My family has been taking our pets to Cleveland park East more or less since before I was born when they got their first set of sprjngers (Barron and duchess) in the late 80’s. I grew up taking them, as well as our proceeding set of sister canines (winnie and sable) to dr Finley<3. The latter set of springers were even in a canine arthritis drug study thanks to Cleveland park! Then, my crazy cats boots and Mia! We love CP East. They always get us in for emergency visits and annual exams.

I honestly don't have enough good things to say about this place. My puppy (3 y/o 90 lb GSD that I still call a puppy) has severe anxiety when it comes to anything vet/grooming, and the staff at Cleveland Park are not only extremely accommodating, but go above and beyond to make each visit as comfortable for him as they can. Every step of the way, from reception, to vet techs, to the doctors, you can tell how much they truly care for your pet and treat them like their own. Simba has seen 3 doctors and multiple vet techs here and I would recommend every single one. They are all great. Thank you to the staff at CP!

Want to give a shout out to Dr. Emili McClure. She is so understanding and sensitive to not only her patients but to the pet parent. So happy she has joined the practice as our past Dr. that we loved does not work there any longer. I would recommend her to anyone that wants outstanding care for their pets.

We just moved to the area last summer and Cleveland Park Animal Hospital Simpsonville offered a full service "one stop shop" for our pets needs. Immediately upon calling I knew I had picked the right place. The office staff have been 100% friendly and pleasant to interact with over the phone and in person. The technicians are always genuinely interested in what I tell them about my pets including the unnecessary picture show and tell. Dr. McClure and Dr. Paulk have given exceptional care and advice to all 3 of our fur babies. We will be using their boarding services in the next couple of weeks and I am 100% confident that they will care for my babies just like I do. They aren't the cheapest in town but you "get what you pay for." Would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional and kept me informed on my dog Loki who was getting groomed. He had gotten matted and had to shave all his hair off. They did a fantastic job with him. He really looked good. I recommend anyone who has a dog to bring them to their facility. It was nice and well organized.

Cleveland Park Animal Hospital on main street in Simpsonville is awesome! Facility is clean. Staff is friendly. They always love on my pup like he's their own. We saw Dr. Sam this time and was thoroughly pleased with his detailed physical exam. I appreciated him sitting down and talking things over and not seeming like he had to rush out. It was almost like we were his only client for the day. Although I know he had several. I don't feel like they are overpriced. I am able to have his flea tick and heartworm RX shipped directly to my house. Overall, very impressed with CPAH and plan to stay with them for the long term!

I was a nervous wreck about going back to any vet after previous experiences, but this staff made it a little easier for me. The staff was kind, understanding, and treated my cat gently. Sam was our vet and he had a good vibe, kind eyes, and was very gentle with my cat.

They are a really great place. They did everything they could for our pet iguana, Lizzy. Eventhough we sadly had to put her to sleep not too long ago today, they were with us every step and very sweet. They even wrote sweet notes in a card with her footprint we asked them to make. Thank you guys so much! We really appreciate everything. RIP sweet Lizzy. 💙

These guys were able to work me in on a Saturday morning as a new client and we had a great experience from the second we walked in to the time we left. The receptionists were super friendly and even remembered me from over the phone. They got us back in an exam room in no time. We saw Dr. Lindstromo and he was very thorough in going over a treatment plan and explaining what was going on with our cat. Would recommend!!

We had been taking our guinea pig here for almost a year. The exotic vets were great but the front staff needs some training. Most were polite but I did encounter a few unnecessarily rude receptionist. The vet suggested our guinea pig have surgery for her issue. I was told I would get a estimate. After calling and being put off for 2 weeks they finally responded with please allow 14 business days for a estimate. After the 14 days I called once again. I was told that they no longer could see our guinea pig because both of their exotic vets were quitting and it was their last week. I was given a call back by the vet who told me yes they were leaving and sorry I never got the estimate or surgery it was due to staffing issues. So my real question is why enter a career of your choice (front staff) then act so rudely to your clients. Frustrating is putting it mildly how I felt being dragged along for visits , being told multiple things then be ghosted by this entire facility. They don't value small animals. Unfortunately if it's not a cat or dog you're outta luck. Glad we found another vet to give our girl her surgery she needed.

My cat was a patient of Dr. Finley, so we were quite sad when he retired. However, that sadness turned to joy when my two kitties had a checkup with Dr. Emili McClure. You can tell she truly loves animals and she treats your fur babies like they are her own. Wonderful staff of technicians as well. Great veterinary practice!

I moved near the Simpsonville Cleveland Animal Hospital in 2014 from out of state. I have relied in the great quality of care, communication and almost every service CAH provides for dogs since that time. I’ve moved away and continued to schedule my dogs’ needs at the Simpsonville location. My dogs got excellent care there and one os a senior now. We’ve visited w all the vets by now and all the technicians over the years. The care has been seamless regardless of the attending vet or tech. I’ve visited other vets in the area to see if there might be a better fit. There isn’t. CAH Simpsonville is the best and I’m happy to share my experience w you.

Had an appointment with my 5 month old kitten this morning. Tech was extremely unfriendly and didn’t seem to care what I had to say. Absolutely seemed like she did not want to be there.Overall, didn’t do a great job of communicating what they were doing and why and what the issue was. Asked how much everything was going to cost and they never told me and I left having to pay $500.Front desk ladies were nice.

Dr. Paulk assessed our puppy yesterday after 3 weeks of off and on diarrhea that went unresolved by previous suggestions. He was thorough, compassionate, listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and took excellent care of her. We were so impressed by his care. In addition, the receptionist that took our worried call, was informative and fit us right in the schedule. Jill B. was the best balance of care and personality! Very nice facility, friendly staff. They take great car with the dogs, even the difficult ones. One of my dogs is very finicky and he really liked the vet tech who sat on the floor to get him comfortable with her. They don't try to oversell you on anything, just give you the information and let you decide what is best. Prices are also very reasonable. This is definitely our vet of choice for our two pups.

Had great service here. I had to make a weekend appointment and my usual vet is closed on the weekend. They were really easy to schedule with. I arrived to my appointment with my big baby Great Pyrenees and there were 2 other dogs in the waiting room that saw my dog and got excited and they got very vocal and started to make my dog nervous. They moved those dogs into a room to make my dog more comfortable. All in all I loved their facility and even though I have never been there before they were extremely nice. I am considering moving all of our pets to this location for future services. Thank you all for taking care of my best friend.

We have depended on Cleveland Park East for over 20 years. During that time they have cared for all of our dogs and cats, including our current pair.they have never, ever let us down.Not only are the doctors outstanding but the entire staff have become family friends. The reception crew, grooming techs, vet assistants, and boarding crew have taken exceptional care of our needs.Our pets literally are family members. Cleveland Park East is essential to their health.

The staff was so friendly and the facility is so spacious and clean. The doctor needed to see my puppy girl while she was being boarded. The doctor called and talked to me about what they were doing and kept me informed every day. Really a fabulous experience.!
