It's always a good time at Harbor Freight. It's a trip down to the old ¢5 and ¢10 . You almost always find something you need ...not really, but it's always cheap enough that regardless of the product quality, you know you'll get "your" money's worth. Plus, they often have nice items that are hard to find. Off beat stuff . So, for me, it's kinda fun.

Great deals on tools every time. I buy the more expensive brands Harbor Freight has and they're good tools much cheaper than good ones from the competition. They also have the best deals on tarps, high pressure air tools and accessories. I will continue to buy my tools there, they last as good as most others. I use them almost every day and they keep on keepin on. Thanks for the great deals. You can't buy the cheapest brands they have if you use them to work every day but that can be expected. Happy with everything I've bought.

If you want some fresh off the boat Chinese tools, This is the place to get your fix. So far everything has operated correctly. I prefer non electric tools for the upcoming dark cold winter. Stock up on everything you can. Pray often, Jesus loves you.

Reasonably priced tools at an exceptional rate. You can go and get your tools and then if they break before the time is up you can return them and get new ones.

Have been going to h.f since they opened the doors. But like all things new. The shinney wears off. The lady at the register was rude. The manager is even worse. We had a 60 # safe on the counter as I was buying it the manager comes by an on purpose knocks a 150$ safe in the floor. Just pushed it right off. Also with my back hurting a bit I could not even get help getting it to my truck. They do not care any more. WORST MANAGEMENT I'VE EVER SEEN !! STOP GIVING PPL MONEY WHO DON'T EVEN TRY

Always a great selection & good prices. Only thing I can complain about, some of the associates are extremely unpleasant & act like they don't want to help, as if you are a bother to them. I know, it's such a bother when people ask you to do your job. Oh well, maybe these associates need to go find a new line of work, preferably not with the living. However most of the people that work here are quite helpful & pleasant.

I love to visit Harbor Freight. I'm a wood turner and make a lot of hand-made gifts that I sell online and at craft shows. My quality of work is very important to me. I've been using Harbor Freight for my power tools, hand tools, and shop supplies for eight years. My lathe I purchased in 2015 is still running like a top. The prices are awesome, and the service is always exceptional. Job well done, Harbor Freight!

Asked associate if he would check in the back for an item that was not on the shelf but showed up as "in stock" on the HF website. Without even looking at me or the photo I had of the shelf tag, He said "We ain't got it, I was just looking for one a while ago." and walked away. I put the few items I already had down right there and left. No excuse for bad attitudes toward customers!

Bought 150$ gift cards, was shipped to the wrong address, customer service won't send me tracking number, or any other information. So I'm out 150$ and a Christmas gift. Worst company ever. I'd shop elsewhere if I were you. Been fighting this for weeks, they simply ignore you. Absolutely the worst.

Had exactly what I needed that the other big box stores didn't have. This is where I go to get the tools I don't need to use a lot. A little lower quality, but a lower price to go with it. Staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The only reason for 4 stars is because the layout is very random and there may be 4 different locations for the same type of item.

Friendly staff, huge selection of things you really don't need but end up getting anyways just to have. Pneumatic nails are pretty decent and cheap.Update: I've bought some very nice tools over the last year. The 3/8" air ratchet is pretty convinent.

This is a great harbor freight big selection on all tools you need. Also employees are nice and very helpful. Alot places you go to now a days the employees don't value the customers the business ends up loosening a customer due to poor attitudes.

I shop here a lot, but my last visit I found that there was no 20% off coupon on the website, and every employee I spoke to had no idea why and didn't seem to care. Cashier was less than helpful as well. I am a long time HF shopper but am considering other options for future purchases.

Please check out the catalogs to see what coupons are available most high purchased items are always on sale and coupon will knock off another percentage. Don't fear this place, go there👉
