Please don’t take your fur babies here!!!!!! They are NOT Dr Ross. Read the reviews.!!! I told them that she had a history of not doing well with anesthesia & they needed to be very careful. They gave her too much anesthesia. They killed my baby Stella. They never sent the x-ray records to the emergency vet that might have saved her. They were requested by 2 different veterinary offices, and by me twice I don’t believe there were any records to send. I fully believe they never did the X-rays that they claim. My perfectly healthy 7 year old precious baby just died from a routine dental surgery at the hands of these butchers! If they really care about animals they should give up their license & stop practicing before they kill any more precious souls. Listen to me!!! My baby girl is DEAD at their hands !!! Take your babies anywhere else!

Pricing for quality of service and care honest was one of the better vet experiences I've had in a long time.Services for this visit included with approximate pricing from memory;•Spayed (on the tail and of her heat + voucher from Humane Society Program) ~ $110•Full starter, booster and preventative vaccinations ~ $80 •Last minute overnight boarding ~$35•Take home pain medications for 5 days ~$30•Along with follow up call for pet wellbeing, wound care status, and general care for their quality of life. ~Free❤️Plus the proactive follow up call allowed me to not have to schedule, plan, and battle cone kitty into a carrier for an unnecessary trip made the experience priceless from start to finish.

The entire staff is amazing and I feel safe and confident that my Edison is in the best place for his wellbeing and health care. They are top notch and I highly recommend them to anyone who has pets. On the second trip, every person who works there, called my dog by his name and wanted updates about him. It’s obvious that our pets wellbeing is their top priority. Stepping inside FoxNest is one of the best decisions I ever made for my little Pug, Edison.

Very clean very efficient wonderful sweet staff really appreciated their willingness to get our dog in in short notice when we were needing shots for him for an out-of-town trip we needed to go on last minute when our own vet of 20+ years changed appointment policies without notification and wouldn't see him. Needless to say we are changing veterinarians and now coming to Golden Corner.

I have trusted Dr. Axson with the care of my pets for over 10 years and am happy to now have the same trust in his wife, Dr. Bre. From routine care such as annual exams and vaccines to sick visits and even a few emergencies, they have consistently shown compassion and dedication to my pets and to me. I appreciate the changes that are being made to bring this practice current to more pets’ needs as my dog was able to have an ultrasound of her heart by a referral practice without me having to drive to Greenville. I look forward to many more years of the same loving care I have always received!

Doctor Bre and Doctor Forrest are the ONLY vets I trust with my animals! I’ve personally seen them put their heart and soul into each animal they work with. The rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and always pleasant! Zoe actually gets excited to go see her friends at Golden Corner Vet!

Absolutely appalled by how they treat their customers and patients. After a batched emergency C section for my dog that they claimed was not pregnant for months and multiple visits. They sold me a bundle deal for all the shots for the puppy and then on the following visits proceeds to tell me the bundle deal does not include anything for the puppy that they claimed it did when selling it to me. None of the staff seems to be on same page. They have also refused to fix the horrible job they done on the C section. Prices have done nothing but gone up and the quality of service gone down since switch from fox nest. Would not recommend taking any living animal to them.

NEVER again will I bring any animals here. Not only did they double charge me for several tests they horribly botched my cats neutering surgery. I have had 9 boy cats in my lifetime neutered and I have never had a vet NOT put a stich or two to close up the hole. They sent him home with a dime size hole on his bottom. They charged me for a fecal test that they didn't do because they want you to take home a container and collect a sample and bring it back. Again, never had a vet not take the sample in the office and do the test right there.

Fox Nest has been my go-to place since moving to Seneca from Ohio. For context, I have four dogs (a Chihuahua, a Border Collie mix, a Pit Bull & a Great Dane) and no matter what we needed to have done, they handled working with all of my dogs flawlessly. My Pit Bull (Brooklyn) was spayed here a couple of months ago, and she had some post-surgery complications at home. When she was anxious coming back to the vet after recovery, every vet tech was so great about slowly getting her re-acclimated to the vets office with positive reassurance and now she’s back to being so excited to go in and see everybody. Cannot recommend a vet more highly than Fox Nest!

Edit: Will no longer go there as long as i have other options. Just not as personable since Dr. Ross left. Rushed me out when my cat was really sick. Said she would come back after researching something just to have someone else come in and say we was ready to leave. I lost my cat a couple days after that with no real help or answers.They have been a huge support for all our animals. Will do everything they can even when busy to try n help. I've gotten return calls after hours so when they say they will call they do.

