I left a 4 pound puppy there for a bath and brush only. Told groomer to mainly focus on her tear stains. After having her for 3 and a half hours(told she would be done in 2hours), no one called me, I called the store several times and no one ever answered. I went up to the store, and she was ready. They brought her out looking the same way she looked when I dropped her off. The groomer called and left a message with excuses, and no offers or anything to fix the problem. I’m very disappointed and will never use Petco again.

Ty did absolutely AMAZING on my 9 y/o Shih tzu. I was hesitant at first because my dog is not fond of new groomers however, Ty exceeded my expectation. Definitely 100/10 experience. Thank you so much Ty!

Getting tired of going in for nail trims only to find out the grooming salon closed early because they don't have enough help. You could at least put a sign up.Glad they are now fully staffed! 03.16.24

My boyfriend actually spoke to the staff as he took the dogs in one at a time because we have three dogs. He mentioned that the staff was super friendly and helpful. And the dogs' toenails are amazing!! We got them clipped and filed and I will not be taking my girls anywhere else for this from now on! So worth it and the nails are super!! Thank you!

Jessie is Jasper's groomer and she does a fantastic job every time. She listens to how I want his haircut and she delivers. Jasper always looks great and smells good after each haircut and bath. I wouldn't trust my fur baby to any one else. I highly recommend her as a top groomer.
