John at Fairview Water Gardens was amazing to work with! I already had a water feature in my backyard, just needed some maintenance on the pumps. John was quick to respond, came out and cleaned the pumps, and now the water is flowing beautifully again! It was hard to find a company that does water feature/pond maintenance and not just installs. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Worst experience of my life.Had 24 healthy koi fishJohn killed all 24 with chemicals he put in our pond.Said he would make it right..Came back with 6 tiny koi and 2 goldfish to replace the 24 he suffocated to death.Paid over 10,000 dollars for pond install.One side of pond is collapsing, waterfall is collapsing, have had multiple leaks around waterfall.Bought water Lilly from him that never grew, bought koi fish from him at $30 each that were also killed with him putting too much chemical in.Ask him to do spring clean. Didn’t return callAsk him to bring 2 uv bulbs last year, charged us $250.Ask him to replace sleeve, and prong 11 days ago. Another &500 .He refuses to take our calls, or return our calls.When we do eventually hear from John.. he doesn’t bother to show up or let us know he is not coming.We’ve never been anything but kind and respectful to John these past 2 years, but dealing with him is a nightmare. We cannot use our uv light now because John never returned to replace the prong.. lied to us once again .. said he’d be here Saturday to finish … waited all day of course, but no John .

The owners are very knowledgable about their products and fish. I've seen several of the ponds they've built and they look great. True professionals! The set up is very nice and organized so it's easy to find what you may need. The fish variety is awesome as well and they get top notch care so that the customers are ensured to have top quality fish.
