Junk everywhere. Hard to walk through with my kids. When I went to pay I waited for a good while before any of the workers even acknowledged I was at the front even though they looked at me while I was waiting.

I needed to make a return to the store. My items were just bought yesterday and unopened, plus I had my receipt. The cashier put the wrong amount back onto my card, but I didn’t feel comfortable challenging it since this woman was visibly annoyed with her coworker and the other customer who was trying to make a return.

Some of the stuff is really cute and obviously inexpensive. The store itself can be crowded at times, but staff usually does a good job of keeping things organized. However, customer service is lacking. I've been there several times and I can't recall one time that an employee greeted me, or asked if I needed assistance with anything. Not a bog deal, but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Was not greeted or welcoming. They had signs on the doors that said cash only registers down. I asked how long registers have been down several days. I saw a lot of people walking up to the door and then left some were inside but had missed the signs about cash only so everyone walked out and away. The cashier and lady sitting in a chair behind the counter at the register had a laptop. I'm assuming to help out the cashier. I asked how are you ladies doing today, and they mumbled a little, but I said I'm sure it's rough,especially having the register issues and Easter just a few days away. They said um hmm so I finished out my transaction with the cashier. My grandson and I were out the door. Thank God I had cash that day.

$5 Below is a good store for kids to shop or for adults on a budget. Fairly well organized, polite staff, clean store. Quality of its products often leave much to be desired, but inexpensive to begin with. Certain products (action figures, Matchbox cars, candy, etc.) are actually more expensive than at larger stores, but $5 Below is easier to get in & out of quickly, so maybe worth it anyways. Good store. Not life-changing, but a good store.

I love the large variety of items offered, the store is always clean & well stocked. The Staff always greets you upon entering & invite you back when departing. However, the store is stuffy & warm. They need to turn the AC on, & each shift needs a designated person to collect carts out of the parking lot. More often than not, there's no carts upon entering, & they aren't being used by other customers within the store.

Love taking my 11yr old here! She enjoys spending her own earned money & able to get lots of stuff for little cash. Store is clean & organized. Staff is friendly and efficient. Happy to have them in our town!

I love 5 Below. My teenage daughter can spend hours shopping, and she always finds something to buy. A great place to find gifts for small and teenage children. The store is well kept and organized and the employees are helpful and very polite. A great place to buy gifts for the little ones for Christmas. Games and toys so many options to choose from. Great for those last minute gifts and wrapping paper and gift bags.

Staff nice. Prices hiked for inflation. It's now 5.55 Below. Very unhappy with products offered like witch craft books, Chakra books and "intention stones". Thought it was supposed to be a kid- friendly store of beach, toy and miscellaneous things with a bunch of candy and phone accessories (iPhone only of course no Galaxy)Will never go to another 5 Below.

Everything in the store is a good value! How could you ask for a better value at $5 or less. Now.. some things aren't that great in quality, but they work! I did get a salt lamp that ruined an antique desk of mine, but customer service seems to be taking care of it. The candy selection is great and they have a lot of things that you can't get, or have never seen, at other stores!

Terrible customer service by manager. Walked in to return a five dollar pair of defective headphones and the manager was extremely combative and rude. She finally ALLOWED me to return a cheaply made and defective product. Very unnecessary attitude issues. The other girls were very nice.

This was my first time in this store. I thought it was great. All of their products are reasonably priced, the store looked great with the bright lights and everything was easy to find. Everything in the store is $5 and below. They have tshirts, beauty products, crafts, games, phone cases, art supplies... you name it. Overall I really enjoyed going here and look forward to going back.

This store is great. My teen girls love that they can stretch their money and still get what they want. They carry a variety of items from clothes to electronics. They even have a candy section featuring every candy a kid could dream of.

My family and I really enjoy the store especially my kids cuz they have a lot of cool stuff for under five bucks or rate at $5. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and I have had a couple things I've had to return and the exchanged it no questions asked. Very pleased with this store and plan on shopping there for as long as there around.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything in the store is pess than 5 dollars. However, alot of the items are priced 4 or 5 dollars when they should be 2 or 3. But they do have some nice, cheap speakers, headphones, games, and phone cases that seem fairly reliable and well made

Five Below reminded me of one of my favorite stores as a child, Harper's 5 &10 (they didn't have the baby chicks though) and Michael's. They have lots of arts and crafts, games and books for road trips to keep the kids somewhat preoccupied or for someone who may need something to pass the time away-good for patients or sitters/home health. They have other things, but I was looking for something specific at the time and didn't fully look throughout the store. The only thing that was an issue was that it seemed a little cluttered. I do plan to visit again just to look and see what I can find.

I still don't know what this place is supposed to be. Is it a dollar general/ family dollar? Does the name mean $5 and below? Because I know I've seen things for $10! There are some interesting finds in here but they seem to have Chinese sweat shop written all over it! Just with fancier packaging.

I absolutely love this store. I don't like that they have items significantly greater than five dollars but but the prices are still good nevertheless for the items for which they are priced to.

Great location for plenty of choices. Best prices for similar items. Clean and organized. Friendly but understaffed. Other locations may have a self checkout and saves time. Well worth the visit.
