I had a 6pm-7pm pick up order ready at 6:03pm and had to wait way more than 30 minutes just to get a spot to park and check-in at 6:54pm. It's now 7:45pm and I'm still waiting... I just asked one of the employees at another car and he said my order was "being prepped now." This is supposed to be a quick and convenient service, but instead it's a frustrating waste of time!!!

Always have to wait to get checked out, never have cashier's working. 8+ people in line and no one cares. Need to open self checkouts again. Better to have a little shrink, than having no customers

Prices ok. Stock good.Lines at the very few open checkouts were 4-5 people deep with full carts of groceries.Line at self checkout was 8-10 deep and all self checkouts were in use.Rumors that walmart plans to charge to use self checkout, reserve them for Walmart plus members.Guess Amazon will get all of my business now.

Went and bought a gaming monitor from this branch, the box looked already opened so I asked the associate if they had anymore available which he responded with no so I just bought the one they had on the floor. Got it home and plugged it in and it didnāt work. I called customer service and the lady on the phone (Mandy) had a very demeaning attitude toward me when I explained my situation, I told her I didnāt know the rep that serviced me but he had long hair and a mustache and she continued to tell me the monitors were kept under lock and key so I should have remembered who gave me access, Her attitude was horrible the whole time. Come to find out they had 4 other monitors in stock that were not on the shelf. I will never shop at this branch again. Terrible service from beginning to end.

I like this Walmart so when Iām in Seneca I got to stop by, employees are always nice and helpful. Checkouts seem to be open and available as well. Find good deals in the clearance section here too. Shelves stocked, restrooms clean along with the store.

One of the best decisions I've ever made. I would recommend Walmart to everyone.I have two artificial knees and being able to order my groceries and clothes from them, makes my life much easier. Thank you Walmart

After waiting for over an hour in the grocery pick up line was told by the person that items had been removed off of my order and not due to item shortages. Anyone care to explain that? Second time this has happened by the very same employee.

Today at Walmart in Seneca, someone stole my full shopping cart after I had paid for it. I parked the cart by the restroom, ran in and out of the restroom and my cart was gone.Security cameras have the thief on video, I had a police report filed. One employee said that theft is a huge problem at this Walmart.Walmart will not reimburse or give me store credit for the $250 in lost items. I had my receipt in my purse with me.My question is, if theft is such a problem, why don't they check receipts as you leave the store? Seems it would easily solve theft problems.I just moved to SC 2 days ago, I did not have a Walmart where I use to live, I am not an experienced Walmart shopper. I did not know my cart was unsafe for a couple of minutes parked by the restrooms, in front of the checkers.Walmart needs to step things up.It was a horrible and it was a terrible welcome to SC.New! More ways to react to reviews.

There was an Asian lady that had terrible costumer service and was very rude. She went thru our cart like the FBI pulling and taking things out even though they were paid for and we had a receipt. I usually shop at Walmart three times a week but that will decrease due to the very weird customer service and the transaction from yesterday.

The proper way to respond when a Walmart employee says "have a nice day" is to politely say "thank you, you too" or "have a great day as well." It's always important to acknowledge someone's kindness and show gratitude in return. Plus, it's a nice way to brighten someone's day and spread positivity. My response varies. Sometimes I simply say, āThank you.ā Sometimes itās āIāll try.ā Sometimes itās āYou too!

Store was well organized, clean, and stocked. Bathrooms were clean too. They could have opened 1 or 2 more registers to help the rush in there but it wasn't too long of a wait.

Saturday Nov 11, 2023, 7:30pmI wasted the past 30 minutes trying to get through to their bakery with a simple question about ordering a birthday cake. No answer from bakery. Tried operator. She tied to transfer, No answer. Tried to page, then dropped call. I called back, operator picked up phone then hung up on me. I called and selected deli, close to bakery right? Deli lady said "I don't know about cakes, maybe you should call back later. I asked her to transfer me to a manager. She said the manager is not here. I asked for assistant manager, she said the assistant not her either. I asked to be transferred to ANY manager. She transferred me to customer service. I asked customer service to transfer me to a manager. She put me on hold. I waited 10 more minutes with no one answering, then finally I gave up.

