At PetSmart in Simpsonville, our newly adopted rescue hound dog had his first-ever grooming — including a nail clipping and grinding. The experience could not have been more positive, comforting, and invigorating for our canine, all thanks to Hali being so gentle, patient, and caring in pampering our pooch.Hali will be our go-to groomer for our dog, especially after her being so resourceful in noticing his aversion to a hair dryer, and instead letting him rest and recline through another heated means of drying off after his bath. Hali also had a grooming colleague massage our pooch to help him feel totally at ease through his necessary nail maintenance.Hali made not only our dog’s Sunday afternoon, but our family’s as well, with top-notch TLC.

This was my first time coming to this location and I must say that I was surprised when I stepped inside of the store. I’ve been to other locations and this location gives me an intimate boutique vibe. The cashiers were very nice and the store was very clean and organized. I was able to get everything that I needed for my puppy.

Our little fur baby Sock loves to get groomed at Petsmart by Kylie she is so good with dogs and we have always been a satisfied customer. Everyone is so helpful and friendly!

Horrible service. I don't recommend them. If your pet soils the floor and you ask for help they just look at you and point you towards the cleanup area. Rather than assisting you to clean it up. I don't recommend this store.

I would like to thank this location for the understanding and thoughtful manager they have. I didn’t catch her name cause I was so grief stricken, still trying to put myself together, but I lost 2 pups back to back and they took back the food I had purchased the week before allowing me to put that money toward the vet bills. ❤️ You are amazing and I thank you.

After watching another agitated patron wait to be addressed, I and my dog were turned away for grooming services. Either get someone who can cut doodle hair without doing a full shave or don’t accept doodle appointments. Super disappointed since her last bath/brush here went so well. Replaced polite and knowledgeable staff with just the opposite. Will be going to PetCo from now on.

This PetSmart is always tidy and stocked. I can't think of any time it wasn't. Today, the staff on duty were friendly. There have been a couple of times when I've made purchases and two different cashiers weren't so friendly. I haven't seen them in awhile, though.3/24/24I went in today to get my fur baby 🍼 🐈🐾 a specialty food for fur balls. Found what I was looking for and checked out. I have to say, the lady who checked me out was very friendly and didn't give me a sense of my presence wasn't welcomed. Thank you ma'am🙂

This store has a well trained staff not only in the grooming department, which Charlotte, our dog likes, but also in the floor staff and cashiering. The store, even with live animals is clean and odor free. The Manager is to be commended.

Tiny place with not much selection. The woman helping us was insanely rude. She was rolling her eyes, sighing, on her phone, and just giving a nasty attitude towards us. Girl, if you hate your job that much, go get another one. Guy on the register was nice at least. Only saving grace for that store.Save your time and just fight the traffic on Woodruff Rd to get to the other location or even Petco instead. Way better experience at both those locations, even with the horrible traffic.

Girl with Blue Hair is really sweet. She made us feel welcome and I walked out feeling better than I walked in.Everyone was nice but she was really friendly and made my experience a great one.Instead of just going to petsmart and picking up dog treats, I now have the great experience of wonderful customer service.Thanks for complimenting my nails, if you read this I think your hair is cool! 😎 rock on

Store 2559 repeatedly cancels Apts cuz people don't show up or they just don't open their grooming section for the regular walk in nail Apts. Out of all the petsmarts I've dealt with, this one by far is the worse managed!

It's small, overcrowded, and dark. There are always boxes everywhere and the selection is iffy. The 2 stars are only because the staff are courteous and really helpful. I'll keep driving to the Greenville store, the convenience of location isn't worth coming to this one.

The only place I take my 🐕 for grooming workers are very friendly have answers you need for all your questions and concerns very thorough always happy 😊 my Otto loves to go there to get pampered he loves his Kylie!!! She's great 👍👍👍

I came in here this morning and everyone was so friendly and helpful. One of the gentlemen there was extremely friendly helped me get a crate for our new pup, helped me pick out treats and even helped with questions about training. Woodruff road is much closer and I mean almost 20 minutes closer, but never have I had service like this at the other one. I wish they had a banfield attached to this one, because I would always choose this location over the woodruff location. Can't wait to bring our pup here for her first grooming.

I am very satisfied with the product and the employees are really nice. There was a certain girl who was incredibly helpful with the fish and all the products. She gave me useful tips and made my day twice as exemplary. She is about in her twenties and is dirty blond. She's talkative, friendly, and valuable to the PetSmart business. She has a great smile and is a hard worker. The other workers were friendly too and helped me to the best of their ability. The products are always amazing and almost always meet my needs. I also love the discounts I can get. In short, I would definitely recommend PetSmart.

I can never get ahold of anyone in the grooming department. No one e ever answers or I'm put on hold and forgotten. A friend called for pricing but couldn't give price even with complete dog info. I have two Jack's one is 3 active and skiddish and the other is 17 with hip problems. After reading the reviews and having contacting problems I don't feel it's safe for my pups. Petsmart in Largo, Florida is awesome. So if your down that way and need grooming g stop there.

I never leave reviews. But this was absolutely terrible service. I was trying to find a groomer for my Guinea pig because she won’t let me maintain her hair. And I noticed online petco has a grooming service. So I called. The salon doesn’t take calls. The small animal department doesn’t take calls. The automated line is basically slow and useless. And when I finally got to talk to a real human being and ask if they groom guinea pigs she rudely said no and as I was saying sorry she put me on hold. It’s fine that they don’t groom guinea pigs, this lady is just rude.
