. So after standing in line for 10 min and it’s after midnight I wanted to return a pack of cigs that I bought literally 2 min before and use a Marlboro coupon for $1.50 off. I am told that they can not do returns and not because the store does not do returns but because she does not know how to do returns???? And proceeded to tell me to come back in the morning and give it a try. When I questioned her I was told it was not a good night for her as if she is the only one in the world that has bad nights or days. I find this absolutely ridiculous and it basically comes down to she didn’t feel like it. Sorry but I understand people have bad days and what not I am going through some very tough times myself but you are at work leave that stuff at home you don’t get a pass dealing with customers that spend hard earned money at your business because you had a bad day. But thanks this store is way over priced anyway I will drive the extra 100 yards to QT. And speaking of QT I couldn’t imagine them ever telling a customer something like this. Chick-Fil-A would never say anything like this to a customer. Point being customer service goes a long way and to tell a customer you had a bad day and don’t feel like it well look what happened here I will not be back.

3/15/2022: I simply pulled in for gas with my RV. Room was available to get in and out. Pumps were clean and the card reader worked. Not trashy.

WOW! Awful service ,Ask for cigarettes, 2 times gave me the wrong kind ,the lady could barely speak English, also dressed with a opened back shirt with tattoos all down her back, Just WOW!Come on ,make your employees dress better than that!

We went there last week, the pumpkin spice coffee was spitting out water. We went there today, the had no covers for large slurpees and no one around to help! We were there last september and they were missing things. I have no 7-11's by me so I stop when I can. Just took a sip of my pumpkin spice and I'm not even sure what it is!! But it's not pumpkin spice!!! Will never go there again!!!!

Lucky I can't give zero stars. Went here this morning to get gas, got 10.01 was charged 75.00. Went in to talk to the manager. Looked me dead in my face and said that's out of my pay grade.

During the day its a great place but the guy working nights obviously hates his job. He is always so rude anytime I go in there. Just go to QT down the road they will always greet you with a smile.

Got an order from Uber eats they failed to put all items in my cart together was missing items when I received my order they never answered any of my calls and Uber failed to refund for the missing items won’t be ordering anything else worst service I’ve experienced here

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I make sure I stop here on my way to Michigan. The coffee is always fresh and the snacks are stacked. Keep up the good work

Hit or miss on whether stuff will be in stock. 2 stars because the staff is typically friendly but because of the inconsistency of inventory I don't go out of my way to stop here.

I got accused of stealing when I was just checking to see how much change I had and also putting my wallet back in my back pocket, congratulations on losing a long time customer!!!! QT is my go to gas station on reidville Road from now on.

This store is price gouging gas is $1.75 and down the road is $1.53 and 7-eleven not far from there is $1.29 Drinks and snacks are higher too, so what gives?
