The staff at AeroCare in Seneca are totally amazing and provide excellent service! Sandy is always courteous and friendly and is extremely helpful whether it’s ordering CPAP supplies, answering our questions, or referring us to a staff member who can help with specific issues when needed . Rachel is extremely professional, knowledgeable and was helpful in analyzing my husband’s needs and properly fitting him with the best device to meet those specific needs. She answered all of our questions and provided us with additional advice that is making his CPAP experience more comfortable and helpful. She continues to follow his progress and work with us to be sure he is fitted with the right device for his health and sleep. Crystal is also an excellent staff member that we met with when we initially went to AeroCare. She reviewed the mask process with us and thoroughly explained all the options. We can’t say enough about the professionalism and customer service at AeroCare and we highly recommend them!!

Excellent company service. Did my set up at 4 am after there was mix up when I was discharged from the hospital. Very informative and helpful in helping us understand as we were first time oxygen users. The office personel setting up the account and taking payment was so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a really great experience with AeroCare today when I went in to pick up my new CPAP machine.Crystal was awesome. She answered all my questions and I feel she went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct size mask.I look forward to working with them and feel good about the future with them and being able to get what I need in a timely manner.

Service inside the store was great, the ladies knew what they were doing. I'm very emotional over my newest diagnosis and apparently it showed over my mask. One lady gave me a bracelet that I have only removed once. Anyhow, I had to leave with a small cannister because they didn't have a large one that we'd brought inside. So, I waited. I got a text yesterday from Bin saying he'd be there to Service my machine, I thought that's what it said and he'd be there at 3:00 and the text was sent at 2:58 p.m. I thought was just getting a new a new tank. But, no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. My PT came inside like usual but I didn't see a tank. When she started to leave, I'd started down the steps and she didn't want me going down the stairs and I said I was expecting a tank. Well, she spotted 2 short tanks placed neatly side by side to the left of the steps, on the porch. If you're coming up the steps, she likely walked right past them. Thankfully, she did see them and brought them inside. I need help adjusting to new medications and I had suffered a fall. And, if I can't get the water tank onto my machine, it's just going to make me feel like more of a burden than I already do. I highly recommend them, just please ring the door or knock on it. It will take me a bit, but I'll get there.

I am so pleased with the customer service at Aerocare. Sandy, Rachel and Crystal B. are awesome! I haven't seen customer service like this in year! These ladies are so caring! They were so patient with my 84 year old father. They took there time explaining everything, and making sure we understood the equipment, how to use the equipment and even the insurance. What a team! I recommend anyone who need Healthcare supplies to go see them!!!
