Kacie, in the cabinet department, was able to understand exactly what I wanted for my kitchen remodel. She answered all of my questions and gave me better alternatives and advice. She was able to get me a 30% discount that I didn't even know was being offered. She made the whole process so much easier and was great to work with! I went to their competitors and even though their prices were "better", Kacie knew the product better and that made me more comfortable working with her. Would highly recommend going to Kacie if you have any remodels coming up!

We were trying to buy some DeWalt tools that were locked up. We had to wait 30 minutes to even get someone to unlock the tools. We asked the girl at the register, an employee walking by, and another person at a register for help and no one came. The store wasn’t even busy. Lowe’s should have better customer service.

The most mismanaged location. Whatever you do, do not buy flooring from this location. I ordered carpet in January, was told two weeks by sales. But was jerked around for five weeks waiting for it to get installed. They actually set up the installation one time, I had my mother at the house for over two hours waiting and the installers said that the carpet was not at the location. Come to find out Lowe’s couldn’t even locate the carpet so basically I had bought $1455 for carpet and Lowe’s had no idea where it was. The sales manager Donnell lack empathy and informed me that I was not a $70,000 kitchen cabinet install, At the end, I ended up picking out an in-store carpet that was close to the shade, went to the back of the store, and they were out of stock, so I had to purchase cheap carpet that was not at all what I wanted but I was so tired of dealing with them at that point. They compensate me with a $50 gift card and “lost it” too I ended up waiting 25 mins for them give it to me. Unreal. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We just added on a master bedroom(still completely the master bath) and next will be adding on a REC room to the back of the house. I will make sure my Contractors use Home Depot and builder supply only! I may not be a $70,000 kitchen cabinets installed, but there’s definitely some money to be made by me that Lowes will not be seeing!

We shop here often. The people aren’t the friendliest but that’s fine, we don’t expect that. However, today my husband was there getting some wood for a deck we’re trying to build. The way it’s stacked was really awkward and was hard to get out of the stack with only one person. He asked an employee for some help getting the wood onto his cart, as he needed 36 pieces. He was told “you’ll be fine” and the employee walked away. Like if you don’t want to do it you could have easily called someone else, or done anything really. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this definitely does it.

Pretty good service but the wood quality isn't what I need. When you build something for someone they expect top quality work and you can't build top quality projects out of crooked knotty wood. I wish they had the option to buy top quality wood for a higher price. I had to go to another lumber supply to get my materials because I would have gotten fired if I used the wood they had on the deck of a quarter million dollar house. Really, I've always liked Lowe's and will continue to buy other stuff there but you need to sell grade A for a higher price, most homeowners will be glad to pay more for nice looking wood.

Supposed to deliver a load of mulch here today before 4pm. After having to get 3 scale tickets from place we picked up at and still having a slightly over weight load, we get here 3 minutes late and the lady that met us at this Lowes was 100% rude from the get go, with her and 2 guys that were out there with us, 1 driving a fork lift, when asked by the other guy if he could possibly unload us, he quickly and rudely responded NO!!! 3 minutes late guys!! 3 measly minutes and not only would they not unload us but was extremely rude. Now we wait till 2morrow. This sucks. Hope we never have to deliver here again.

Great prices and great quality in the garden center. Very knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even made recommendations that meant they could possibly lose a sale just to give me alternative options.

Always find good deals here when I go. Usually never just plan to go to Lowes I usually just either pass by one and turn in or I'm out doing some shopping and go. They have great prices on a lot of there plants and also this store in particular had a huge section of mark down.and clearance. I also like how there always clean and organized because with all the stuff they sell if they wasn't organized it would be very bad. But great store keep up good work.

Warning, If you are buying a refrigerator at lowe's. They will offer to sell you a service to haul off your refrigerator. There is no qualification of what refrigerators they haul off. But they will get to your house and decide to not take it. This must happen all the time. Because when you call to talk to someone about it. Lowe's will tell you that they do not do deliveries. It is another company. When they showed up to my house they were driving a Lowe's truck. They still have my fifty two dollars. Have not been able to talk to anyone that has the authority to do anything about it. This is nothing short of a con. Do not let this happen to you.

