A couple of months ago we purchased a scented candle for $19.99. When we used it, the candle leaked from the base causing hot wax to damage our coffee table & carpet. The sticker on the bottom of the candle says "Tractor Supply." I contacted the corporate office and no apology was offered only that I had to take my concern to the store, since it was an in store purchase. The representative told me to just bring the candle in the next time I was in the store.Fast forward to this past Saturday I returned to the Tractor Supply Store in Seneca, SC around 10:00 a.m. and explained to the customer service person what happened, again no apologies, just "I'll call the manager." When the manager arrived she asked when the purchase was made and I explained a couple of months ago. She became somewhat indignant saying the return policy is a maximum of 30-days. When I explained what the corporate representative said she again said the policy was 30 days. Again no apology for the damage to the coffee table or carpet AND she went as far as to say, this wasn't Tractor Supply's fault. When I pointed out the sticker saying Tractor Supply on the candle and asked if Tractor Supply stood behind the products they sell, she said that is just a sticker, nothing more. At that I said enough, forget it and walked out.Way to go Tractor Supply outstanding customer service. You've lost a customer forever over a $19.99 item.

Wish I could walk in to the store without being harassed by religious organizations. Seems like every time we need to go to TS there’s a table with someone pestering us to join their church. They wouldn’t like it if I pestered them into doing something they didn’t want. And they change attitudes real quick when you say you’re not interested.

Looked at a pit boss smoker/grill, missing parts, obviously been used and had a bit of rust. We asked about a price and the young cashier said she would check with her manager. You would think the manager would have come outside but he didn't. The Lil cashier came and said it was only 25% off. Now how str you going to treat customers like this?

I have recently started going here to buy my dog food because I absolutely do not like going into Walmart. I love that tractor supply is calm and quiet and not a lot of people here at once. Also I love that I can take my puppy in with me!! The employees are always so nice and helpful. My baby dog gets so excited about going and she doesn’t want to leave the store (the fact they spoil her with treats I’m sure doesn’t help) They do have a great team there right now. Thank y’all!😁

Rushed in at 8.30pm and got Excellent service by the young lady just before the store closed for the evening (closing time 9pm). Bought a metal rocking chair for the patio, artificial turf for the shed, aRadium/large chimes, 2 clematis and one grape plants. A small Home Depot but personal quaint friendly inexpensive and with very i interesting and unique products for practical and decorative use.

Went into this location around 6pm looking for some products for my company as i entered the young lady at the counter had finished checking out some customers no one else was in the store i asked about the product i needed she pointed to the aisle where the products were. I couldn’t find it so I went back to the counter and asked if the product was in actually in stock. She said I’m unsure and continued texting on her phone, so i left the store.I am not sure what’s happened in the world these days, but customer service seems to no longer exist.

Great place to get anything you need for animals, from dog to horses. Last time I went, we got a starter pack for chickens and now we have 6 chicks. Great customer service and we always had someone to turn to if we needed it. Great place!

I was in a pinch and needed some assistance with a hitch for a rental truck. I cannot express how helpful Isaac was in assisting me with this matter. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. As a business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to fine these types of employees. I really hope that you take care of Isaac as a future employee because his customer service is what brings back customers to your business. Most managers of stores can’t do the over the top service I received by Isaac!

The store was neatly arranged and easy to move through. Merchandise was in it's appropriate places and everything I searched for was marked with it's price. That saved me a lot of time. Ms Joyce was the clerk that handled my transaction. She was very nice and efficient.

We rode by the store and saw a pedal boat outside. We inquired and they said we could order one. We called Savannah the next day and she ordered it. She called us to pick it up and unfortunately it was sold in error. Joe told us that they would find another. He called us that week and said they had found one and would pick it up. He delivered it to our home and discounted it for our patience! Unfortunately, it was damaged and we couldn't accept delivery. He ordered another and it came it the next week. We went to pick it up and he waived the trailer rental fee! Another great associate helped us load it up on the trailer. We got it home and love it! The team at the Seneca store is great!!! Thanks so much for your help!!!

