šššššI don't often write reviews for big chains, but my recent experience at Starbucks genuinely deserves recognition. From the moment I stepped in, I was taken aback by the beautiful design of the store. It felt more like entering a chic cafĆ© than a worldwide chain, with cozy nooks perfect for settling down with a laptop and working away from home.Customer service was top-notch. The baristas were not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring that my order was taken swiftly and delivered to perfection. Speaking of waiting, the time it took for my order to be ready was just right. I appreciated not having to wait too long, yet it was evident that care was taken in preparing my drink.For anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful spot with excellent service and a conducive environment for work or relaxation, Starbucks definitely won my heart this time around.

So I'm honestly not sure what I did to personally offend the redhead cashier at the drive-thru but apparently something ruined his whole day yesterday (5/10/24). His attitude seemed less than pleasant. Heaven forbid I ask for dairy free because one of us in the car was lactose intolerant?? How dare I ask for napkins?? Clearly I did something awful.

Iāve been trying to give this Starbucks location the benefit of the doubt FOR a year now. They ALWAYS get my coffee wrong so i quit ordering it here so itās not a problem anymore. But today was the final straw. I came in with my 85 year old grandmother who wanted a Unsweetened green tea extra ice, youād think that would be simple, right? I came in the girl at the register was very rude. Got the tea wrong gave her a lemonade, thatās fine, but when i went to trade it in the girl behind the counter just looked at me and said āKayā gave me the correct order. Then when I saw that they were gonna leave the wrong one on the counter I thought I was gonna do the right thing and throw it away for them but the girl who took my order snapped at me not to put it in the trash. Like, okay, donāt SNAP at me for thinking i was doing the right thing.

I am so disappointed in this location, and this isnt the first time... but its definitelymy last.The service and accuracy of orders are unpredictable. It's 50/50 weither or not you're going to get a decent barista or accurate drink.After I use my stars and the money on my giftcards. I will wash my hands of Starbucks.(I already reported this incident to the 800 # but I wanted to warn other customers)(IF THAT IS LIGHT ICE, ID HATE TO SEE REGULAR, also foam was supposed to be blended twice and my drink is supposed to look like an over under, not like its been mixed)

Please get these people a manager that knows how to prioritize orders from drive thru, in-store and online! This one poor barista had an 18 drink online order while the others had a drive-thru full of cars in addition to that one guy who ordered food and drinks for his whole office while he sat on his iPad working in the store. Myself and another customer waited almost 15 minutes for a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. Put the condiments back out so we can fix it ourselves or employ a manager that can see it's time to stop restocking for a second and step in to fix some basic drinks when the baristas are in the weeds. Not great seeing the manager chirp at employees that actually try to help the customers standing in front of them.

I always go to many Starbucks in different stores and locations. I enjoy my drink every time I get it and I am happy that I spend money on a drink that tastes good. I am bringing this to attention today though because this is the second time itās happened. I went to get a Frappuccino today and when I got it, it was mixed with things I didnāt ask for. For example it had a taste of caramel and pistachio, which I hate both of. When I took a sip hoping to enjoy it, it was utterly disgusting. It honestly ruined my day knowing I have spent money on a drink I usually love. I understand whenās things get hectic this can happen from time to time. Thanks for taking time to read this!

Visited this location yesterday and it has changed drastically. The table, floor and seat had dried food on them. It looked like no one had cleaned in a week. My order was perfect and staff friendly. Even so, I will say the prices are high here. I ordered the same drink at another location and received a venti for the price I paid for a small at this location.

This Starbucks location is usually always busy, as was the day of my visit. The drive-thru line was long, so I opted to park and walk inside. The restaurant was crowded, but I walked up to the counter. Only one person was ahead of me. I gave my order & paid using some of my stars š for my order. My venti mocha 2 pump vanilla was delicious š. The prices have become way too high, and I will not be able to purchase this my favorite drink as often as I did before the price increased. I also purchased a macha green tea frappe with strawberry š puree and a slice of iced lemon loaf warmed.Parking: Busy location

What a great crew of baristas! Beautiful new space and great addition to Seneca. Spacious lobby with lots of room to sit and work for a while if needed.

I went in this morning around 8:00 and purchased a drink and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The drink was great and so was the breakfast. I stayed and worked on my computer until after 2:00. The dining area was closed because of short staff. Jordan and Ani worked the busy busy drive through with all smiles. I was working & barely paying attention to anything around me and Ani brings me a drink that she made for me to try. Later on she came and offered me and the couple on the patio some cookies an employee bought and brought in. These days it hard to find hardworking employees much less kind smiling people in the service industry. Jordan and Ani are all of these.

Love love love coming here! Typically order using the app and it's always ready upon arrival, orders are correct and fresh, and (most important) my drinks are consistent! It's definitely worth driving a 5 miles out of the way to get my caffeine!

I will not stop going to Starbucks. They have excellent coffee and other drinks. I would not particularly give a bad review for an one time incident however, this was indicative-of poor training. I ordered a tall Americano. The coffee was was cold. I went to the counter and told them. They were surprised! one said I didnāt do it. (who cares who did) then turned to the one next to him and asked if she did it and she said no I didnātā¦.then They both asked the woman behind them and she didnāt doit either. I never asked who did it to begin with ā¦they replaced the drink this time hotā¦.in the same cup. I took a sip and spilled half on my lap. (The lid was not put properly). My husband said go tell them. I said no I am afraid they will do real damage. They need a manager and additional training in customer service

I called this starbucks today asking if i could bring my 4 month old puppy in for his first pup cup and the manager said no which was expected and totally understandable. I had my reasoning for not being able to go through the drive through with him, but the girl on the phone offered to meet me outside at the patio with his pup cup and it made my day! I wish i had caught her name, but it really made my day as it did hers i assume! Thank you!

Drive thru had 12 cars sitting still for well over ten minutes. They messed up the order and on a separate occasion we noticed their on time completion rate for the drive thru was at 25%. Do not go to this Starbucks unless it is a last resort.

Regardless of occasional lengthy wait times, the staff have always been friendly, and on the occasion when I create a custom order for several people with half the options customized, they still manage to get it done in time, without complaint, mistakes, and almost always leave me driving off with a smile on my face (or just a simple feeling of fulfillment in knowing I will, most likely, have a decent cup of coffee). I canāt really think of anything negative or even positively critical, so five stars right?

The is the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to and yet the customer service is far superior to other coffee shops. The order was correct and delicious. One of my go to spots for a nice treat.