I bought some salad mix from Walmart this week and with this salad mix Iāve never washed it because it says āwashed and ready to eat.ā Keep in mind I had been eating out of this since Monday and today I went to make a salad and this is what I saw. After revealing my friend that had been living in there I immediately threw up. Check your salad mix you might have some unexpected protein in there.š

Back in the day this place was awesome, when it was at the mattress store location. Now everything inside can be bought off Amazon. I don't understand how it's even in business, the pharmacy and grocery must pull in the big bucks. Electronics department is void of customers. Sporting goods is a joke. Lawn and garden is the best part. John you rock!

Walmart presents itself as the epitome of the corporate world's scornful view of the average working citizen. You walk into the store with an attitude of hopefully getting the lowest possible prices (a misconception in so many cases)... as you stroll through the aisles with confusion while gazing at the disorganized shelves, it becomes necessary to interrupt an "employee" whose family just smuggled in lunch as they all sit in the aisle with their fast food restaurant bags smelling up the atmosphere. Of course, your approach is construed as a threat, as the employee isn't there to work but instead congregate. She blows you off with a dirty look and "I don't know" and continues eating next to the gift wrap, where the group has made its "food table."Upon checking out, you are faced with a disgruntled cashier who is gazing at the latest text messages on her iPhone while you unload your cart onto the conveyor belt. You question a price of an item that contradicts the label on the shelf from which you picked it up (surprise, surprise) and you quickly realize that you have embarked on enemy territory. You are inclined to chalk it up to your picking the wrong cashier this time but she was the only one available as the 10 automatic checkout robots were "hosting" the majority of the other customers as they make efforts to save some money by sneaking a few items past the UPC detectors (quite successfully). You finally make it through the process, begin leaving, and say "thank you." Instead of a response, the cashier's head is tilted down as her eyes are fixed upon more important business on her iPhone while the next customer loads up. Texting her friends is evidently part of her job description. Although we will hardly be missed, we promise not to return for more punishment.

Difficult to find items as the arrangement of inventory seems to be changed frequently. Unhappy with only having self checkouts. Takes much longer for one person to unload carts, scan items, bag items, reload carts, and load baged items in vehicle. If someone has disabilities, the whole process takes too long and is too taxing for physically disabled customers.

Shelves are half empty . Stockers take up most of the aisle space. Checkout employees came over while I was printing my reciept and pressed the 5 star review option. Can't they stock after the store is closed?

So rude. Had a Christmas present bought for me and already had it. wouldn't even let us return it cause we didn't have the receipt and they said they were overloaded with stuff. Come on, it's a little $10 puzzle and your a billion dollar greedy corporation, if I return a item and replace with a item then your not gaining more to sell.

If you need anything and live next door to this Walmart, it is more time efficient for you to drive to central and shop at that Walmart. If you need any cases unlocked good luck, nobody ever shows up. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I am furious because I bought a small item in the electronics. 18 days later I tried to return said item. I had the item and the recent. I had never even opened the box and it was in the exact same condition. I noticed on the receipt that electronics returns had to be 30 days. No problem. Guess what? They tell me this item was only 2 weeks return. Nothing was printed or said or posted this. I was unable to return. I never would have bought it if I had known. Needless to say, I AM TICKED! Iām switching my pharmacy elsewhere and boycotting Walmart. It is ridiculous.

I hate going to Walmart, I'd rather order Amazon..... they never have their inventory rite and you can't find a employee with a brain to help 90% of the time... love having my order canceled because people can't do their jobs and count inventory

The personnel are not trained in customer interaction and to get their attention you practically have to knock them in the head. If you can snag one they can usually help. It is clear that they aren't trained for this aspect of their job. I believe the employees should stay in a state of alertness so that it's not so hard to flag one down. A truly annoying change that was made a while back is locking up all condoms, personal lubricants and more. I understand the need to reduce losses by locking these items in question behind glass but making that decision requires more responsibility from the staff and they MUST be quickly available with the key in hand. That means that more than 1 worker MUST have a key.

I like shopping here I just donāt really like the large crowd of people thatās always here. I usually shopped at night for this reason. I wish they would open back up to 24 hours. ALSO, every time I'm in this store I feel like there is someone constantly following me around the store. It doesn't have to go that far. If someone is going to steal from the store they are going to do it regardless, following them around the entire time they're shopping isn't going to make them not do it (this is just my opinion on this).
