Hollywood Feed on Woodruff Road exceeded all my expectations during my recent visit. As a first-time pet parent and a transplant from Maine, I was feeling lost and overwhelmed, but Grace at Hollywood Feed quickly changed that. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in my needs made me feel valued and supported. Grace took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert recommendations on toys and food for my new Chihuahua, Charlie. She also introduced me to their A-List Celebrity treatment options, including same-day delivery—an absolute game-changer for Charlie's separation anxiety. Thanks to Grace's patience and Hollywood Feed's exceptional service, I left the store feeling confident and prepared to provide the best care for my furry friend. Five stars just don't seem enough to express my gratitude!Charlie gives 2 PAWS UP!

My husband and I visited the store for the first time while helping out an adoption with Freedom Fences. I was impressed by the kindness of staff and how welcoming the store is. They have a huge variety of dog toys. It is a very clean and bright store.Happy with our experience.

Great store. Staff are always helpful, offering to find anything we need, and helping to load. Great selection of Fromm’s foods. Well stocked and frequently discounted. We especially love the large selection of fresh biscuit treats, and chews for our large dogs.

Love this place!! They were super helpful in finding the right food for my German shepherds. I had a subscription on amazon but got to cancel that since Hollywood Feed not only delivers, but have much more quality food at a better price. Win, win, win!!!!

The store clerks didn't ask me anything specific about what I was looking for in their store. Even after I told them what I needed, they recommended options that had either too high of a protein percentage or too many calories. It appears that they prefer to recommend what they or their friends or customers like vs what it was that I needed. I still ended up spending over $200 as a first-time customer, but it was even close to what I actually needed to feed 6 pets. And, the clerk didn't even mention the rewards club that Fromm offers, even after I bought 4 bags of it and multiple cans. I will be back only for returning the cbd joint supplement and calming chews our dog wouldn't eat. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I will say, however, the store was clean and the staff was friendly enough... they just need more training in the entirety of their product lines.

Everyone here is so helpful. They truly care about finding a food combination for my protien allergy prone dogs. The foods we landed on aren't widely available. Thankfully they always have it in stock!

I like coming here, lots and lots of different treats to buy from baked biscuits to duck feet and pig ears. My dog loves doing her sniff shopping haha. Had a really lovely staff member help me find a food that would help with my GSDs dry/allergy skin condition and it really helped us get him on the road to recovery and fed him that food for the rest of his life. I always buy the joint supplements here too. Just a good store with good people, and the rewards program is soooo helpful 👍

This is your go to store for your pet pookies/children. Prices are reasonable and they have a wall of toys. All the staff are amazing. My kids get very excited over the treat selection and will help themselves if they do not get them at once. Please give this store a chance and forget those big box stores.

I thought this place was going to be pricey but it’s really affordable! Really great staff and an awesome delivery option. Usually I go to petco but lately they have not had many options for my dog. This is my new to go spot for all his needs!

Great place for animal supplies. Selection is good and prices are great. Your budget will work for you if you shop here.Service is always friendly and helpful.They also work with a rescue organization so if you looking for a pet they may be able to connect you with a good option.Drive right by those other places and go here, you won't regret it.

Really appreciate having a Hollywood Feed in the greater GVL area. They have very competitive prices on the cat food and litter I get. It's also in a convenient location to get a few other things done while in the area.

A wonderful selection of dog food and treats to keep your pets healthy. No matter what you need you will find it here! The staff are helpful and attentive and answer any questions you may have quickly. We plan to try the delivery service next, for those busy days when we can’t drive out to the store…but we want to keep our furry friends happy! We even got a coupon to use on our first home delivery. So happy to find a great place to meet our pets needs after moving from out of state…and not wanting to compromise our pet’s health by switching to the easier to get, but ultimately, unhealthy grocery store and big box retailer pet foods. Try Hollywood Feed…you will be as delighted as we were!🐾🐾

Love the store, love the location, love the people, love the product selection. Absolutely hate the smell of maple syrup on everything, including my clothes for a few hours after I leave. I don't know what is going on with the pumpkin spice maple syrup smell year round at this location.Update, Dec 31 2023 - After final dose of maple syrup pumpkin spice smell all over us, we just decided to stop shopping here.
