I do save a noticeable amount of cash when I shop at my local Aldi store. The reason for the 4 star is because of one reason; the rest rooms are the nastiest , stinkiest that I have ever seen. I didn't use them, I opened the door and turned right back around. The smell hits you like a brick wall.

I like their products and prices, the manager however is quite the judgemental prick. Had a group interview me and an attractive middle aged lady. He interviewed me first, literally only asked my name, how I heard about the job and if I had reliable transportation. No professional questions or anything about my experience in the industry or what I could offer to the table. Maybe she was more qualified but the opportunity to establish that was never given... shame on you buddy

This is a wonderful ALDIS to shop. Friendly and polite employees. The store is very clean and well kept at this location. Fully stocked and organized and neatly done. Keep up the good work so many more customers can have that shopping experience that you provide.

Has most of what I need, more affordable than most stores, and I don't have to endlessly wait in line to pay for my purchases. Love the international chocolate/sweets section and being able to buy organic proteins and veggies. Also, they pay their store employees a decent wage. I'm always going to take my $ to those establishments first.Update 2024... Aldi is so not the bargain it once was.

Saveings? Let's see...pay for your cart, I liked the selection of groceries but navigating the guy with the floor washing monstrosity, intent on going in circles around me trying to find a half gallon milk ( out that day...btw... ). I discovered I had to purchase bags to pack my food....that I had to check out on a self checkout line.Should have worn my rubber gloves..nasty, sticky everything. Needed help at self check out that didn't come so left that stuff behind. Still spent same amount that I would have in at any other store.....A store that carts are free and a checkout girl and even a nice young-un to bag and help this disabled senior to my car if asked. Ok for a quick pick up of a couple things but to cold in there and far too much work! Whats happened to service these days...we pay for it. I did get me feet clean from the floor washer...thats a perk!

I intinally gave this store a 5 star review. But on my most recent trip I was double charged for a seasonal item. When I contacted corporate they were unapologetic. Even told me they do nothing on a store by store basis. So how do I get my money back? They said it was my word against theirs, even with my receipt. Come on Aldi's corporate, you need to help your employees and customers out. Never had the same issues at Lidl.

Best quality best prices extra products nit found on other supermarkets or big box stores bad distribution strategy. Always out if basic products (their inventory replenishment system needs to be upgraded or tweaked)

ALDI is a great discount grocer. You're not going to get the highest quality of anything, but you're going to get good deals. This location is very similar to all of the others that I've been to.

I visited this location yesterday 9-6-22. I hesitated to drive so far but thought it was worth my while since Aldi’s has such good prices and unique food. It did not disappoint. Lindsey, my cashier is a breath of fresh air. She is considerate, helpful, careful stacking groceries, explained how she stacked them, gave me boxes since they were running low on paper bags and down right cheerful! She made my day! Someone make her a district or national manager so she can train others the Lindsey way!

It amazes this ex-customer of Aldi how each and every location ever entered (across a few states) demonstrates the same characteristics. Upon walking in, it instantly becomes apparent that every employee is overworked. One cashier only AT ALL TIMES until the customers are lined up all the way back to the produce aisle. So, if you have one or two items to checkout, more often than not you'll catch yourself having to wait for any number of full carriages ahead of you to checkout first, as there is no mercy in the form of an express aisle.Once you finally get to the cashier, you are faced with a "service-oriented" individual who cannot wait to get you out of the store. Your receipt is thrown at you while the customer behind you is already being "serviced." Cashiers at each and every location are trained to work fast enough to compensate for the company's lack of initiative to hire a fair amount of help.The results often include a receipt consisting of overcharges, topped off with your being on your own for bags, as the company is too cheap to supply them. The appearance of the stores reveals unsanitary conditions and unhappy employees.Online customer service? If you decide to use it and you are "fortunate" enough to get a response, you are instructed to return to the store to resolve the matter, including those overcharges. Those replies, by the way, are sent from a "no-reply" email address, confirming that this company has no genuine interest in hearing from you.

The store has installed self check out. So now you pay the full price of the product, and scan and bag your own items. You continue to have to buy their bags unless you wish to carry your groceries in a box, your hands or a bag you take in with you. If you're doing their work for them the least they could do is provide bags. Just my opinion.

If the ad says they have it they usually do. Went in with a list of items and they had all but one. Excellent variety with great prices and quality. A lot of of their store brands are better than the national ones. I especially like the macadamia nut energy bars. The checkout process has improved with the addition of self checkout, which greatly improves flow, and the time waiting.

We live the office and dairy prices at Aldi. The kids love messing around with the quarters in the cart. They have recently added self check out to speed up check out.

Make sure you have a quarter bc they apparently have to chain their buggies to keep people from stealing them BUT you get the quarter back when you're done with the buggy. The Seneca store was very clean, and everyone was friendly. I was happy with everything I purchased, and really happy with the prices! I had an overall Wonderful experience except for the shopping cart issue.

One star is too high a rating. We were overcharged by the cashier since she scanned an item too many times. These cashiers are trained to work super fast (not efficiently) and to get rid of you quickly. Upon presenting the matter to Aldi, they refused to refund the amount of the overcharge. We will never set foot in any Aldi location again. Their online customer service team is not cooperative in the least bit.

We drive 45 min from our house once a month to get the bulk of our household and grocery needs from this store.The staff at this location is so friendly, helpful, accommodating.Prices can't be beat. Food is always Fresh due to large volumes of sales and excellent shelf stocking.❤️ Aldi's!Wish there was one closer.

It's Aldis. Whether you have a small family or a large one, this place is a must. Grocery bill went from 250 a week to 125. Store is clean, staff friendly and always stocked.
