I really like to walk up and down the aisles looking for something and watch employees scatter. Don't get me wrong, sometimes I know what I need and just don't want to be bothered because I'm concentrating on the task at hand. There needs to be a picture on the wall in plumbing stating coiled black waterline and plastic fittings are OUTSIDE in lawn and garden. Maybe put the black 2foot sections, some fittings and hose clamps in plumbing? I rate this store 1 pack of Dolphin bait.

I can’t say enough good things about this Home Depot. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Hubby and I were working on a DIY Landscape project and we ran into a snag. Miss Sally in the Garden department came to the rescue! She is my hero, Sally was able to help us find the materials we needed then escorted us to Miss Brianna in the customer service department to help us get the products delivered to our home. Brianna also went above and beyond to help us schedule a perfect delivery. A special thanks to Lucas, also in the garden department for helping me load my car with what didn’t need to go with the delivery. I can’t thank them enough for their knowledge, caring and know how in helping us complete this project!!

We were in your store Friday the 15th getting primer for our drywall and the man working the paint center went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. He showed us the deals that could save us money as we were buying bulk! He mixed all of the containers while maintaining a friendly banter. We've been in and out of building stores for the past 2 years heavily as we are building our own home and this gentleman made a lasting impression! I wish I had gotten his name! Tall, older gentleman. Anyways he is an asset to home depot!

Home Depot and RFI Installers: A Disheartening CollaborationOur recent experience with RFI Installers, facilitated through Home Depot for a door installation project, has been profoundly unsatisfactory. The series of service failures and communication breakdowns were compounded by Home Depot’s apparent lack of effort to ameliorate the situation.Lack of Proactive Communication: Initially, our installation schedule seemed set without issues. However, RFI Installers failed to disclose potential weather-related delays. A mere 15-minute heads-up on the installation day about a postponement due to rain was all we received. Had there been prior notice, we could have avoided wasting a vacation day and the cost of boarding our three dogs.Rescheduling Woes and Absent Support: Attempts to reschedule were met with further frustration. After adjusting our schedules and making arrangements for our pets, no one from RFI showed up or communicated delays within the promised 9-11 am window. It took several outreach efforts on our part before learning from the district manager, Bryan, that the installer was unable to proceed due to COVID-19 – information that apparently came too late for any preemptive action.Interaction with Home Depot’s General Manager: In seeking resolution, we spoke with Bobbie Jo, the general manager at Home Depot. While she exhibited empathy over the phone and was present at customer service during our full refund process, her involvement did not extend beyond listening. Our last call and voicemail went unanswered. Despite her understanding demeanor, no concrete actions were taken to rectify the situation or prevent future occurrences.Home Depot’s Inaction and Negative Feedback: Adding to our disappointment, Home Depot offered no solutions or compensation for the repeated inconveniences, aside from the refund. Furthermore, discussions with various Home Depot associates revealed a concerning consensus of negative opinions regarding RFI Installers. This shared dissatisfaction among staff about RFI’s performance and Home Depot’s failure to intervene or offer support leaves us questioning the vetting process for their subcontractors.Conclusion: This ordeal has not only resulted in wasted vacation days and unnecessary expenses but also in a loss of trust in Home Depot’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. The absence of effort from Home Depot to address or rectify the repeated failings of RFI Installers is alarming. It’s clear that there needs to be a significant overhaul in communication, customer service, and perhaps reevaluation of contractor partnerships.

We usually go to Home Depot instead of Lowe's, because my husband says that their prices are a little less, and that you can usually get help, when you need it.Well, that wasn't the case this past Saturday. I had been looking for the perfect color for weeks and finally found what I wanted in what HD carried. When I showed the older man at the paint counter what I wanted, he insisted that I take it outside and look at it in the sun, of which there was none. Though I was kind of feeling like he was telling me that it wasn't what I wanted, I did it anyway. When I returned, I got in line, told him that it still looked like what I wanted, and he asked the lady behind me what she wanted. What the heck? I was so mad that I couldn't speak, so I walked away. About 12 feet from the counter he asked me what I needed. Again, what the heck? I just told him to nevermind.We got in line to check out behind two other people. This was the shorter line of the two registers open. We waited patiently, still stunned by the paint guy. When it was our turn at the register, the girl told us that she was closing her register, and we needed to go get in the other line line. Now if she knew she was going to close her register, she should have told us that when we got in line. That would have been okay, but after we waited in line, then she wanted us to move to the back of the next line? What the heck? My husband was furious, but I was so proud of him for keeping it together. He just left his items on the counter and told her to nevermind.So we left Home Depot without making our purchases. We're just going to go all the way to the Anderson location next weekend.What the heck, Home Depot????

