We needed daycare for our pooch for only one day. The Pet Spa was wonderful in accommodating us. When we retrieved him, Skeeter was still the happy dog we’d left in their care a few hours earlier so we assume he liked it there.

**Highly recommend!!** We traveled from out of town and used The Pet Spa for boarding during our visit. Overall a 10/10 experience! The owners are so friendly and treated our dogs as if they were their own. Then an added bonus they groomed our pups before pick-up, which ended up being one of the best grooming experiences. Wish they were closer! We will definitely be back and use them again.

Fantastic experience!While visiting Seneca, I needed to board my dog for 10 days. The Pet Spa was a wonderful option. I requested a grooming prior to pick up and they did the best job my dog has ever had. She looks fantastic! They were responsive, thoughtful and caring. I highly recommend them!

Jenny and her staff are amazing! Our Dabs is a handful when getting groomed and they do great job with him. Others have requested him to be sedated, they don’t believe in it neither do I. Thanks for doing such a great job and caring for him too.

I took my goldendoodle here as his first grooming appointment at 4 months old. He has never liked bathes (regardless of his obsession with water..), so when I dropped him off I was prepared for an anxious little pup later on. OH MY GOSH he trotted along her to my car looking like the happiest boy ever! She told me he was so still and patient (something he has not been with me when grooming).Not only was he so calm and happy, he looked amazing! If you have a dog with specific or just a ton of fur I absolutely recommend her, especially considering she grooms show dogs as well.

The Pet Spa is the best.I have been to probably 10 groomers in the Upstate over the last 10 years and the pet spa is by far the top of the list. The staff is quite knowledgeable and experienced. I know my dogs are not the easiest to work with either; they are very wiggly and excited when being handled but they always turn out looking adorable and every detail is taken care of.The service is excellent, I highly recommend!

Always a great experience! Jeanne takes great care of my 2 cocker spaniels. Prior to finding her I had tried many groomers. She gives the best cuts and my babies always come out looking beautiful.

Never again. I went out of my way to ask them if they'd be leaving his harness on ( so I could tell them not to, because he would chew through it) and they said no. I pick him up and he's chewed through the harness. I was told he would not be leashed the entire time he was there. So it looks like he had to spend the whole time in a harness which I'm sure was uncomfortable. Plus it was a 35$easy walk harness! Furthermore, when I picked him up they tried to give me someone else's bag with a mixture of his and some other dogs stuff. Now, my dog came home and seems to be fine, but I was already anxious about boarding him. This was my first time. And I just wish I had taken him somewhere that paid more attention to detail. They didn't even trim his nails like I asked them to. Again, he seems to be perfectly healthy, but if you're a crazy nut job like me, who loves their dog like a child, maybe do more research. I wish I had.
