I called this Grooming Salon at 3:30 today to see if they had opening to have my dog’s nails trimmed. They informed me that they had an opening now and I was in the grooming office and my dog was getting her nails trimmed by 3:45! My dog has a lot of anxiety around groomers so I wasn’t hopeful for her having a good time but to my surprise, they got her up on the grooming table and she looked like she was loving it! They were petting her and giving her reassurance, and were able to fully grind down her nails (no groomer has ever been able to grind her nails, she’s always too jumpy). I’ll definitely be a permanent client of K9 design and am already looking to schedule a spa treatment for my dog knowing she’ll be in good hands!

K9 Design by Toni is definitely the best groomer in this area. I have tried several and my dog Trooper and I could not be more satisfied and pleased. He is a "Happy Camper" when he returns home and easy to maintain for the next four weeks. There is only 1 groomer in my 10 year old long hair pup that performed as well, and that is All Tails Wag in Conway/Myrtle Beach. The three groomers I tried when came to Seneca before Toni where awful. I'd like to give Toni 6 stars. Thanks Toni !!!!*** Now it has been just over a year and my little guy just couldn't be happier with K9 Design. Toni has been wonderful with Trooper each and every time which is 12 visits a year. He isAlways so Happy and jolly, smells so good and looks great. When he is do again and I say "its time to go visit Toni he beats me to the door every time with His tail just a wagging. Toni Trooper loves you. 5 Stars + THANK YOU!

My big baby husky , Deezel has high anxiety & can sometimes be aggressive when fearing something like grooming, storms etc.. but Toni & staff are so kind, patient ,understanding & loving to Deezel the minute he walks through the door ! He loves it there & that makes this dog mom VERY HAPPY ! Thank you Toni!! Toni does a fantastic job with our 2 pups. They’re large breeds, so it takes true talent (and a lot of love) to groom them each month. Both dogs absolutely love Toni and they come home looking and smelling great. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good groomer in the area.

Toni did such a great job with my pups, would highly recommend going here!! Just moved to the area and was looking for a new groomer and I’ve definitely found one! She cut them exactly how I wanted and is super friendly, you can tell your dogs are in great hands! Not to mention they smelled amazing, better than any past groomer I’ve been to!

I was visiting from out of town for 2 months. My bichon needed a haircut badly. I called K9 Design by Toni to see about getting an appointment and ask some questions about her services. Toni was so friendly and helpful. She was able to get me in the next day due to having a cancellation. I am so glad I picked this place, they did a great job!!! I will definitely be bringing my dog back the next time I’m down here visiting family.

Toni is great with our doodles. She worked my goldendoodle in last minute. She also has groomed my parent’s two dogs (Labradoodle, Maltese mix). She truly cares about the dogs and remembers small details! My boy was very excited to see her today! We will for sure be back.

Toni did a great job on my little “drama Queen”! Tilly is very sensitive and is older which equates to tender joints. She did not limp or seem to be in pain when I picked her up and played the rest of the day.