Misrakenly went to Lowe's and purchased three major high-end appliances as well as new flooring to refresh and update a large laundry room. Should have turned on my little heels and taken it as a bad sign when Lowe's had difficulty processing payments, either by credit cards or check. Their system was glitchy, and I had to return to process another day. Additionally, sales associates neglected to inform me of a number of things. For instance, the installation of a new dishwasher is a different install purchase. I had to locate the appropriate clerk over the phone to make that purchase.More wasted time and added aggravation. The washer installation crew didn't even bother to install the pedestal feet before they bailed, claiming they had successfully completed the job. Had to wait several days for the dryer to be delivered and installed. The dryer installation team corrected the installation of the washer onto its pedestal and installed the pedestal feet as well. It wasn't until two washes were done and identifying that the temperature of the washed items seemed wrong that I realized the washer and dryer installer crews both had failed to connect the water hoses correctly. Additionally, neither crew had balanced the machines such that the pedestal drawers were rolling open because the machines would rock and roll dramatically during their cycles. More time wasted chasing down Lowe's to get the machines balanced and installed properly. Meanwhile, the dishwasher had been installed, and then a tech revisited to correct an issue with that. More time wasted. Believe it or not, the first installation crew returned to balance the machines and to correct the hose locations on the washer. Another fail, although the water hoses are now going to the correct spigots, the cold water hose is now leaking, and the machines are still not properly balanced.Now, let's get into the fiasco of the flooring install attempted by Dumb and Dumber, who thought it was the standard in professional flooring installation to use caulk (white no less) to fill a 1/4" gap at the transition in the threshold of natural wood floors after cutting the new flooring too short. Yes, this is when you roll your eyes again. This issue had to be corrected by their belligerent supervisor. Don't worry, ladies, he didn't get the chance to bully me but to get a few stupid words out of his mouth before I shut that down hard. His attitude properly adjusted he was then able to install the flooring professionally and appropriately. The floor looks very nice now.Does anyone learn how to do a job properly anymore? Where's basic social respect? Would I have my job if I blundered at it even a fraction as poorly as I've observed during the numerous failures committed by Lowe's. Obviously, it's a rhetorical question as we all know that the answer is a resounding, "Hell, no!" Would you still have your job?I'm appalled, although still in disbelief, that this level of ignorance and inferior quality of training and job execution is tolerated by any company, whether they are direct hires or independent contractors. I should have gone to Home Depot. Lesson learned. It will never be forgotten.

Went to Lowe’s with my mom today to purchase a pressure washer. A young man named Joe helped us from start to finish. He discussed the options available, loaded this, took us through check out, and even waited to help us load it into our vehicle. He also helped us load the remainder of our items. Wonderful customer service!

Just visited Lowe’s Seneca, SC to pick up a pressure washer. Joe really went over and beyond to help us out. Was able to answer questions knowledgeably and even helped load. He had a smile the entire time, very well mannered and thanked us for our business. I’m from Hendersonville NC and this was certainly a welcome change to my experiences at Lowe’s.

I was there with a friend and I'd forgotten my cane, I have lupus and other illnesses, the most recent diagnosis I'm trying to adjust to but it leaves me being even more cautious than I was during Covid. My friend had a hoot pushing me around like we were in a NASCAR race or something. I'm notorious for my slow shopping speed but I find more sales and I've always been a slow eater. So, we were moving at T speed not Robin speed. Everyone was pleasant except for a few adults who should know better than to stare. Just because you can't see an injury doesn't mean that the person in the wheelchair doesn't deserve to use it. We're (adults with unseen diseases) already self-conscious enough and I'd forgotten my cane. So, I felt like everyone was staring at me and thinking maybe you wouldn't be so fat if you'd walked. I've run 5k marathons before and was preparing for my first 10k when life changed 20 years ago and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called lupus. Since then, other diseases have joined the fun boat, named ROBIN including fibromyalgia, cancer, and Covid. Covid almost killed me, I was in the hospital for 3 weeks. I now receive palliative care from my home nurse team.But Lowes was fun.

Went to get some keys made. 3 employees standing around talking. No one even acknowledged me although they could see me standing there. I also walked right past them when I came in. After nearly 10 minutes an employee, Brenda, (who had been working stocking shelves in a different aisle), came to work at the opposite end of the aisle where I was standing. As soon as she saw me, she greeted me and came right over to help me. She was quick, efficient and very friendly and helpful. Brenda gets 5 stars!

As we pulled into the parking lot at Lowe's, Seneca, SC this morning, we noticed that we had a flat tire on our Ford F-150 Pickup. We went inside to the Pro Service Desk and asked if they knew someone we could call to change the tire. (My husband is 80 yrs old and has a difficult time doing things like that.) Within a matter of minutes, two very nice Lowe's employees, Stacy and Walt, went to my husband's aid. It was hot outside, but they both took charge and got the job done. We are so appreciative of their help. How fortunate for us that we found them!

Non existent customer service. I went to get vinyl tile which was on the back bottom shelf with two dollies each having 6 rolls of carpet 20' long on them with pallets of boxes on either end. I couldn't find anyone in flooring to help so I climbed over the first dolly and wedged between the two pushing the first one back and then the other and pushed it back from the shelf. Still not enough room for me to bend over and get a whole box. So I opened one and got 20 tiles and climbed back over the carpet. $1.79 each it says. I get to check out and self check out is all that is open. No barcode on individual tiles so I ring for help. The lady who showed up can't find item on her computer and sent me to customer service desk, I get there and they tell me to go back to flooring for help. I explained nobody was there and what I went through to get it and she still wanted me to go back to flooring! I said you're the customer service desk and want me to go back to where I couldn't get any and she said yes. I went to Home Depot where it cost 50% more but was instantly greeted upon walking in and helped find the matching color. I'd give a 0 rating if possible!

Very bad experience. Ordered something via store pick up. Git an email it was in, went to a pick up spot in the lot, called customer service to say I was in spot 6, she couldn't find my order, put me on hold. Never came back. My husband went in the store an got it himself but half hour later I was still on hold after I'd arrived back home. She never intended to get back to me. I'll stick to Home Depot. They have actual customer service.

Taylor, head cashier very customer unfriendly. Attempt to return items that were apparently clearance could not be returned without me looking up return policy on the website. Product has been out of the store less than 45 minutes and the initial receipt was also incorrect with the items purchased making this even more difficult. Former happy Lowes customer.
