I purchased an 1918 Edison Amberola and 158 music cylinders and had the seller take them to Rachael to ship to me in Florida. The seller was hesitant to ship these items as they had great sentimental value in addition to their actual value. As a former owner of a Mailboxes Etc (now UPS Store) I assured them that I was well aware of the extra care needed for packaging when shipping fragile items, especially antiques, and I reassured them about the professional packing abilities of the UPS Store. Rachael and I discussed her plan for double boxing, extra bubblewrap and cardboard honeycomb. I had 100% confidence in her ability to properly pack these antique items, and she didn’t let me down. It was not cheap, but worth every penny! Both boxes arrived within 3 days, and her extra care in double-boxing and extra cushioning really paid off! There were two large gouges in one outer box, but no damage to the inner box nor its contents. I highly recommend Rachael and her team. They certainly went the extra mile in professionally packing and shipping these extremely fragile and valuable antique items.Barbara Jennings

This place used to have a good group of people working. Seems they have new people working here every week. Some are super rude. I pay for my mail to be secure. I've had missing mail, also they give me other people's mail. They recently scanned my package that was delivered, then misplaced my package and it got sent back out. Super annoying. Going to change mail service.

Had an appointment with the notary set a week ago. Drove to my appointment today for them to tell me that the notary called out sick and they can’t help me. No call, email or text to tell me my appointment was no longer available. Wasted several hours of mine and 2 other peoples day. Extremely unprofessional!

I wouldn't even give them one gold star. This is the second time that I have had to deal with rude and inexperienced employees. If you cannot find experience pleasant employees then you need to shut the doors!!!

You are the closest to me and everyone is always friendly you have better service and delivery always on time you are better then FedEx and USPS your prices are better never had a bad experience with UPS and your faster than the two I mentioned

I went into the UPS store Wednesday morning. I was in a hurry, running late for a doctors appointment but Sam made sure to help assist me quickly and efficiently! She’s an extremely hard working girl, not to mention she seemed to be working alone and still managed to be friendly and attentive! Very happy with my experience!

Wouldn’t recommend this store for shipping packages. I shipped a package of a homemade product for my Etsy store in the beginning of June that still has not been delivered (it is now September.) I paid almost $300 for the quickest shipping I could get and they still have not sent my refund that I was supposed to receive by July. Every time I have called or visited the store to see what is going on I never get a clear answer, they just say they are doing the best they can. Your packages will either get “lost” or stolen from employees.

On 5-10-23 I went to the Seneca UPS Store for information on a return. Emma helped me get the printed document I was looking for to include in my email to the company I had already returned the product to for refund. Hard to deny receiving a shipment when signed for.Emma was just doing her job. What she’s paid to do. BUT her customer service skills are far beyond her working years. This young lady was a pleasure to work with and I will be hoping Emma is there the next time I go to the UPS Store in Seneca.

Awful customer service from the manager. Young lady employee number 124495. Amazon return cost me $2.17 for 8 pieces of tape. Then arguments about the code Amazon sent me. Asked her to please process it as Amazon instructed. She did it but told me I won’t get my refund, packages WILL get lost and was so rude when handing us our receipt that I had to start laughing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at UPS Store.

I had sent out a package of beautiful Precious Moments Figurines to as a new baby gift. They were wrapped extremely well in green bubble wrap and when they were delivered to the recipient the box looked as though someone sat on it and crushed them all . I called the UPS store in the Applewood Shopping center in Seneca South Carolina and was so fortunate to deal with an extremely knowledgeable young woman named Rachael. She walked me through the entire process with great ease. She knew every answer to each of my questions. I called her today and found out that the case has already been settled and also taught me about taking out more insurance and explained how truly reasonable it is.Every work environment should be as fortunate as this store is to have an employee like Rachael. She is not only an exceptional employee but kind, reassuring and a true asset to UPS. It was a joy working with such a wonderful person.

Fast and friendly service. Shipped a package overseas and was there no more than 5 minutes. The UPS pickup/delivery guy waited on me to get everything done before he left to take my package to the main branch.

I went to the UPS store today in Seneca to mail two packages in which I needed a box and extra bubble wrap. Lily went above and beyond today to help me. She smiled the entire time and made sure everything was correct for mailing. I look forward to her helping me in the future.

I have never had any issues with my transactions here. It is a small store and does tend to get very busy, especially during the holidays so taking a look at their busy hours is very useful if your punched for time. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful; Like Megan, who was very helpful while helping me locate a package gone MIA (at no fault of UPS) quite recently.Plan your stop accordingly and you should be in and out in no time!

Taylor did a great job with my notary and the rest of the staff was also super friendly and helpful. I just wish I had known they did 2x2 passport pics! I would have gotten better and quicker service than what I got at Walgreens. Thank you ladies!

The two females working today could, quite honestly be the most rude customer service employees I have ever met. I manage 50+ customer service employees and if they ever treated customers the way these ladies treated the customers today I would have then turn their keys in same day. The two customers in front of me were sworn at, and demeaned for inquiring pricing, then another was made to feel poorly as collateral damage of the ones before him.As for my experience, one dark haired female refused to look for a package I had mistakingly put the wrong label on. She stated its no longer there (it was) and had me waste 45 minutes calling corporate to confirm it was.The only saving grace was the young man working who thank god was able to assist me. Located the packages in 20 minutes and was tipped for his efforts.My company uses this branch exclusively, but won’t be anymore.

This store has got to be the most un professional UPS I’ve ever seen. They made a mistake on the size of my package. Delayed my delivery for two weeks and it is still sitting at the store as we speak because they want to charge me another 100 dollars for a 1 inch difference that one of their employees entered in wrong. Then the only solution they could offer me was a 10 percent discount. So it is my fault that you have people that don’t know how to do their job. Highly recommend you go to a different UPS.

Owner or manager of south Asian decent is visibly biased towards black people. I enjoy the service of others that work there though. Usually a line at certain times but you can get in and out for simple return drop offs.

The staff here is unmatched. They also give quick, personalized service- no matter the customer need. They took care of a special printing project after a death in our family. They were empathetic and offered a generous discount, considering the circumstances. The print job was beautiful as well. Many thanks for the great experience.