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Especially major appliances. They will not arrive when scheduled and if they're defective, they will make you wait weeks before pickup to even begin the process of refunding your money. Their customer service is terrible and they're absolutely horrible at communicating. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. And I will never buy from them again. For ANYTHING.

Been doing a flooring project with Home Depot contracted September 6, it is Dec 4 at time of writing.They are terrible and have lied continuously to me and playing the he said she said game as they contract with a third party USIG. There is a n endemic communication problem between them and Home Depot.We were told there would finish our project (3) before Thanksgiving. Then they would be done the week afterwards. Repeatedly we were told that would call us back “at the end of the day.” Never did. When We speak to managers Nate and Theresa, they aren’t short, never follow up and act like it’s not problem. Could be the South as I’m a minority.Now USIG is saying Susan (flooring manager hasn’t finished paperwork). In speaking to her Friday she confirmed not done (details finished over 2 weeks ago). Theresa Home Depot manager, is playing the I said of get back to you when I knew more (even though promised she’d call me back today). Guess if you aren’t white they don’t bother.Susan, promised to get back Friday as well-no response despite countless messages. Busy taking new customers in.Awful awful service I believe because I don’t count even though they’ve taken over $30,000 of my money.

Home Depot has everything you need for home renovations and repair etc! We broke a toliet and got one at home Depot for a good price for a quality toliet! I love going in just to look at everything! We love us a home Depot trip! I would recommend Home Depot to anyone that needed home stuff or a specific item(s)

It's a Lowes... but everything is orange instead of blue. Trippy.But Lowes cares enough to have buggies and carts inside for you. Home Depot just leaves them in the parking lot for you to hunt down and drag them along with you.

The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because even though they are in need of staff, the manager goes to lunch when interviews are scheduled and then “forgets” to call potential employees back. A total waste of time if you are in need of a job. As a construction business owner and a weekly almost daily shopper there, I could not believe a manager can act this way. I will be doing more business with Lowes from now on.

We had to return some things that we bought too much of when we got close to being done renovating our house.. so we went to return the things we didn’t use to get a store credit and turn around and buy more things like Cabinets and such..and they gave us a WAY cheaper price than what we paid for it all!!!! We lost thousands of dollars and I know they’re going to turn around and sell all that stuff at the original price we bought it!!! we have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have been in there buying tens of thousands of dollars recently!!!! My husband is a construction contractor and every time we receive a job we always go to this Home Depot for all my customers needs, parts and products, etc. And this is how we get treated???????? Will not return from here on out!!!!! And you can only return one thing a month or the system blocks you and your drivers license for three months???? I don’t normally return things, and I don’t normally buy too many products, but what about all those people out there who actually do accidentally buy too many things, and want to return it when they are renovating their house? as a construction contractor I know people sometimes need to return things more than once!!!! we even called corporate and they didn’t even do anything about it!!!!!! WeWill not go there again and I will make sure I spread the word so that none of our customers, friends, or family go up there again either!!! This is ridiculous! In my opinion, it’s basically stealing money from people!!

The store was nice, I have no issues with it. But the employees were not super helpful. The one bright spot was a super helpful gal named Robin. So nice, sweet and helpful. The other two in the garden center were pretty unhelpful. Sending me to the wrong place for items, and when my wife asked a question about the plants (general what does best here kinda question) was told “read the label”.Overall it was not what I expect from the Home Depot.

After several order mistakes over the past year that is the fault of the corporation today the rudeness of a worker at the seneca store and his lack of safety awareness has moved my tens of thousands of dollars per year to lowes.

It’s obvious this store has gone down hill. What is alarming is the store manager, Tim, has not done anything about the poor reviews, the terrible work ethic of the employees at this store or reassuring anyone that the issues have been resolved. The employees talk off task and ignore customers. They don’t pay attention when pulling an order and leave items off the order but still marking it fulfilled. It takes 30 minutes to find an employee who will actually help you if something is out of reach. There are some employees who are great hard workers but they are few and far between. This store needs a serious overhaul.

Ordered a heater online that was listed in stock at my local store. When I got there to pick it up they said it wouldn’t be there for 10 days. However after speaking to the manager they were happy to provide me with a full refund.

Convenient location with lots of space for parking. The store is always stocked with everyday use articles and those you need to remodel any home space. There are always sales and discounted items to never run out of supplies like paper towels, home cleaning products, garden plants, home tools, batteries, etc.