My issue wasn't with the product I purchased but with the customer service. Tractor supply sent me a review survey which I sent in but I guess since it wasn't that favorable, they informed me they wouldn't put it up on their website. So, I am re posting my review here. My review is below:Good product, poor online ordering & Store pick upThere is not wrong at all with the product. The issue was with customer service. I was unable to go to the store so we ordered online to have the product placed by a Tractor Supply employee in the trunk. The reason being: 1: my wife cares for an elderly person and tries to avoid stores due to COVID and 2: The product weighs 50 pounds so it is somewhat difficult for my wife to lift. She followed all of the directions and was told someone would be "right out" with the product. She told the employee on the phone exactly where she was parked and that the trunk was open so her car could be easily identified. Twenty-five minutes later and three more phone calls to the store and still no one came out with the product. My wife had to finally go into the store and get the item herself.

I was sent an email that said if I ordered on-line and picked it up in the store I would get 20% off my Hill's Science Diet Dog Food. I tried several times to order it, but was informed there wasn't any availability. I went to the store and there was some there. I went to the cashier and explained what happened. I showed her the email and she said no problem and took the 20% off. Great customer service 👍

I went in and bought a few things and when I paid for them it was $20.12. The cashier said she had the two cents and I still did not have a dime and she said there's no reason to give $21.00. She gave me $0.12. I said that was not necessary and she said well we are supposed to help people aren't we? I said thank you. One of the customer service people named Donna is always very helpful. A person like her makes it a nice visit there because of the way she does her job to try to help a person out.

Just moved here from up north, have shopped at tractor supply for years. Things are arranged differently, but it's very consistent. Same products, same smell, I felt right at home. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. I can't wait for the baby ducks and chicks!! I'll be back in for sure!

We stopped by the Seneca TSC to get some items for our cats. It was my wife’s first time at TSC since we moved here a few months ago. Joe was exceptional in helping my wife find the items she was looking for and also answered her many questions about planting the beautiful roses they had in stock. I highly recommend this store the staff has always been helpful and good prices for quality items.

Laurie has helped me many times to find the products I needed including a well pump and needed accessories and a lawn tractor most recently. I have interactions with most of the staff who are always friendly and helpful. They are slammed to the walls much of the time when I go in but go out their way to help.

I love coming here. We buy all of our dog food, cat food and bird seed here. I love the seasonal items and the Carhartt clothing. We also buy farm equipment and garden things here. I highly recommend shopping here. The employees are always nice and helpful.

I do all my shopping online right now and Tractor & Supply is great with same-day curbside delivery! They carry more than you might think. If Wal-Mart doesn't have some home, garden or farm item for pick-up, check Tractor and Supply. It's almost across the street from Wal-Mart so it's easy to combine pick-up trips. Best and cheapest place for great quality dog and cat food.

Awful. I placed an order around 4PM for same day curbside pickup. Although I opted in on text alerts, I had heard nothing via text 6pm. Upon checking my email I found that an hour earlier they had notified me (by email only) that my order had been cancelled. No reason was given. I will never attempt to purchase online from Tractor Supply again. Basically the system has no idea whether or not the item is in stock, it simply wants to get that money from you as quickly as possible. It almost borders on fraud.

I called the store to inquire about getting my dog vacinated for rabies, etc. The associate was most helpful and provided the next scheduled time for vet to be at their store. I have been to this store numerous times and they are always ready to serve.

Best prices on nuts and bolts. Hydraulics and name-brand tools locally. The place is rarely busy. Not having animals, I can't speak of that. And since when did we start buying clothes in a hardware store??

Today August 4th 2021 entered into Tractor Supply of Seneca South Carolina, came along some chicken baby chicks as you call them. Waited after asking for help the purchase that little baby chicks with the speed with the feeder and also the water. After waiting 45 minutes where was routinely ignored as the people and the little red suits that thinks it's Christmas but passing Us by. I'll just find somewhere else to get the little baby chicks that doesn't have the little red suit running around. Sometimes you have to take care of your customer or receive a review sometimes it ain't always a good one today is it a good one if I would have known they was trying to get rid of the baby chick but did not want to sell them I could have brought a cat in with me but anyway that's beside the point the baby chick did not look healthy in the one- p i n maybe you can get more training or find you another job were you enjoy serving people I hope you have a great day Tractor Supply May lie
