On April 2, 2024, I was on the waiting a list if someone cancelled their fur baby appointment. One of the staff members called and asked if I would be interested in the 11:00 AM slot. I definitely agreed and told them that I had her vaccination records to bring with me.I've never been inside this store and I wasn't expecting the amount of natural, holistic, and raw selections that were available! I walked around with Jarred and he showed me around the store. I was pleasantly surprised to see BadLands foods and treats available. I was ordering directly from Katherine Heigl, until I found this gold mine of everything I've wanted for Chloe.I never left the entire time my girl was getting her salon treatment. ;) One of the owners, Vicki, agreed that Chloe was overweight and discussed the dog food we had been giving her. We walked around the store and she introduced me to a couple of different foods that would be helpful. I chose Nulo to start with, bought a couple of different treats that were natural and low carbohydrate. I brought everything home and fed her the new food. She gave it a couple sniffs and proceeded to clean each piece of kibble out of her bowl! I was thrilled!If anyone is looking for holistic, natural, raw foods or treats for their pets? I’m ashamed to say I’ve never been to EarthWise until today. I was blown away at the selection of fresh/frozen food, premium dry food (from dehydrated complete meals to air dried options to high end kibble varieties), high quality treats, and other goodies in the store. You won’t have to waste time sorting through the garbage and bottom-of-the-barrel foods here like you do at the big pet supply stores. It’s very obvious that they have curated their inventory with care. High quality pet foods are not cheap, especially not anymore, so their prices are on the higher end. It’s understandable and I didn’t expect otherwise. The staff was helpful and patient with me, despite the fact that I came to browse close to closing time today. One of them helped me choose a few samples because I wasn’t quite ready to commit to a new food, but I left with quite a few options to ruminate on! Thanks EarthWise. I’ll be back soon!

Great Self Pet WashMoved to Greenville recently and visited this location today to give our pup a bath. We didn't know that reservations were needed, however staff was extremely nice and helpful and got us in quickly as there was some open time so we didn't have to come back. Having appointments will be nice as we have waited in line previously at other pet self wash locations and we do not have a patient pup XD. Wash room was super nice and clean and had everything we needed. Our doggie is not a fan of baths but the quiet room helped keep him calm. We will definitely be back for more doggie bath time!Pic of our fluff butt post bath.

This was our first visit to EarthWise. We went in looking for allergy shampoo for our dog, and left with TONS of knowledge, and the satisfaction that we have found the perfect place to shop for our dogs! We also scheduled them to be groomed here after seeing how well the groomers handled the other pets. EarthWise is an exceptional place, and I’m so thankful we found them!

I'd recommend Alison's grooming services to anyone and everyone! I've known Alison since middle school, and her passion and care for animals has always stood out. Not only is she an amazing groomer, she's become one of the most knowledgeable people I know, and she was the first call I made when this stray pyrenees, now named Bear, showed up on our property. I know that no matter what, Alison would know exactly how to handle any situation that came her way. She's someone you can trust without a second thought about leaving you dog in her care.

I recently picked up a new toy for my dog, Sadie, at Earthwise Pet. It was a cow named Marge. Sweet Sadie instantly fell in love with Marge, in a way we had never seen her with a toy. She carried Marge everywhere and snuggled with Marge for every nap. Tragically, Sadie was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive cancer. We brought her home from the emergency vet, not knowing how much time we had left with her. But I knew I HAD to get her a new Marge (her Marge was well loved and had seen better days). I stopped by Earthwise Pet and as I pulled in the parking lot, I saw a young girl locking up as it was closing time. I ran to the door and asked if I could come in and buy just one thing! I was let in, no questions asked and I burst into tears and explained the situation. The staff was so, so caring and kind; they asked to see pictures of Sadie and offered such kind words. We lost Sadie the next day, but I am forever thankful that Earthwise Pet helped me bring joy to my sweet girl one last time.

We used Sarah at the Simpsonville location. She was recommended to me. She has done a fabulous job with our pup and I couldn’t be more thankful for her! He’s a big boy and has long hair. She gave him a wonderful bath and trim.

Very helpful staff! My boys and I were unsure about which harness to purchase or how to put on our puppy, and the associate was very helpful. We also received advice on how to brush our Goldendoodle and which brush is best! We will be shopping here on regular basis!

I called with a few questions, regarding some products that my pet needed for a wound. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, who took a decent amount of his own time and spoke with me about the best recommendations. He was so very kind and helpful. 10/10. Will be back for all of my pets future needs. Everyone made you feel very welcomed, upon entering the store. Love this place!

Wonderful staff! They were so nice and loving to my dog indy! She came back smelling all nice and clean and they gave her a neck bandanna with hearts on it! They also gave her some treats after she was done with her grooming which was very kind! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! They have a great selection of dog food and dog treats as well.

We love this place. We have a new puppy and the owner was amazing. She spent more than an hour explaining all the products. She gave us several samples and our puppy is on the fast track to good training and good nutrition.
