The negative reviews from years past should be negated. I am a frequent shopper and the store is close to meI have never been treated rudely. I have noticed here lately that yes to a degree there is some staff turnover but by no means was the service rude. From managers to cashiers they always do their best. They are hard workers and I appreciate them.

Honestly worst store around seneca in my opinion. To many rude workers. Attitude and talking behind peoples backs when they walk away. Let alone very unhelpful in store. And on the phone. Isles are tiny and stuffs just everywhere. Alot of profanity spoken and yelled through store by workers.I only go there to get in and out. Because it's close to my house.The female worker upfront with short hair doesn't do anything but stand there looking ditsey.The manager has a filthy attitude towards everyone and rolls her eyes alot. They need to learn to help and care for there customers and stop bringing all of there problems to work.

This little girl in this store had a huge attitude when I was checking out. It was not even closing yet and she was huffing and puffing like she thought she was cute or something. Like Ya not cute tubby you work at the family dollar store! Where u will prolly work the rest of your life.

There is a high rate of staff turnover. You are unable to get a phone signal in store. Depending on the person in store they may or may not be helpful. The place went from being spacious to small isles, tight spaces and overly crowded with products.

The lady that is the manager at the store has got to be one of the most rude and unpleasant people I have ever ran across. the store is the closest to my home therefore I shop there frequently,( unless I can help it), I will consider myself to be a regular. However the manager and the sales associates there treat me and every other customer like homeless rogues of some sort. I am fully aware of her current custody battle over her grandson because she speaks quite often on the phone while ignoring her customers about it. Also know when she's sick she likes to sit on the safe up front behind the register , I know this again because I heard her talking to someone else about it not a customer . Also there are apparently several people and her family with drug issues I know this too from her speaking to everyone around that is not a customer. Maybe this is not the job for her customer service is definitely not her strong suit. The black lady on night shift is the best thing that ever happened to them.

The manager at this store is very rude and hateful! The customer service there is terrible! I will NEVER shop this store ever again. I drive 5 miles out of my way to the other family dollar where I always get wonderful customer service. In my opinion she should NOT be in customer service of any form!
