Really nice employees but the manager is not so friendly. I went in to get pizza and it was 3 slices left. The employees have to call the owner at home to see if they can cook another pizza because the 3 slices were not fresh at all. The owner tells them no they can not cook a new one. The owner is very rude and always playing in the phone while ringing up customers !! Never greets the customers or nothing. I used to go there 2 and 3 times a day but I will not spend another dime there!! I go right down to bountyland!!

Average 7/11. The store in the inside seemed a bit run down. Half the shelves were 1/4 full, and the prices where about 10% above others. The parking lot however was pretty filthy. With litter everywhere. There was one staff on, and a line of like 5 people. It was okay for what it was.

Wish I could give zero stars. My friend just went in to purchase cigarettes, lottery ticket and an energy and was told his American money was no good. No explanation nothing. My friend is from Honduras. I think they are racist as this location.

They would not let me buy a 7 Eleven gift card using my debit card. They said cash only. No other gas station does this. Not even other 7 eleven stores. It makes no sense. I got a gas card at a station down the road using my debit card. This place has good gas prices and I like that they carry ethanol free gas, but the people that own it and their employees are so unfriendly and sometimes even rude. But today was the capper for me. I went to buy a 7 eleven gift card for a teenager as a Christmas gift since gas is so high priced these days. The guy tells me I can not buy it with my debit card , I have to use cash. This makes no sense. That’s fine I bought a gas card elsewhere at another store down the road and was able to get it with my debit card.

Staff is always very nice and welcoming. I've been going here for years and they've all been super nice, especially the owner. The gas pumps don't always work but they usually have them back up and running pretty quickly. It's typically pretty clean inside too. If the staff ever needs you to wait to get a lottery ticket or a drink so they can finish what they're doing, they always make sure you have everything you need and get over to you as fast as they can.

I wish I could give it minus stars. The staff are miserable working there. I know I've tried twice to work for him, the owner harasses the employees, he doesn't know how to communicate well with women. He cuts corners, as in leaves food in display for longer than recommend, and won't let you make fresh coffee per 7eleven standards. If you want fresh don't go there. And about the tamper stickers on the gas machine he makes you reuse the same one that's on the machine and some of the locks are half broke it wouldn't take anything to open it and tamper with anything inside.

Surprised to see lower ratings. I visited early Sunday morning. Had a good experience. They have good options of drinks and energy/protein bars which was the reason for my stop. The cashier was nice and offered good conversation. I felt the location was easy to get in and out of as well.

Stop here at least 3 times a week on my way to work. I've always been happy with this store. I have also never had any issues using coupons(Newport, Vuse, etc)until today- now suddenly they don't accept coupons. 🤷‍♀️Wasted my 2.00 coupon by stopping here- I will be sure to keep that in mind in the future.

The fuel is competitively priced and the majority of pumps are operational. The products for sale inside are kept well stocked. There is little to no wait when paying inside. There is always parking adjacent to the building and usually multiple available pumps.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I’m confused as to why the owner continually hires tweakers to work late night at this spot. Had the late night employees, on several occasions, lock the door for 30-45 minutes at a time during business hours doing who knows what. Loitering with other rough crowds and neglecting customers that just want to buy product. Just fix it, terrible business ethics. It’s a gas station not rocket science

Good variety of items in the store, usually quick and easy in and out experience. However, this last trip involved my fiance getting me some chocolate milk, and once he got home with it we realized it was bad after I had taken a drink of it. The expiration date was 05-01-17. After a quick call, it was handled kindly and quickly, they refunded the money for the chocolate milk. Only giving four stars because stocking 101, rotation from back to front to sell older products first is a given, and the simplest thing to do. And considering it was the only one left, it should have been spotted before a customer bought it.

Gas pump credit card readers are often not working, and the tamper seals are typically broken. Employees dismiss concern over broken tamper seals as techs "forgetting to replace them". The staff here is usually friendly and professional, but sketchy credit card situation. Clearly the owners don't care since this has been a problem for years.

This use to be a great place to stop in at. I have been going to this location, since it was built and called Palms. Through the years it stayed a good place to go because the staff stayed. That is no longer true. The coffee seems bitter and burnt. The fresh food they use to have is now dried out and old tasting. The staff is many things, friendly is not a word I would use.

This store sucks! The pumps never have paper in the printers, or they're jammed. Takes away all the convenience of paying at the pump if I have to GO IN for a receipt! The employees don't care either when you tell them it's not working. No apology, no "we're working on it", nothing!

If it was possible, I'd give them negative stars. It's a decent looking store, yeah..BUT, Mr. P, he lets the food sit longer than it should. Once, the boiled peanuts were extremely sour smelling. DON'T get their ketchup, only if you're dehydrated because, there's plenty of water in it. Mr. P and his wife are unbelievably rude, they make unnecessary fat jokes to the sweet girl that works for them, as if his wife is skinny, she likes to think she is though! They think they can't be touched and treat Americans as if we are peasants. He and she just thinks their better than everyone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Travis is the best worker I have ever seen in my life. He got a really long line out in no time and is a great conversationalist. I drive 20 minutes out the way on the way to school just to talk to Travis.

I have been to this store on 3 diffrent occasions all at different times to buy a green dot card only to be told all three times that they cant sell me the card because the manager isnt there and hes the only one with the code to approve it which is the craziest thing ive ever heard im not sure why you have mechandise that cant be sold to customers in your store . It is not the customers responsibility to know the managers schedule if you cant sell these cards without a managers code then there should ALWAYS BE A MANAGER ON DUTY . Stop inconveniencing the public its ridiculous.

We live so close to 7-Eleven but haven't been going there as much because the gas pump's haven't been working properly. Haven't been able to use the pre-pay...card readers haven't been working!!! I know other's who have stopped going there as well...

This location has always had issues with their employees being unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. It's clear that the people working here don't understand customer service and the owner(s) seemingly do not care. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this location. The owner (s) should be mindful of who they hire to represent their business.

Agreed on negative stars. Since being bought, this store has gone straight down. The owners have no idea what they’re doing or how to treat staff and customers. They can’t even keep good help due to their attitudes. The employees always complain about them as well.

Don't like it. The Palms that was here prior was much better. Getting gas is a nightmare because I can never get the pump to work and the gas prices are high in comparison.

these people sell NON ETHANOL fuel . I just did a local survey and here the fuel is $2.54/gal , across town it is 2.99 by the DMV
