I just called the dollar tree after my child and her friends were kicked out. They went to pick something up for me but did see their friends that work there. They shouldn’t have caused a ruckus but it did not stop the work or disrupt the other customers. Her kicking them out is not an issue especially if they were causing a problem however when I called, the manager, Crystal was rude and even hung up on me while I was talking. I was not there so I wanted an explanation but was met with disrespect. This is horrible customer service and I will be taking further action.

A very sad looking situation. This store degrades the entire plaza and doesn't belong there. Another example of a typical Dollar Tree with one cashier regardless of how many people at the register. Since Dollar Tree decided to boycott the concept of what a dollar store really should be, offering items for $5 that aren't worth more than 99 cents, their reputation has continued to grow as the ultimate ripoff retailer. Just walk into this place and you get the feeling it's on its way out. Tired of the long wait resulting from another incompetent cashier and the company's lack of desire to hire employees, we returned the items to their shelves and walked out for the last time.

⭐ The cashier, Ivey is an amazing, sweet woman. Kind to everyone and great at her job, she deserves 10 stars. ⭐As most expect, Dollar tree has a lot of neat holiday / birthday decor and supplies. The cleaning supplies for the most part actually do an excellent job of cleaning. My personal picks are the foaming window cleaner, oven cleaner and Cloralen bleach specifically. In a pinch, Dollar Tree has everything one would need to survive a tight budgeted week from food to toilet paper and everything in between. My complaints are that some of the staff need training in dealing with the public concerning certain individuals who blurt out their personal business in front of customers. 😑 Holiday merchandising can be quite messy in this store, but they appear to be either understaffed, or a little unorganized. Overall, I do recommend Dollar Tree.

To be quite honest, other than some of the products, this store is stuck in 1995. A true UPGRADE is seriously needed. Compared to other dollar tree stores I have visited in other places and states, this ONE is in dire need of attention. Then again, my 2 cents aint worth a cent. Just saying

I was shopping with my 18 month old, trying to pick out a greeting card when she wanted to get down. Before I knew it, there was an employee playing hide and seek with her and patiently and playfully holding item after item when my daughter would hand them to her. She was genuinely interested in entertaining my daughter so I could shop. Cannot thank them enough.

Low on craft supplies. Friendly staff. "Dollar Twenty Five" Tree. Some prices are no longer competitive. 25% increase is really a hefty increase. Now becoming a "Variety" store. It has item up to $5. Shelves and neat and stocked. Store continues to thrive. Their selection continues to grow. 10-21-22: Be careful, they keep rearranging the store, but still neatly kept.

An extremely large Dollar Tree but not a very large selection. Hopefully I went on a day before they put out new stuff but I wouldn't prioritize this location to go to for a good selection of bargain Dollar Tree finds. Also the bathroom was one of the worst I've probably ever seen, but I'm sure not many people go to Dollar Tree for an eloquent bathroom ambience. I dont often go to a Dollar Tree without buying anything, but today I did.

It was not clean at all. When, I walked into the store they haven't vaccummed or cleaned the shelves. Everything that was stocked was a mess. I was extremely skeptical on picking up anything. I had to get some grocery item though. Either, they need more help or they need to get there act together

Dollar tree is a great place to get some really great stuff for only a dollar. If you need to save money and you are on a budget, I recommend going to Dollar tree in Seneca South Carolina, because you will find a lot of great items that you would normally find in other stores for just $1 at Dollar tree.

Store is filthy, shelves are always bare. The carpet was literally covered with papers and dirt. Save your time, and go to the West Union store, the store is super clean, well stocked and the employees are great!

This Dollar Tree is not what it used to be. This store is not like any other Dollar Tree I have been in- always a mess with shelves half empty. Skip this store and go to the one in West Union- it is MUCH nicer!!

I recently bought paint and canvas and felt stickers from there and painted a scene with mod podge stickers. It looks so cute.

New manager and new vibes !! Seems like he will get the store together it was very clean and he worked hard getting the store bsvk to how it was a couple years ago !! Helpful and polite enjoy shipping there again

The Dollar Tree used to be where I could get my dishes and glass ware at reasonable prices. I just went and almost all of it is gone in favor of cheap junk. Disappointment

The employees were very unprofessional and left the register and didn’t say anything to the people waiting in line. And then two other girls were in the office laughing and sitting in a chair during a busy time smh I’ll stick to the walhalla store.

Terrible waiting times manager will look at the lines and not even come over to open a register. The line was All The way to the door and a customer behind me said she had previously worked there and quit for that very reason. You guys need to get your stuff together. I will drive all the way to another store to avoid this problem.