The Fox Nest is the best veterinarian service I've ever had for my pets. Everyone is caring and I trust the care they give all my pets. There are vets closer to my home but I prefer them and will go the extra distance for the superior care I know my pets are receiving. I can't recommend highly enough! Our dogs think they're pretty amazing too or it could be that they love the drugs given🤷‍♀️ 😉

I took my sweet 10year old dog Lammy to Golden Corner Veterinary (formerly Fox Nest) because she had been coughing all week and it sounded terrible. I was thinking it was most likely a respiratory infection that could easily be treated but it turns out she has an enlarged heart and fluid in her lungs.The veterinarian treating Lammy that day was a fill-in (a very patient and kind man) and he recommended we do X-rays, bloodwork and meds that she would probably have to take for the rest of her life.Before he started the exam he asked the very rude lady working the front desk how much Lammy’s visit would be today because I told him I was in between jobs right now and most likely would have to pay half today and the other half by the end of the week but the front desk lady said NO!! We do not accept partial payments and your visit today will be almost $500. I was so aggravated but I knew Lammy needed to be treated so I told the vet to go ahead and examine her and I would figure out how to pay the bill somehow so unfortunately I ended up using the money I needed to pay my house payment but Lammy is worth it.When he was done with her examination he asked me to bring her back next week so they could see if the medication was working and prescribe more if needed but I can’t do that now because I don’t have the money!!!!!I have been bringing my pets to Fox Nest for over 30 years but as of today I will be looking for a new Vet that doesn’t charge an arm & a leg and actually cares about their customers and most importantly their pets.You can 100% tell Fox Nest is now under new management the minute you walk thru the front door so be prepared because it’s nothing like it was when Dr. Ross was there.I would’ve given this place zero stars but that wasn’t an option.

We are switching to a different vet, Dr. Axson and his wife do a good job but we had a big issue with one of the desk people. Our cat was seen by Dr. Axson on Wednesday, she had been vomiting not eating much. He did a number of tests and gave us a antibiotic to give her. She was worse on Thursday and stopped eating altogether. I called and talked to one of the receptionists, I told her the cat was worse and I didn't know if the medicine was causing this or what was going on. Two hours go by and I call back, she practically admonished me for calling back, said they 24 to 48 hours to call.. the next day still no call and our cat was having trouble breathing. I called back get the same woman and she suggests taking the cat to a emergency vet. She said they were booked up and only one vet there. She finally asked did I want her to talk to Dr. Axson, I said yes, he said to bring the cat in immediately. He hospitalized her but she died during the night. I'm sure he did all he could but if I had gotten a call back Thursday perhaps it might have made the difference. When we got there Friday the office was about as slow as I've seen it. This after she claimed they were to busy. I find this unacceptable and will start going to a different facility.

My mom has been bringing her Rottweiler puppies here and their mom and dad for a few years and she said she will not go anywhere else. They also have an animal shelter here and a sign out front declares this is a “no kill animal shelter”.

Just to keep the public informed, this vet has changed ownership. The old veterinarian, Dr. Ross, has stepped away from this practice. The new owner, Dr. Axom, has stepped in. A lot of the staff has changed, but a few of the same front desk workers remain.

Dr Axson came out for a farm visit for one of my cows. She was friendly, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. The visit was more than reasonable in price and a large animal vet is greatly needed in our area. I was thrilled with her services.

First time I been in their office was 12-30-21, I brought my kitten, Pumba in for cremation. The ladies there were nothing but caring and supportive. I got to pick Pumba up today (1-6-22). The care they put into taking care of him. The box hes in, and the paw impression, are both so beautiful. I plan to switch vets asap. Thank you so much Fox Nest Veterinary for taking such good care of me and my precious Pumba!!!

Dr. Ross and staff are friendly, professional, educated and seem to truly care.Family and friends have used their services for many years. Have and heard good stories of how pets lives were saved by switching to this facility.My mom was going to have to put down her beloved, but switched to Dr. Ross ~who was able to correctly diagnose and save the dog that two other vets couldn't help. My pup- Echo has 12yrs of good health with Thanks to all at Foxnest. They know how much are fur babies mean to us. 😁

Had our Fur Baby boarded here a year or 2 ago. We absolutely loved how they treated him and took good care of him. He is back now for Surgery and the way they treated him this morning at drop-off was sooo wonderful. Our Pup has severe anxiety and the way they are with him he falls in love with them.•Reasonable Prices.•Very wonderful with the pets owners.•Very sweet and loving to the animals.I highly recommend Fox Next Vet.
