Love Seneca Publix Store is always clean, and the workers go beyond and over to help you. It doesn't matter what you need they are there to help you. Management is amazing. People say Publix is to high. I don't think they are because if you look at other stores. Well all I can say is other stores want help you find anything!! I love Publix and will continue shopping there. The service means so much to me. I was at a big chain store a week ago and I couldn't get anyone to help me get my groceries to my car. I'm totally and permanently and disappointed and this means so much to me. Thank you Publix for the great job all of you do for your customers!! You for public

Very nice store, well stocked and clean. Staff was very friendly. I love shopping here when I visit my son, daughter in law, and grandson. I was using my family's car and didn't know how to open the trunk of the SUV. One of the workers can over and showed me how. The cashier was looking out for me by checking if the eggs that I was buying weren't cracked. Great customer service.

Over priced! I was charged $13 for an organic cabbage. I took it off my cart immediately. I understand the inflation, but really, $13 for a cabbage..? Found same things cheaper across the street. Like deer park water 2.5 gallon jug was like $.30 cheaper (just for an example.) It’s not much but why pay more when you don’t need to?

A manager named Michael went out of his way to help me with a deli item, not a big expensive order, just a single item.This exemplary customer service cannot be found at Ingles, Food Lion and most definitely not at Walmart.

This is by far the best and only pharmacy that I would recommend. The store is well stocked and organized,clean,and moves you quickly through the checkout line. Not to mention that they have an excellent ethnic food selection and the meats are fresh! No brainer.

Clean and organized store but the deli is in need of serious help. A guy named “fabulous” (eye roll) was making pub subs. Seemed like he was taking is sweet time on purpose. Also seemed baked as a cake. Subs took forever to be made a with some questionable sanitary practices as well.

Sure it's a clean store and nice selection of food and stuff. But the management needs improvement big time. Poor management of hours for employees as well. I was talking to a worker there that is always so helpful and respectful and once again not enough hours they say they change availability and still get no hours. I've been there and heard this store mgr the new guy maybe he's more than a store mgr. But he needs to fix his Napoleon Complex asap. He should not treat certain employees one way and others another way. And I always wondered why only one of the African American employees have been employee of the month, when there is definitely more than one working there. And why isn't he cracking down on vaping in aisles by employees. And keeping the long term loyal employees working and getting more hours. Both of those male mgrs need to be reevaluated asap. And corporate needs to speak with individual employees ALL OF THEM

Used pharmacy. Great staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. I ran out of Zoloft and HAD to get it refilled. Dr said it was sent in, they said it wasn't approved yet. They saw I picked up last month's, but wouldn't even front me 2 pills to get me through until the script was ready. I would have gladly given 2 pills back from my bottle. 2 days later, it was ready. Worst weekend ever! Hulk rage sustained... Follow up, I do recommend this pharmacy. I have been using drugrx to save money on my prescriptions, went in yesterday for my refill and a nice lady behind the counter recommended that I try another savings card. My prescription dropped from $32 to $14. So hopefully I'll be saving $18 on all my future refills! Thank you.

I called the store to find out if they had the bacon chicken finger sandwiches. I had intended to go there several days before to get something quick to eat, but I didn't have the time. So, this particular day I called first, only to find out that they didn't have any available. The person who answered for the deli was so nice and took out his time to see if they had any made. I asked him how long it would take to make them. He went inquire for me. He came back to tell me how long, then told me they were completely out of the chicken fingers that they use to make the sandwiches. I was a little disappointed, but since I had to go to Clemson anyway, I called that location to see if they had them.I love going to Publix. The stores are always so organized and the people are friendly. They also have my favorite International foods.

Publix Pharmacy is AMAZING! They’re friendly, fast and professional. Not only that, but on 2 of my prescriptions I saved over 80% by using Publix!! That’s right… over 80% on 2 of my prescriptions compared to CVS right across the street who were so slow, it was going to take over 24 hours to get the first prescription quoting over $70. Then I switched to Publix Pharmacy, got the SAME brand name prescription for <$11!! Great job, Publix Pharmacy!

Clean and organized store. They have clear signs and marketing so everything is easy to find. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The products are always stocked and they have a great selection of products. The bathrooms are clean and functional. Handicap parking and restrooms. Fast checkout and plenty of cashiers.

This Publix is always very clean and staff are always super helpful. Quite often, my co worker and I stop in to grab some sushi or deli sandwich for lunch and all of their lunch options are super fresh and prepared daily. A great place to plan a meal or just grab a quick lunch!

I grew up in Florida with Publix and have always been a fan. Recently this location's pharmacy has made a few bad mistakes with us, we ordered subs on the app and arrived, shopped then went to pick them up and was told they didn't have what we ordered but never called or told us (supper plans ruined). This location's registers back up very often, and the store manager doesn't seem to care. Only had 2 baggers offer to help me out in probably 30 visits. I love Publix, but this one has really been a disappointment. Will go out of my way to the Clemson store when possible.

I want to thank whoever made this cake for us, it was not only beautiful, but it was delicious! I ordered a 6 layer 7" round with raspberry filling and it was perfect! I tried local bakeries but working around their slim hours for pickup made it impossible. Ordering from Publix Bakery was easy and the price for this cake was great at $40! We had 8 adults and still had half the cake left after everyone was served. Thank you again, it was perfect!

Publix is my favorite grocery store. The place is always clean. The people are always friendly. But you do have to watch expiration and "best by" dates at the Seneca store more so than the Clemson store.
