Drove 20 minutes from Georgia because this is the closest Staples to us. Stood at register to check out for 10 minutes. Lady at print and copy saw us there never acknowledged us, never said be right with you, nothing. Guy at tech station never even looked our way. Put our stuff back where we got and walked out. Won’t be back will use another supplier chain.

Staples is a great place for any office needs. From computers, to desks, to ink pen refills, and everything in between. It's the only place in town for many of the office supplies in stock. You can mail packages, print almost anything, and send a fax, all at your convenience. They even stock snacks and water. I will definitely be back!

Was not informed that chromebook laptops are essentially useless after paying $200 for one. Was not told you have to have wifi to even set it up, nor was I told you cannot download or set up gaming due to the fact the laptop uses Chrome OS and not Microsoft, therefore rendering most features incompatible with the OS software. Other than that, the bald man with salt and pepper facial hair is rude.

I’m sorry to say but this store is a disaster. I have had multiple “really” moments here. My latest is that I drove all the way to there to get a blue print scanned. This is a very simple task. The guy there tells me no one here at the copy and print center knows how to use the copier / scanner. Wow. So I had to drive ALL THE WAY to anderson and a different office chain store was able to scan my document.

Very good selection of products. Excellent sales. I took advantage of one today for a printer that saved me 50% off the regular cost. The sales assistant, Brandon, was exceptionally well versed in the store's product line. He was very customer oriented and ensured that I was getting exactly what I needed for my purposes. He was an excellent representative for Staples. The store is very clean, uncluttered and has a wide variety of offerings in each category. Parking is excellent.

I would never attempt to use this store again in any way. The lady showed no interest in helping me. I have no idea of how to fax information. She left me withno help. They are a disgrace.

"Same-Day orders must be placed before 12:00 noon (local time) to ensure same-day pick-up by 6pm" went to pick up order at 7:00 and the staff member there clearly not doing anything told me it was going to be another half hour because she had other customers to assist. Mind you, I was the only one in line at the department and one of SIX customers in store. Won't be back.

It’s now 7:39 on 10/20/22I must say the customer service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes while one employee stood at the other counter while doing nothing. Then his old a** was very rude while checking us out. They need retraining starting at the top to the bottom. Just read the other negative reviews.

VERY DISAPPOINTING I was on my way into a meeting and I stopped in to have documents printed. Nothing special, just B&W legal size copies. They wanted to charge me 3 times what their major competitor would charge. I told the print clerk that it was Absolutely Unacceptable, I retrieved my files and I left the store. I can now understand why their stores are closing. The staff was quite friendly, but the pricing is quite substandard and I will NEVER shop at Staples for anything!

Tried to get my surface pro looked at by the tech guy. Well, it appears he knows very little about surface pro. He didn't know the store sold surface pro...I bought it 2015, he has only been there for 3 years.My son's HP laptop locked up, windows won't come up, the laptop wants admin password. If it had shown windows I could get into it. But it appears this guy couldn't get in either. He wouldn't try .

I did an online print job, two pages with a staple. When I picked it up no staples. They were willing to the stapling but I'd have to come back later to pick it up. Sorry, half hour drive into town, I'll do it myself. The next day when I was getting the job ready to staple and mail I realized that they did the printing single sided instead of my requested double sided. So I had to go back to the store and get them to do the job correctly.

I just would like to give praises to the new Manger Brandon over the printing department! He was so very kind and very helpful with assisting me in printing 2 documents. He is by far the most helpful person, I have ever had help me at this Staples! Thank You Brandon!

2 items that were supposed to ring up at a discount did not! Had to go back get refunded and then pay again! When using a debit card this causes a issue because over $40 of the purchase is no longer available for the repurchace, if enough funds are not available ((('Not everyone has large amounts of money available in their checking accounts!"))) While the original purchase refund is being processed by the bank guess what? You don't get what you already paid for!!!! Staples policy needs to change to just refund their mistake!!!! It's there system that's not programed correctly and this becomes the customers issue! I really hate writing negative reviews but people need to know! On the positive side the store has a nice selection there products are a little over priced but it's usually a quality product! Unlike the cheap China made stuff from WorldMart.

Only real office supply left in Seneca, SC. Enjoy getting discount coupons in the mailbox and email. Saves money on my printer ink. Use lots of that and get a rebate when I turn in empties. Note: must meet rebate requirements to get rebates.

Sent drawings in to be plotted via email, hour (plus) later I went by to pick them up and no one had even started on them, nor did they even know about them. They were NOT busy either. Waited for 45 minutes for them to plot 6 drawings and couldn't wait any longer, got pissed off and walled out....

The associates let me stand by the register for at least ten minutes before they decided to try and help me. Then they didn't show me how to properly work their printers so I could make a copy of an obituary that needed to be double sided. Needless to say I wasted $2.00 on copies I didn't want. I will not be shopping at the Seneca location any time soon.

They've got everything you need... if someone can help you find it. Very clean store, very organized. Most of the staff is very pleasant and helpful, but lacking knowledge about their products. I've always had good experiences going in to this store in general

I went into my local Staples to buy a corner desk and a computerAnd a printerFor my wife for anniversary.I was in there for 35 to 40 minutes no one asked if I needed any help I got tired of waiting .I made mind up I was going to a different place . I will not go back there again

I was the only customer in the store with at least three employees. Two were socializing and I was clearly trying to find a product. Not one employee asked if I needed assistance so I left the store and went to Walmart to get what I wanted, a new computer.

Staples is the only office supply store in Seneca and we are lucky to have it. I find their stores to be better than alternative office supply places. This one seems to have everything I need and what it doesn't have in stock I can order it online and have it delivered to the store for free.
