I have been doing rescues for years. I currently have 6. Phyllis was the original owner whom I had the pleasure of knowing since the 80's. Phyllis always was awesome with my babies. After Phyllis passed away a couple years ago Lindsay who is now the current owner, worked with Phyllis for sometime and has always been loving and caring with my babies. My babies go every week so the knowledge I have is not just every once in awhile but weekly. I currently have a Lab/Chow who is almost 17 and needs special care and Lindsay always meets his needs. I never worry about my babies because I know they are in good hands.

I will not be bringing my dog here anymore. Don’t let the low price deceive you. The last two times I picked my dog up from there, she was rubbed raw on the nose, one of the times, she was bleeding. Also, the latest time, her fur was completely rubbed off in one spot on her neck and it was so red and irritated.

I will never bring my dog there again! Very disappointed in there service this time. I brought my dog for a bath and nail trim and when I got my dog home I noticed she did not smell like she had a bath. When I felt her fur with my hands they felt oily like she was not bathed. I don’t understand what they did while my dog was there. Her nails were trimmed slightly but they did not give her a bath. I had to give her a bath in my tub at home and the water was dirty. Therefore, she definitely did not get a bath. When the girl call me to come pick my dog up she said she was just drying her, what a liar! I have been taking my dog to Bubbles and Bows in Simpsonville for about 3 years and I never had a problem except one time they did not trim my dogs nails short enough. The owner did call and apologize for the nails not being trimmed but this time after I left a voicemail about my dog not getting a bath the owner never called me back. I guess they have so many customers now they don’t care if they lose one. I’m definitely not returning ever!

Love bring my dog here. She's old & has issues(especially with being left places) and this is one of the few places I can bring her & she doesn't immediately freak out. I love how they care for my baby 😍

They do a good job with the dogs grooming. We wish the appointment time was more specific so the dogs dont have to spend almost the entire day in a cage.

Really hate writing bad reviews but sometimes you just have to. I've taken my dog here for 5 years for grooming. Great grooming BUT my mom and sister had terrible experiences with boarding. They gave my mom's dog her insulin shot WAY to soon than her scheduled due time which is typically 12 hours apart and sent my mom's dog in a diabetic coma. They did rush her to the urgent care and took care of the bills for my mom (as you would expect) - had no explanation on why this was done... Then my sister just used them for boarding end of Jan 2019 she called on Saturday (as I heard her) to confirm what time pick up would be on Sunday -- 10:00 am.. for 1 hour! NO ONE ever showed up - waited 40 minutes. Called all day and left messages on the answering machine - no one ever called back that day - so we pretty much know the dogs were not taken care of that day. When they finally got to pick her dog up on Monday at NO explanation only "you will need to talk to Phyllis" about that. Hate hate this had to have happened but I will no longer take my dog for grooming either much less boarding.

Took my 11 month Yorkie to get a haircut and bath. She stayed there all day. Dropped her off at 9am and was told that I would get a call when she was ready, I never got a call, so I went at 4:30 and she still wasn’t finished. Then, a couple of days later, I realized that there were scars where she had been cut underneath her ponytail they had put in her hair and there was also another one on the side of her face. No one told me anything, instead they tried to cover it with hair and a bow. Once I noticed, I called and left a message and asked them to give me a call back, no one has yet to contact me. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Lindsey took excellent care of our rescue hound, who is fearful of anything unfamiliar to him. He had previously gotten nail trims at groomers who were less-than-gentle and who wanted him 'in and out' as quickly as possible. Despite a full slate of clients, Lindsey took her time and her calming demeanor ensured a positive experience for our Ranger. His nails looked fantastic and he emerged wagging his tail.

Love Bubbles & Bows! They have been grooming my Bella for many years it feels like home away from home. I will never take Bella anywhere else. They know just they way to cut her without asking and they knowe by my name. At Pet Smart they look at you like why are you here and never greet you and there is never the same people working.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! I walked in there to get my Yorkies nails clipped and the lady told me can you hold your dog while I clip them because one of my other girls left. I felt so uncomfortable with this, but said okay so she started clipping them FAST and I told her to be careful and she said "yes I will" annoyed. Right after that she clipped HALF of my Dogs nail off, my dog cried and the lady tried to blame me saying that I pulled away, then she said that the nail must have been broken in half and Not once did she apologize. She just laughed and said you don't have to pay because I WAS NOT going to let her keep clipping. I asked for her name at the end she didn't give it to me just said she's the store manager. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN A DOG SALON!

The one and ONLY time taking my yorkie to this place was horrible. I asked for a summer cut not knowing they were going to shave him to the skin which he had some little cuts on him. I sat outside waiting on him since I was done with my errands and listened to some dogs hollering like they were in pain while one of the ladies was yelling at the dog which I could here all the way in my car with the windows rolled down. I ran in to see if it was mine and they said it wasn't. If you are going to be in that business you need to love animals. That was on a Saturday and today is Wednesday and he is still acting funny. Won't leave the bed and has not eaten any dog food since Saturday before I took him to get groomed. I had to hand feed him some scrambled eggs so he would eat. I am going to have to take him to the vet. Need to report them.

I've taken my shitzu Louie here several times and they have always treated him good and gave him a great groom....his "girlfriend" Jada also goes here and the one time I took them together they both came out looking spiffy! Two thumbs up!!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Took Willy out there for his 1st trip to the Salon... He was super nervous going in but the ladies there said he did well once he calmed down... Went and picked him up and he was fresh and clean with clipped nails... He told me on the way home he enjoyed his trip to Bubbles & Bows and couldn’t wait for his next visit...

Wasn't happy with service today, they washed my dog first then groomed her last so when I picked her up I got her in the car and looked at all of her hair on me and so I did called back and asked what happen so then owner did tell me to bring my dog back!!!!! But from now on please groom the dog first then wash them,, will I take my dog back I just may have to think about that!
