I left my 2 Goldendoodles for a simple bath with teeth brushing and nail grinding and they told me 2-3 hours… I thought was a lot for First available time of the day and just a bath, but it’s ok…I came back 3 and 1/2 hours later after no contact from them and he said he didn’t had time to do their nails, I said ok as they had that done 3 weeks prior…Well, they were not brushed, on the ears or tail, they were still wet on their face and ears, and still had mud on their belly

Hi I'm a regular customer to this Petsmart but in the past few months my wife and seem to have checkout issues with the young lady with short colored hair. Example we get an item that was a price when she rang it up it came up another price, so my wife took her to show her the clearance price she had a little attitude. Finally a manager came up to key in the Sale price it said it was. Also another time there was no one up front to check us out 5 customers waiting in line so that says alot, finally when the lady in front of us went to look for someone she was in some isle just chatting with other employee. What is going on Petsmart you don't have back up register come on.

I give 3 stars because the manager of the store did the right thing and refunded my money. The manager is a 5 star. The groomers were so busy trying to get out early that they handed over a damp lab that had not been brushed out after his bath. Hair was everywhere- wet hair. After I confronted the groomer instead of getting an apology I was given excuses.I’ve had good experiences there and so so experiences but this one was awful. They should have more pride as groomers than to send out a lab looking like mine did.

I took my Papillon for her first groom. Mostly I needed a sanitary section trim and her nails done. They told me the day I made her appt that they would be giving her a shampoo also and didn't make it sound optional. Well I bath her pretty regular because she seems to enjoy it. Well after they had her for three hours they called and said she was ready to be picked up, that she did not do well and they could only bath her and trim her nails. First, I dont believe she was bathed because in the car I noticed she had oak tree garbage under her pits. Which she got when I walked her in the grassy patch infront of the shopping center before her visit. She was not brushed, she had knots. Only some of her nails are cut. When I left her I told them she hates her nails cut, why did they start with that? They charged me $25.00 for a bath and trinmed nails. She didn't need a bath, She didnt get her ears cleaned.She didnt get a sanitary cut. They started with the thing she hates with the results being that she was traumatized by the experience, and they could do none of the things I needed done. She has been moping around with her ears and tail down since I picked her up. She growls when we go near her. This is not like her. Fear makes her nip, she was terrified. I feel ripped off, and very unhappy for my dog, who will always fear the groomer now. ThanksPetsmart.

I love this Pet Smart most! The staff is always polite and eager to help. The grooming salon is AWESOME! The staff in there are very personable and really try to get to know your pet.

Visited 3/12. This was my fifth or so time taking my dog to this location and haven't had an issue to date. There was no groomer upon arrival and they were over an hour late, so there were multiple dogs already waiting. I received a phone call about an hour later saying my dog was too stressed to be groomed. He was released from the kennel when I arrived and was calm. I'm confused with the experience. Why was the groomer running that late? Why did they check my dog in if they knew the groomer was running that late? He has no history of issues at this groomer so was it perhaps the extended wait in the kennel as the groomer was late? I will likely not return to this location as this experience left a bad taste.

My dog, went to go get a groom for the 2nd time at Petsmart, the first time was fine, he had a nice cut and believe me, he looked great! But the second time, THEY SHAVED HIM, IN AND OUT! It's a bad idea to shave dogs hair especially if you have a second coat that won't grow back. I am very disappointed and my dog is too because he is VERY itchy and red. We will never take our dog here again due to this absolute ridiculousness.

I've frequented dozens of different PetSmart locations around the United States, and this is one of the friendliest, hospitable locations I've come across. Thankfully, the pet store closest to my home is this one. I always enjoy speaking with the knowledgeable staff, all of whom seem to genuinely care for the animals kept there, and the pets brought inside by customers. A corporate storefront, but a small-town store vibe once you see how genuine the staff is. Thanks Mr. Dominic, you made the day for my son and I when we got his first pet cat! That kind of service is rare these days!

Very friendly and helpful individuals. I went in for cat litter and I could not carry it I was literally dragging it through the store. Finally a clerk saw me and she came running to my aid and she also had another individual put it into my car for me. The prices are equal to Walmart's prices and sometimes they even have better bargains than Walmart for your pets. I love going to this petsmart. They do not give veteran discounts

I mainly shop here for fish or fish supplies. The past couple of times I visited, there were many dead fish. If you take home a fish in a tank with multiple dead fish you risk bringing a sick fish home. We told the manager and he seemed to kind of shrug it off...If you are looking for fish there are better places in town with fishkeepers who actually care. Petco, and Under the Sea aquatics will offer a much better experience.

I went in to have my dog groomed but there was a aggressive & hyper German shepherd & it's owners in front of me. The owners were yelling & complaining because the attendant refused to groom the dog. (I would have too & I'm very good with dogs). I was impressed at how well the staff & manager handled the situation. Very professional & pleasant.

This is the 3rd time that I bring my puppy to this place. 1st time they did a great job, second 3rd time horrible!! They left a big spot on my puppy chest.. they left big pieces of hair everywhere.. very disappointed!!!
