It’s too bad for anyone that lives in an area where their only option for internet service is Northland Communications. I believe they would go out of business otherwise because their service is terrible. The internet constantly goes out. It’s so unreliable. And then they charge ridiculous prices like they’re some kind of top tier provider. It’s a ripoff and if you can get service anywhere else to avoid using them I highly recommend it.

I called to check on and outage condition on a Sunday and got right through. It turns out the dog had unplugged the modem. Customer service on the phone was really great and we had a nice little laugh about it. Thanks for your help!

Great service at a great price and the installer was absolutely fantastic! He stayed and spoke with me and my son about coding and writing code. This got my son excited about coding and we've started learning how to together.

Worst internet company I've ever had, and I've had them all, being ex military and a traveling academic. For those in Central, SC., T-Mobile is cheaper and WAY BETTER. I just switch and can't wait to throw Vyve's modem through their cheap front door.

This company is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Vyve employees trespassed on my property several times and dug a trench through my back yard without my permission to provide a service to adjacent properties. I called to file a complaint, vyve did nothing to make it right, and a week later they were trenching through my backyard once again to bury fiber for my neighbors WiFi without even having the decency to ask if they could come on my property. My back yard is not an easement for Vyve cable for the whole neighborhood. This is unacceptable and wrong.If you can avoid this pathetic company, I recommended it. They don’t give a damn about your property or you. They just want your money even if it means damaging your property.

When I called they were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, and had my Internet installed the next day in the pouring rain. The installer Anthony was very helpful showing me how to work everything, and set it up for me.

I had a little issue with damage in my front yard from some of their tech/installers' trucks. Vyve sent Mr. Tray, their Technical Operations Manager out to my house in-person. We discussed the matter face-to-face and he resolved my issue and concerns in just a few minutes. I appreciate Mr. Tray's honesty, his integrity, and his commitment to being a part of the local community.

So this is definitely a company that I can see a future with in terms of being a customer. A little background with my past experiences I've had AT&T I've had Charter Spectrum cable and by far Vyve Broadband has been the most reliable and consistent out of all the other companies regardless of the other comments that I've seen and experiences other people have had. So with all of that in mind the problem that I have with my internet in the past and also at the moment is the season change from Summer to fall to winter and then from Winter to Spring to Summer this is something to consider with all companies because around the season change Cables begin to expand and contract depending on the season so with that being said you may have intermittent internet troubles if you lose Internet momentarily this is currently the case all over my neighborhood in the area that I live but the solution to this is just getting a technician to find the problem in the line somewhere usually around one of the taps there could be a faulty connection from the expanding or contraction of the cable line. Now with all that being said I would still prefer Vyve over any other competitor because Vyve is going to take time to explain that to the customer versus any other company because they are not going to tell you what the problem is they're going to be scratching their head and not have any answer for the customer unlike Vyve. So all in all I give Vyve Broadband of 10 out of 10 in terms of service and they're extremely courteous and professional technicians being able to thoroughly explain what problems you may have with your internet if any.

Michelle and Keisha saved the day for us. We experienced ongoing problems with the former owner. But, Michelle and Keisha were responsive and solved our service issues. Our service has never been better.

I’ve had some frustrations with Vyve (hence the 4 stars) but have no choice here in Clemson. That said, I received excellent service today from Dustin who stuck with it for several hours until the problem was fully resolved and things were much better than when he got here. Couldn’t ask for better service than I got today from Dustin.

So ridiculous. I called yesterday to have service put in my name for a house I am going to rent that currently has this service and I spent an hour on the phone with them today bc they said they couldn’t transfer the owner’s modem into my name and they couldn’t find the mac id on the old account but they need it for my account. This company could screw up making a pb&j. If you have options, DO NOT choose this company. Unbelievable.

Superb customer service!! Our landlord was supposed to transfer ownership of our existing modem to their name but the process got delayed and we were on the verge of losing our internet connection. Called the Vyve chat service and they had it done in a couple minutes. The rep was extremely professional, courteous and understanding of the whole situation. I definitely enjoyed my interaction with them!

