dead fish. dead coral. over fed. just plain sad. typical Petco.Update; I went in 10/01/18 and some how it's worse .The manager should be ashamed of themself .These poor animals in the saltwater in your care and this is atrocious. Your bad at your job and you should feel bad.

The groomers that helped me were attentive to my preference for my dogs service. He noticed there was a issue with a previous visit and assured me that I wouldn’t have to worry about that again. I picked my dog up and he was very pleasant and gave my dog the most genuine care. I’m very happy now with the people Petco has chosen to provide services. Me and Coco will be back!!!

Groomers do an excellent job! The groomer was very caring and called me to get instructions on styling before she started. They are accurate about the time it will take to get dog finished and then text to let you know dog will be done in 15-20 minutes so that you can pick him/her up. I loved the way my Dixie looked when I got her!! Thank you Clemson Petco!!

I really learned a lot from Katie and Paul. These were the staff members who helped me with my foster puppy. They spent a lot of time with us and reassured me, as well as helped with the self grooming station. Their input made me feel very confident in what I was doing and buying to help my little guy.

I've been taking both of my dogs to Petco for grooming since last year. I love the job they do and the way they treat my dogs there. My dogs love Summer and go with her cheerfully. I always arrange to use Summer since she understands what I want done to the dogs and she always does a beautiful job. One of my dogs (short haired) just gets bathed with a shedding comb-out because she sheds so much. The other has longer hair but needs to have her hair clipped to keep from getting unrulely. Summer does a great job on both of them. I would strongly recommend others to take their dogs to Petco for grooming.

They have quality, dedicated staff, but a very limited number of groomers. Getting my dog's nails ground down can take some time, as they don't allow a booking for that service and often time are servicing other animals when I walk in. They do a good job at a fair price, I just don't like the wait and inability to schedule in advance

Summer is very nice and a great groomer. However, my dog was diagnosed with kennel cough a couple days after being groomed here and the vet guesses that this is probably where he caught it. Be cautious when taking your dog to be groomed here.

Placed an online order for 15 items, pay and get an email confirmation my order is being processed.Recieved my email to pick up my order of 1 out of the 15, go to the store only to find out the isn't even there.So, a wasted 40 mile round trip, my points weren't added back to my account yet, instead they gave me 20% off, which I would have rather used my points because I doubt we will return.

Normally no issues with grooming here but was told there was a scheduling error, so we had to take a chance on another groomer. At home I found two cuts under the fur of my dog’s head and face. It’s unprofessional that I wasn’t informed of issues during the grooming and they denied fault because I didn’t look for the cuts at pickup. Groomers should be the ones accountable to report injuries even minor ones can get infected and need treatment.

Pretty awesome place 🙌🏻 Now we don’t have to drive out all te way to Anderson for pet food. They price match and service is great. I also think that the Self Service Dog wash is pretty neat. Staff is very helpful and store is very clean. Good job.

Nice store. Be careful with puppy play time though. No one ever asked to see my pups vaccine record and accident clean up wasn't very thorough. I like the store but will never take my puppy there again.

I recently went to get a pet gerbil, we named him Gizmo. The employees are always nice when we go in, most of the time just to look at the cats. Nice staff and great products.

If you are going to buy saltwater fish here make sure you quarantine them, if not you will have the worst ich issue you have ever seen. Also they sold me 5 blue legged hermit crabs, and they even threw in a extra one to make sure they weren't dead. But when I got home all 6 of them where just empty shells.

Sled grooming booths are spacious and pretty clean. However, the soap dispenser which is connected to the hose that provides water, seems too diluted. Maybe the soap is almost empty.

Since I was driving by your store today, I called(a Sunday afternoon) to see if I could get my dog nails ground, or at least to see if you were open). I picked "Grooming" from your choices. The phone just rang and rang. I hung up and drove on past. Evidently, you don't want my business! OK!

Having this place so close to home is great, friendly staff and great selection of everything you could possibly need, they have all kinds of different products, they even have a vet, an adoption center, a bathing center for the pets and an informative center for all breeds of animals ! Amazing!
