This is one of my favorite pet stores ever, and I think my dogs agree! They have a great selection of food, toys, grooming care, pet clothes & pretty much anything else you can imagine. They also have a great rodent care section that we would frequent for our guinea pig! The staff always goes above & beyond and are very friendly. Every single time I walk into this store I am greeted, which is a small detail that goes a long way. All of the employees are great, and i wish i could remember all of their names to provide credit where it's due! Faith and Katelen are two who have helped me on numerous occasions & have always been so kind in doing so.Also, it is a very clean store with organized shelves & aisles, making the shopping experience very easy. Definitely would recommend to any other pet parents!

Since the opening of Pet Supplies Plus we brought Caty-Beth & Isabel Michael (Belle-Belle) for their grooming. Belle received her very first Puppy Grooming and now she is on schedule with her sister!I can't say enough good things about about the staff.The only thing I really don't appreciate is when a customer brings a cat in for grooming (really)? I hope you cat people tip very well like 100%, just look at the groomers arms and maybe face. Animals are expensive maintenance is crucial!The care and service we receive are second to none.

My dad takes his dogs here regularly and he raves about this place. The store is very clean and very accepting of pets. The girls in the back that do the grooming are not only pretty but are very good with dogs and my dad's dogs seem to love them. I would definitely recommend taking your pets here to get him groomed and for all of your pet supplies.

Very fast service filling my online order that I placed the night before after hours and it was filled and ready for pick up within an hours of opening the next morning. Three very nice gals brought out my stuff (4 items 20-35 lbs each) to load them into my car. The prices were the same as anywhere else but they did offer special discount via snail mail and also offer points rewards program and other online discounts to make them competitive. The gal at the grooming center was nice and I saw her with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy and she let me pet it when I told her I lost mine of 16 yrs just 2 month prior. They are very special companions and it made my day to be able to pet this one for a few seconds. Caring employees and clean store too!

This store is laid out great. Very similar to other pet stores except I found the service to be exceptional. I was not crowded, but was offered kind help when I needed it. Prices are better than some in my area too. One big plus... they offer a self serve pet washing station. It comes with everything you need to get the job done such as shampoo, dryers, and towels. They even have smocks to use to minimize your getting wet during the process. All this for only $14 as of 10/01/23. There are stations in the wash area for larger or smaller dogs and/or cats. This is my go to store in our area. The little things add up and really matter to me.

This is the only place I shop for my amphibian and puppy needs. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, and kind staff. Today we took a chance on grooming my boy, Ozzy. We didn’t regret it! Caitlyn was absolutely amazing and so patient with him, as it was his first time. She did absolutely perfect on his trim and overachieved everything we asked for. He looks so handsome and smells like a little sugar cookie. Thank you Caitlyn!

Doku first time getting a grooming at this location and Kenzie did not disappoint. Right from the beginning she made Doku feel comfortable and at ease and she even helped us rearrange our appointment to get more bang for our bucks. Honestly they deserve ten stars with how they made my baby girl look. Looking forward to getting her summer cut here. See you guys soon :)

The staff here is absolutely fabulous. Always have a smile and a helpful hand. I am in regularly for my rabbit and I am thankful for these great people.... changing to 3 stars because refuse to take a 100 dollar bill when clearly was real but u don't want my money I will spend it elsewhere

The employees are great. Stocking has been lacking a bit lately. Although you can find quality cat/ dog food. The refrigerator section for raw diet is wonderful. Plus there is goats milk section. Never used grooming or self grooming because floor is slippery when wet and have older dogs

I went in just to browse but Jessie was so friendly and knowledgeable. I did my shopping for my fur baby Muffin. Muffin really enjoyed the things we picked out and I am one happy customer. The store is clean and the staff is neat. Love y'all!!

I installed a phone system here and while running around busy, I noticed some things from the staff.They were all super friendly. I saw two folks giving ample time and attention to customers who were asking questions. One employee was walking and talking to a gentleman and showing him around, explaining all their services.I, myself, wanted to purchase some items for my dogs to do an Easter egg hunt for 8 dogs (grand dogs are coming over) and the sweet young lady was super knowledgeable on the products, referencing what she buys for her own dogs.I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the store as a whole. Everyone seems to be transitioning nicely and the store is just lovely!

I love Pet Supplies Plus! Everyone there is always so friendly and I swear that store has anything you could ever need. I especially love Kaitlin on the grooming team! She was so patient with my newly rescued dog while giving her a nail trim. My dog didn’t like it very much, but Kaitlin made sure to give her breaks when she saw that my dog needed one. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I went to purchase a Seresto flee collar. Received a 10% discount coupon and a buy one and get 25% off on the second one in the mail. I forgot the 10% off coupon and the check out person was unresponsive, said I could get the 25% off the second one. If I got this coupon in the mail they should honor this. I have been a customer since they opened. Lost a customer over 10%!!!

Love being able to find live food for my hedgehog and chameleon but..... trying to get someone to help with getting the crickets has started taking longer and longer each time we go. It was almost 30 minutes this last time after asking the cashier for assistance.

I have to hunt down employees every time I need crickets. Employees walked right past me and ignored me. This is ridiculous. There needs to be an employee stationed or a button to press for help since there's only ever a cashier no one else can be found in the store. Do better or shut down like Saluda.

I'm not usually one for posting reviews but after visiting Pet Supply Plus for the first time it definitely deserves one. Normally we go to Petsmart but my boyfriend and I originally came to the store looking for live rats for our snake but all they had was frozen ones. We decided to take a look around the store. The first thing we noticed were the aquariums and terrariums in the back of the store. The fish and reptiles there are MUCH cleaner and HEALTHIER than what we've seen at the Petsmarts in Seneca and Anderson. They also have a vast selection of decor, food, treats, enclosures, and items for all kinds of pets: reptiles, birds, dogs, cats, & rodents. The staff were polite and could easily be located if needed. We will definitely be checking Pet Supplies Plus first in the future for anything we need for our pets at home.

They had exactly what I needed. I heard rumors that they were a little expensive, if you consider the cost of mail order it really isn't. I enjoyed my first trip there and also I needed assistance and the girl that helped me was more than knowledgeable. I'll be returning, Thanks Pet Supplies Plus....❣️

Had my dog groomed a few days ago. Dog came out wet & didn’t smell clean. I’m going to have to bathe her myself as she still has doggie odor. I left a nice tip, but I will NOT go back to that store for grooming.

Went in this evening to purchase two seresto collars. two girls standing at the counter watching as I tried to open the cabinet. They did not approach and ask if they could help. Finally I ask is this locked?!!! Yes it is ! I want to purchase 2 collars , she fumbles with keys opening the cabinet. I was not impressed! Most of the time I get good service but today was not good. $120.00 later I’m wondering if I should go back to Chewy ! Marlene Carter

They have a HUGE selection of food for cats and dogs. Their small animal section looks good but I was mostly interested in cats/dogs.Prices seem to be reasonable for a pet store.They do have a dog cookie/donut bar, which looks delicious. 😜

This is a beautiful store with a friendly staff. We came to wash our dog and were so happy that we bought a 5 wash bundle ( great deal). The food and treat options are endless.

Beautiful store and associates were extremely helpful! Great selection of small pets too. It’s nice to finally have a Pet Supplies Plus in town. It used to be my go-to pet store when I lived in PA. I’m happy there is now a store convenient for me in SC.