Tried to pay my father’s bill over the phone and they wouldn’t let me! He was in the hospital and was depending on me to do it for him! Very rude and the service will go out on you anytime it rains! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

Absolutely horrible, I got a modem installed yesterday and the modem worked for a few hours before going offline completely. Everything is working aside from the internet. I called multiple times yesterday and each time I was told they were fixing the problem only for nothing to be done. It’s now been two days without internet and I called again only to be told someone will need to come look at it but nobody can get here until tuesday. The only reason I’m using this horrible provider is because is required in my apartment. Save yourself and use literally anyone else.

Been a customer with them for years. Spotty, inconsistent service not to mention overpriced. When my service went completely down during this last weekend, it was the last straw.Switched to T-Mobile Internet and I now get twice the speed for half the cost. No fees, no contracts. Cut the "cord" and switch, you won't regret it!

I have been a customer for 30 days now. To setup my account, I had to wait a few days for a technician to come out even though I already had my own modem. All he did was call someone to get the "switch" turned on as the place was already wired for Vyve internet. I explained this to the salesperson on the phone when I set my account up, but she insisted that the tech still needed to come out. He absolutely did not. He did nothing other than make a phone call, and for that he was 2 hours later than the 4 hour window that Vyve gave me for the appointment. I cannot access my account as I have not been given an account number through email or mail. Chat continues to be unavailable. I have had multiple days where my internet speed has been under 2mbps when the advertised plan that I signed up for was up to 105mbps. I will point out that those times are when I am the only one accessing the internet so there isn't anything that should be draining the speed. I have issues doing basic tasks like posting this Google review. I am now looking for another provider. If you have another option in SC, try the other option first.

We were having problems with our phones once our fiber was installed. Austin came out to make repairs and it wasn't an easy fix. Austin stayed with it and kept at it until he resolved the issue. He was very professional and thorough and we appreciate the service he provided for us.

Called Vyve last night they were very helpful when my modem got fried due to the storm that came through....set up my appointment with a technician he came out on time and was amazing! Very friendly knew what he was doing walked us through the process explained everything it was amazing highly recommend him!! Shout out to Dustin E of Vyve Broadband in Seneca!!! Expensive. I'm going to switch. They have good customer service but I pay $85 a month for 200 meg internet. I don't have TV or Phones with them just internet. 85 a month is kind of stiff.09 Aug 23 They called today but I missed the phone call. Here is my bill break down. I pay 59.99 for 105 meg internet with a free 200 meg update. Then they charge 11.99 for router rental, 6.10 for a line access fee, 2.50 for Bill Processing fee (paper), and the kicker is Unlimited Data with you home internet 9.99. With taxes and fees it comes out to 85.95 just for internet. I'm paying over $85 a month just to access the internet, with no TV and No phone through them. Just go look at the web page. If you're a new customer you get a pretty good deal but if you stay with them a while you're going to pay pay pay.

NEW UPDATE May 26 A technician finally came by and advised us on how to proceed with removing the lines. The technician was very courteous and helpful.UPDATE May 9 Still no technician. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long while!UPDATE Vyve promised to remove lines on May 5. No show. 😖Sharing here because I can’t seem to get through by phone…. We have a work order (#00313376) that is scheduled to be completed this week, May 1-5. Imperative that this work is completed as demolition of building depends on removal of all communication lines to the building. Please make sure this work is done!

I went to the Vyve location in Seneca SC to exchange my modem and the sales rep there, her name is Kisha, was more than happy to assist me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable which I really appreciated because I was having a stressful day plus her desk was decorated for Halloween 🎃 🧛🏻♂️👻 and it looked so cute! Kisha is A+++

I have consistently gotten less than the speeds I pay for. I have never even gotten close to the speeds I pay for. I'm currently on my third router from this company as they first gave us the wrong router, then apparently the second one stopped working? I'm currently getting ~30 mbps when I pay for almost 1000, even with the third router. Had a technician out to fix things the other day and nothing has changed, I do not recommend this company at all!

started off as good service but trying to cancel after we moved out was hell. I cancelled 10 May and have proof. They say that I did not cancel. 3 phone calls later and 1 hour of hold time --- what a waste of my time and effort.

Dustin is the second service rep. to come out and he was wonderful. He took the time to check everything out and found the problem. He is a great rep. for VYVE. He did not give up until he checked everything out. I think he is probably the best person from VYVE that has ever been to my house. He is the BEST! Everything is back on track,
