Store was clean but crowded with items still in boxes that needed to be stocked. Some isles were not not passable. They could use more workers to stock. All in all a good experience.

I was recently at Big Lots, and there was a line, forming with only one cashier doing her best. The man, standing in front of me was an employee, and when it looked like we might be there a while, he stepped out of line, lost his place, and became the second cashier until someone Came up from the back. His name is Kyle and I so appreciate his willingness to step in where needed.

Four hummingbirds feeders. The red one on the left has the hanging mechanism still attached The three on the right, the blue ones do not. These four hummingbird feeders were 14.95. I asked for a discount on one of the blue ones because it no longer has the hanging mechanism and the hanger was nowhere to be found on the shelf. The young lady came back and told me that the manager offered me a 10% discount which amounts to a dollar and a half off of the $14.95 price. That is completely unreasonable for a hummingbird feeder which, as it sits, is useless. I would have to go home and make some kind of hanger to hang it up. I found it quite weird that a lot of summertime gardening things were on sale, but others were not on sale. That combined with the fact that there was stock sitting in boxes throughout the store like a Dollar General made me not want to shop here again. This Big lots locations ONLY saving Grace is the fact that it has some relatively decent looking furniture in it.

I love this store and the different variety of things they have to offer. However, customer service means a great deal to me and has since my 1st job many years ago working as a waitress. With that being said, in my opinion, the staff doesn’t go out of their way to even acknowledge a customer. Just greet customers when they walk in and let ‘em know they can ask you for help, if they needed it

I like to look in the grocery section. Sometimes you can find some cool stuff. They have a good furniture section too.

Clean store, newly remodeled. The employees were friendly. The check out design seems flawed. There is no place to unload your items to be rang up and bagged. You kinda have to just awkwardly hand each item over the register to the clerk. Seems inefficient and weird. The prices aren't very low anymore either, everything is more expensive and not discounted like it used to be.

This store has gradually turned into a furniture store. Only seen one employee and she was not friendly. Probably won't go back unless I'm shopping for cheap made furniture.

Went i there to buy a mattress. Was prepared to spend a grand or more. Spent 20 or so minutes deciding what I wanted. The sales rep walked past me a few times. Never even made eye contact. Then walked right past me to acknowledging another customer who had literally just walked in the door. So the hell with you all. Ill just spend money elsewhere, don’t care if it costs 500$ more.

Ordered online and picked it up. Was worried because I deleted my email needed to pick it up. Was not a problem. Did not have to wait to long. Found some good deals. Was a good visit. A lot of different things to choose from. What was not available in store is being shipped to my house. Can't beat that.

Better than Walmart more reliable products bought my mom's coffee maker from there It wasn't a cheap Walmart version and actually lasted 2 years and I bought another one there about a month ago

Very clean store and not over crowded. They have all kinds of things in stock. The price is good and further more the employees I came in contact with were polite and Christian. This is rare to find unfortunately.

We called yesterday evening to see if a couch was in stock. Jason in the furniture department answered us very quickly and let us know that it was in stock. We drove almost an hour from Habersham County, GA to pick it up, and Jason had us out of the store and loaded in less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Jason is a perfect example of what great customer service is. We will make sure to come back!

Love their store redo! Always amazing staff and great big lots prices. We legit have the same couch we got before we got married ((its 6 years old)) and though its about to bite the dust thats not bad for a $500 love seat and couch combo! When we get a new set, it'll be from them too!

Always a great place to shop. Beautifully kept store. However....I was surprised that most shoppers did not have masks on, thank God I did. This is the reason I gave only 4 stars. Luckily the store had only a few folks shopping.

We as in me sometimes and my wife A LOT 😂😂 have done lots of business at big lots Always have had nice and friendly service at this Seneca location. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Quick tip. Most of the furniture is made by the same manufacturer that makes Ashley furniture. We have had better luck with the furniture from big lots than Farmers or Kimbrells. I definitely recommend to buy from them before going to spend twice the money on the same thing.

It had been a while since I had last visited.like a Blast from the past! But Today's merchandise, incl. High end like, Serta, Broyhill, etc.CLEAN, & Orderly. Didn't have to hunt prices cause everything was.Neatly blocked & fronted around price tag!and Unlike the wal**** visited yest. CLEAN Bathrooms!, & Freindly, polite, employees! Wow!
