I've been here twice now and both times they were super friendly. Today I didn't get my time right and arrived 30 minutes before their scheduled opening. I went and got coffee and when I got back their doors were wide open, 5 minutes early! I walked in and was greeted by 3 people. One asked what they could help me find and walked me right to it grabbed it to carry to the register and asked what else. I mentioned the next thing and he directed to 2 sales items and made sure I knew which was the best bargain. Then at check out I had 2 twenty lb bags and a hose reel and the guy checking me out was honestly disappointed when I said I didn't need help getting it to my car. Really nice and helpful folks. Also very well lit with great signage. I'm going to drive by the Home Depot more often to give these folks more business.

This place no longer carries the majority of items that I normally purchase from hardware stores. I used to make a quick trip to ACE to buy what I needed (pack of screws, saw blades, Dremel bits, half pint paint, fan, etc.) Seems they only carry basic items now, and what they do carry is more expensive than other competing stores. The "helpful hardware man" is now left without much to do.

I have been shopping at this ACE since childhood. I can't think of a single complaint. Great costumer service. Always the cheapest propane and the hardware isle has the best selection of nuts, bolts,etc. In stainless and galvanized.

They offer the best customer service. Some items a bit more expensive than some of the big stores, but they operate in a very different way. I shop there every time I can.

I really appreciate the customer service! By far better than Home Depot & Lowe's. Takes minutes to get what you need at Ace, but takes forever to find help/customer service at these big Corp stores. ACE may not have it all but if they possibly have it, its definitely first choice.

No one in store asked to help. Had to wonder around looking for what I needed. All employees seemed to be doing their own thing and didn't care about helping. This store had ads for management positions posted several weeks ago. Looks like their choices don't care about customers.

Sold me 8 ft of hose from the end of the roll, it was completely flat and unusable. Sat it in the sun, ran hot water through it, filled it with compressed air - completely unusable...When I returned with it they told me there was no returns on cut hose.. go to TriStar.

I went in the store on Wednesday the 28th of December knowing they had the 200 amp meter box I needed, the guy asked me if he could help me, I told what I need and without looking he says" sorry boss ". My electrician went in an hour later and bought it,terrible service

Great convenience store they usually have just what you need better than going for the Box store .But I will warn people don't buy their pine needles unless you really look at them closely just had to bring some back and they wouldn't pay for the ones that I had down that were half-rotten it smelled moldy and lots of trash inside the Bales. Maybe a district manager will get back to me so that I can change my review.

Tri-County Ace is a store that as soon as you walk in the door day greet you and see if you need any help with anything. I went there today and we was looking for a shear pin for a flywheel on a Cub Cadet push mower. I had the size of the motor but I did not have the model number so we could not find the exact one that I needed but the lady that helped me spent about 30 minutes looking on Repair Clinic, Google, and anywhere she could try to find the part I needed. She was exactly what the store does all the time. That is to give good service.

When you need something and want to make certain you find it, go to ACE. You don't have to wander around looking. The hunting man, see it, kill it, take it home, is pretty much the norm. I got a 100 pound propane tank filled. Do that at a "home improvement store".

Would have given 5 stars just for the quickness of filling propane tanks but the girl at the register was bothered by having to actually do something and the young guy wasn't experienced I guess and overfilled one of the tanks and put a tank in the trunk that was steadily releasing propane in my car, I'm a smoker I've seen final destination so since I've cheated death I know something worse is coming.. Now I really don't want to pass a truck hauling logs . Thanks dude😳

This is one of the best stores around Seneca, paint supplies, pine needles, yard tools, lots of fixer upper things, nuts, bolts, etc...Clean, neat, prices$$, more choices,go see an check the prices you'll be glad you did. Clemson items, yeti cups an supplies.good idea for christmas stockings.
